This was my third time coming to this shop, and I can honestly tell you that I find them to be fairly reasonable.I've checked out several service repair shops in the neighborhood, and I always checked them out last, and they always beat everyone's else's price. Thank you

Consider yourself warned. I just received a quote from this place to replace 4 rotors (without brake pads), they quoted me $1,800-$2,000. I called Pep Boys less than a mile away, who quoted me $1,199 for all 4 rotors + brake pads. I made 1 extra call and saved a thousand dollars. If they weren't so outrageous they'd have my business for years. But unfortunately, they want to gouge and be greedy.

Good shop! I stopped in without an appointment for a NYS Inspection on a Saturday morning. They made time to squeeze me in for the inspection. I was in and out in <30 mins. Your time may vary based on how busy they are.

My car had a flat tire so after temporarily inflating it I drove here. They quickly fixed the tire and I was pleasantly surprised by their low charges. During my short wait I chatted with other customers who said they have been coming here for many years for all sorts of mechanical repairs, and been very satisfied with this workshop's quality of service, honesty and low prices.Service: Tires

Crooks..tried to charge me 5 times more than the price of a part from the dealer. A $175 job was going to cost me $800 at this shop..shame on you

Front bumper scrapes for my 2017 infiniti q50 were fixed with matching metallic paint color of the entire front bumper better than diy job i had tried. Job was done and completed in a few hours on Saturday and cost under $300 for the repair. Color matched perfectly.

I agree with the other poor reviews. I went in for a routine inspection and among other suggested repairs, they told me that my battery was low and it needed to be replaced ASAP. I went to Auto Zone right after and had them check my battery - perfectly fine. They told me that I would have seen signs of it dying. They recommended $500 of additional repairs which needless to say that I don't believe I need.

These guys are hard workers and the best part...honest. they wont overcharge you and really try to give you the best deal which is reassuring as a female since I am clueless when it comes to cars. Decent place for quick jobs

Do not got here. I went for an oil change, and these guys were continously talking trash about me in their language, Punjabi. I also speak it and let is slide. When I noticed they were pouring in oil from opened containers and asked why, the guy started to curse at me, once again in his language. I called him out on it and the rest of the staff came running. The response from the other staff ranged from one half hearted apology to them saying I was lying. Never again.

Big scam. $50 worth problem, i had to go twice just in 10 days for same problem, paying $300. Don't ever go there until they close cheet business.

Move on! These guys will try to rip you off in any way possible.From the first sneers and smirks when I pulled in I knew they were going to try to rip me off. I asked for all-season tires and snow tires to be swapped. Simple procedure involving nothing more than an oversized powered screwdriver, he tried to charge $120, I was about to walk out, and he knocked it down to $40.He stops me to "sell" me having me turn my back to my car meanwhile he sends a guy to start working on my car before I say anything. This is the key to their scam. To start work and touch your car with anything and have you pay something for nothing.Very scheme-y. I'm very wary of all the shops on 21st St. but this is the one of the shops that I had direct experience with that tried to scam.

Worst place in Queens charge you double on your credit card never done the job correctly and try to steal parts of my new car call them stealing and thay start fighting with me. An owner is one of the biggest cooked person I hope thay go bank corrupt

I paid them for the 5000 miles engine Oil, they put me the 2000 miles one, when I went back there to complain they told me we don't care!!!The worst service ever.
