AJ's is top notch!! Professional, Courteous & The TRUE Definition of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all About, ALOT of companies out there could take lessons from them! After waiting 3 hours for my roadside assistance program to send someone to change my flat tire, and that tow operator not being able to do it, I called AJ's and Sarah was all over it and 45 minutes later I was on my way to open my office 4 hours late, & they are repairing my tire for me. Thank You SARAH & Your Hubby & his Helper Please know that I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

My daughters car broke down late one night 10 miles from school & our tow truck operator towed it to AJ's. Ron called me the following morning, determined what the issue was and fixed it right away. Excellent work and very fair price. I would go there again.

I called twice to have my car towed and nobody returned my call. I had to go with Parise out of Batavia. Sad part is AJs is not even a minute from my house. I highly recommend Parise. They answer their phone and respond quickly.

Can't thank these guys enough. Around 6pm I believe it was Mark or Mike (not good with names) came out and towed my truck through AAA an hour and a half home while every other company in the area decided they didn't want to drive me that far. He was very nice, had plenty of stories for us and I would give more than 5 starts if I could!

AJ s Auto in Attica fixed the wheel bearings in our 2011 Sorrento but at the same time removed TPM s that didn t have to be removed to replace front tires. NOW we have to have the new for no reason sensors reprogrammed at a dealer because they messed up. Blamed the TPM dash light on the batteries in the rear sensors when we had ZERO issues before they tore the front sensors out for no reason. Also brought my 2007 Focus to them because they re close. Replaced a front wheel bearing. Thanks. Said they replaced a rear wheel bearing. Pretty sure they lied. New loud noise from the rear that gets louder every time I drive it. Anyone want a 2007 Focus? Let me know. When I called them to make good on their claim they scheduled an appointment for me for 5/13/20 at 3:30. I showed up 5/13/20 at 3:30 and the door was locked. Do not trust them. They rip out parts that AREN T bad or grease up bad parts to hide a noise and schedule appointments and don t show up. Horrible experience with 2 vehicles. Awesome Motors? Here I come.

Very pricy, but they have what you need. The female awesome, male complained about a purchase 3hrs b4 closing. Never heard someone complain about making a profit. Not appreciative of the people that put food on your table or a roof over your family's heads. If it wasn't for your customers, you wouldn't have the things in life. Anyways, paid top dollar for a heavy duty trailer, and I needed it rgt away. Trailer had minor surface rust, but the thing that got me was it was used. You could see a gouge in the floor, and 3 barrel rings. I know I could have refused it, but it was the only trailer, like it's kind, in a 500 mile radius. A new 1 would have taken apx 6-8 months. The only reason they get 4, is because of her. Super nice and understands customer service.

I'ma start this clean. I'm not going to knock the company just cuz I don't know how they handle there services. But one guy can ruin the company. This guy was so horrible. Just wrigting this is pissing me off. Straight rude and nasty. Truck was dirty. Funny thing is I know a guy that fired him. Never again. Ide rather push my car next time. But thanks for even getting me there. Appreciate the rude service.
