I was on a road trip and had an 8 hr drive when my alternator went out. I called several dealerships, mechanics, etc., and none of them could get me in, OR I wasn't comfortable with what they were telling me, but then I got Josh at Pike's Auto, and he was able to get me in that day, and get me on my way at a very reasonable price. Very professional, great office staff, and really beautiful yard to sit outside & wait with a glider, picnic table with umbrella, and green lawn! The Ashville General Store is right across the street with great shopping & food, too! My car was fixed correctly & quickly, and I made it to my destination that night. And the office staff brought water for my dog - super accommodating! Will absolutely use these folks again when I'm in the area!

I am extremely impressed with Pike s Auto! Josh took the time to explain to me and show me what was going on with my car and discuss repair options. He has excellent communication, is trustworthy, and is very fair!! The best! I've moved all over the country the past 7 years, and it's always so hard to find a good place I can trust. Got a recommendation for Pike's from a coworker, and have been blown away by their honesty and quality of service. I can tell you that they are the best out of all the 5 states I've lived in, and are the first place that doesn't try to sell me extraneous services or items that I don't actually need. Keep up the great work and thanks again!

Very nice people. Very up front with cost and repair that may be needed. I made an appointment and they were ready for me at my appointment time.We first took one of our cars there out of necessity, but now my wife and I take both of our vehicles there for everything. (except NYS inspections)Definitely reccomend.

This mechanic is a con artist. He charges double on parts and doesnt fix things properly. He charged me 480 for a new catalytic converter when the autozone price was 268. And then after repairing the converter he disnt check to see if there was a muffler issue and slapped it back together. So now I have a brand new 500 dollar converter and the same problem it went in with. 0/10 this guy is a douche and should be shut down.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I LIKE THE SERVICE PIKE'S OFFERS BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST. THEY ONLY FIX WHAT NEEDS FIXXED AND GET THE WORK DONE ON TIME.ON TOP OF THAT THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE ON PRICE.
