I had an emergency on my way to work and this shop was recommended. Within 20 minutes, I was able to drop my car off AND get dropped back off to my job by one of the gentlemen who works there. I was amazed by their flexibility and by how kind they were to a stranger who needed help on short notice.They looked over my car, gave me an honest assessment and made sure my car would make it back to where I lived. I also found it very affordable!Best shop I ve been to in a long time, and I feel comfortable going there for regular maintenance going forward!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Came in for a photo inspection and everyone there was very personable and helpful. They even squeezed me in for a NY inspection.

Every time I've gone to this garage, the employees are willing to help without overselling you on things you don't need. I thought I might need an alignment after hitting a large pothole, but they assured me that my alignment was fine. That could have been more money for the business. Honesty is everything to me when it comes to a garage and I've serviced vehicles here multiple times with no complaints.

The guy AL was a rude old dude who wouldn't listen to what the issue was and wanted to start my car although it would ruin it. He got mad and said that he wouldn't tow the car due to sarcasm. I think he wouldn't tow because of racism!!

They repaired my car, and I didn't have to give up one of my grandchildren for payment. Their prices are fare and affordable, they're friendly, honest and professional. I will continue to do business with them. Thank You a very satisfied customer

The owner was nice when I had triple AAA come and tow my vehicle. The strut broke off when he put my car onto the tow truck and he asked why we weren't using his shop. Nothing against him or his shop, I have had horrible experiences with car repair shops and mechanics overlooking serious issues. I appreciated him tho, he seemed nice.

TERRIBLE. 10/05/19. Towed my car through AAA. James was a nice guy, but bent my front driver's side tie rod when he picked up the car. James noticed the steering wheel was out of line when he took the car off the bed, but did not accept responsibility. Denied it to AAA and stuck me with a repair bill for $400. I know I did not bend tie rod bc same day of breakdown, which was due to starter crapping out, I drove to work and back which was over 100 miles. (No way I could have made that drive with a bent tie rod as bad as it was bent.) Got car home. Fixed starter. Drove 100 yards down the road to find tires were not straight and squealing loudly. Brought to repair shop and they agreed the tie rods were bent out and not in. Confirmed this was a common symptom of tow truck driver hooking up wrong. Would love for you guys to take credit when making a mistake.Edit on 10/13/19 at 4:32 PM:AAA agent called your business. I am happy to call myself at this point, if you are offering reconciliation. I will also be happy to edit this review if you are offering to cover the damages you made to my car.Edit 11/2/19: After only getting a reply of "really? And you don't call?" On Google, I personally called New Day and was told that I needed to call back later because only one person was working. Called back next day and was told I would get a call back if I left name and number. Over a week and no call.More proof this business only cares about themselves.

John, through AAA, fixed my flat tire very quickly, despite all the trouble my tire tried to give him. He was professional, courteous, and made a bad part of my day better. I would highly recommend.

These guys are great. Honest and know what they're doing. If you're using those big shops like Mavis Tire, Midas or Monroe, give these guys a try. They won't try to sell you something you don't need like at the big shops.

Been doing business there for 30 or more Years and they have always treated me fair and even more then fair.I wish there were more people out their like AL & MItch Pool.If It's dependable work on your car, truck, S.u.v. at a fair price, then look no further then New Day Motors.As I call it, " my one STOP shop for all of my car care needs.OIL Change, tune up, brakes, rotars, Etc. They even offer towing and flatbed serice.No job is to big or to small.Weather you need a headlamp replaced to your N.Y.S. inspection. NEW DAY MOTORS HAS YOU COVERED ! All at affordable rates.In my 30 plus Years of doing business, I have always been treated good.Hats off to, Mitch, Al and staff.Thanks, guys.

Had to go back multiple times for 1 issue, Mitch wanted more money for something that he screwed up on! Terrible attitude, terrible service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
