Early yesterday morning my windshield wiper had fallen apart while brushing off my vehicle. Later that day I stopped at this location and asked if someone could look at my wipers and tell me whether or not I needed to purchase some. A young man stated that right after he took care of the customer he was cashing out that he would be right out. Well, out he came and within seconds he snapped my wiper back in to place. I am so grateful!I will mention that he took care of me without hesitation and did not act as though I was a bother. This kind of customer service is tough to find these days, especially this time of year. Both gentleman working were willing to help out. I appreciated it so much. I don't normally write reviews, but sometimes it is nice to hear about the good things. Whether or not what this employee did was part of his job description, he did it with a smile and he should know it may have been a small thing to him, but it was huge to me. THANK YOU!!!!!

Place is useless Have people working that don t know how to use the tester machines and the shelves are empty. They need to just close the doors and let grant ave do the business

Went here for some wiper blades. The auto expert was very nice. I got the new blades no problem, installed them, and left. Quick and easy! I d go here again.

Very good customer service!!! I'm really impressed with how efficient the Genesee St. store is run. I wont go to the one on Grant Ave. because I've ordered parts through them several times and gotten the wrong thing. Genesee pays attention to the details, so definitely go to them

Great auto parts store and they will match or beat competitor prices,most of the time lately the west end store closes way to early because they can't find anyone that wants to work late. If you know your auto parts and want a good job apply at advance.

Friendly staff that isn't afraid to help you troubleshoot some of the problems with your vehicle, which is nice for a novice like me. Plus the tool borrowing program is a huge bonus for jobs that you're only gonna do once or twice. Parts are reasonabley priced plus a huge selection of different parts on site and if they aren't they can order them from either different locations and have them delivered or from the central warehouse in a reasonable manner.

Had truck problems on the way up to the area. Thank god the guy working knew his stuff. Helped me diagnose the problem and I got the part needed. Left and fixed it, now all is good.

They have better prices than most local auto parts stores and usually have what you need in stock. If not they are able to pull it from another store and have it to your location next day most times. They are a dependable choice for automotive parts for sure.

Super friendly staff. Had exactly what I needed. Was missing one tool to complete minor job. No problem getting a loaner.

I went there with a friend and I will recommend it because the way they treated her for being a single woman they gave her the respect that you deserve not all but at least that's turned out they have

They sold me 4 spark plugs for a 6 cylinder 1996 ford Thunderbirds I had gone there about 10 times for different parts etc also the plugs were copper and I needed platinum went to auto zone for right ones bye bye advanced auto

Good spot for DIYers, but their insistence on knowing everyone's phone number is rather unsettling. Cash is cash, personal information is "personal"!
