God knows after how many shops and years did I come across this GEM!!! I got my alignment done here today it was complete and dead straight on the first try. The only place I would get results like this is at the dealership. I found my new favorite shop to come to. The services great, very spacious and clean inside. They know what they re doing.

This was my second time working with the shop. My 18 audi s5 was perfect! Now my x3m40 was even better. Much respect to the owner. He is an honorable man. Stress will, and can take any man off his focus. Mistakes were made things happen. Everything was fixed. The way it was handled was extremely professional. My x3 is a pleasure to drive. Thank you stance shop.

100/10, this is the only place i ll be bring my BMW to. Keith makes sure the work is done properly, wait times aren t a problem if you book in advance and if not, waiting is a small price to pay knowing your vehicle is in good hands. Highly recommended!

Keith did great work on my BMW i8. Hard to find an independent shop you can trust to do work on a car like that, but Stance Shop is definitely one of them.

I was thinking about leave my 2022 M8 competition totally stock, after doing some research and talk to Keith I decided to install the KW adjustable springs and spacers to get more aggressive look in the car, lucky for me Keith had the KW in stock, I made an appointment and brought the car, took few hrs and the job was properly done., I ll definitely comeback for future modifications.

Went here for exhaust and lowering springs and a few other things on my scatpack charger, Keith has the best price around for the best quality work , very helpful even with questions, 100 percent recommend!!!!

Keith and Matt are gems of NYI brought in my 22 m5 comp to have M Performance coilovers installed on the car , fine attention to detail was paid as well as a perfect alignment at the end. Nice guy. Had to wait over an hour but same day rotor and brakes change. Can definitely feel the difference afterward. Also tops off your fluids.

Came in for an alignment on Saturday 2/8, had it done fairly quickly which was great. During my visit, there was a slight mishap, but Keith was more than willing to help me out and get the situation corrected.Came back today for a fender roll, which was done amazingly considering how soft Subaru paint is. Please, if you guys visit and something leaves you unhappy, talk to Keith and he ll try his best to work with you. Majority of negative reviews here leave the impression that the Stance Shop is not willing to work with customers if they re not satisfied, but is simply untrue. I will be coming back for any suspension work I need

Great shop! Great people! Keith him self took care of me every time i pull up to the shop, they treat you like family. Brought over multiple cars to him over the past 5 years, man takes care of me every time. This place is a wonderful haven for all German car enthusiasts (and non-German cars as well I believe). They mostly seem to specialize in BMW and Audi, but the head mechanic/owner Keith is very well informed, very honest and trustworthy, and his work (his team too!) is impressive!!! The pricing is definitely fair. I think most mod-car owners don t realize the amount of expertise, various tools, and the sheer time needed to work on any of these German cars. It s an incredible amount of work and I am super happy to have found a shop that can reliably take care of all mechanical and performance needs. Wonderful service, would recommend to everyone!!!P.S. I own an e90 335ix and they have helped me customize the car to exactly what I want :)

Only shop I trust to work on my cars. Had a ton of work done to my e92, vids/pics sent from the overnight worker (Dan) - they'll point out any issues and its in your best interest to get it fixed. Dan found a bad motor mount & bent oil feed line (not enough oil going to turbos..) when I initially only went for an oil pan gasket job. If he didn't point that out, I would've been back into the shop sooner than later and worse case with a blown turbo. All knowledgeable guys. Recently had springs/spacers and downpipe installed on my M340. Unfortunately long wait time cause there's always a lot of customers but thats another price (the waiting) you need to pay to ensure quality work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

A+++ Service. I brought my 17 430xi in for rear rotors and brake pads, and they know their cars inside out. Incredibly fair price, swift service and you will see very tastefully modded cars anytime you come by. For my current car and once I spring for an actual M car I know exactly where I m getting all my service done. The price I will add again is incredibly fair. Cannot beat this stores prices. I even came in with the wrong part I bought online, and for the same price it was online they charged me for the correct part, got it delivered same hour and they expertly placed the part on.

I have been rocking with Keith since he was working out of a driveway. He s a true hustler and a good dude. Some of these guys ragging on the shop are just ridiculous honestly. I agree the timing can be a bit tricky but you need to expect that when you bring a car in AND WAIT to get mechanical work done. Anyone who works on cars can understand why that's the case there s always something not expected that comes up. The picky ones should just leave their cars and pick up after the job s done. Never had any issues with any of Keith s guys at the shop either. Anything that has ever come up (which happens from time to time) has been resolved right away. They have always done right by me and I will be going back for future work needed. Def recommend them.

They re BMW experts ONLY, if you don t have a bmw, I highly advise you not to make a single step in there overcharged for terrible work, there wasn t any alternatives to fix the issue just kept giving me b.s talk had to take the double loss took my car somewhere else paid for a whole new parts including labor problem was fixed $1300 later when the job was originally $500. Come to the best you get the best they said

Keith is a great guy and very knowledgeable. I understand sometimes the shop is busy and it can take time. But still Keith always goes out of his way to inspect cars and is very professional. I have a 2017 430I, I have been to the shop 3 times. Gotten my downpipes, spark plugs, brakes and roters from them. Keith is very professional and honest, always takes care of everything. Most importantly never tries to sell you anything. One of the best and trusted shops in NYC . BMW / Infiniti / Nissan guru . Keith is a very professional , capable, and very intelligent tech. He does every job to the best of his abilities and always accommodates everyone and everything considering the amount of clientele he has throughout the day. The only guy I trust working on my cars besides myself. Prices and Quality are some of the best in the city.
