I had a forklift to sell for scrap. I called ahead and got a price. I took the forklift there and they unloaded it. I went in got the check for it. When I went out to the parking lot I looked at the receipt and they paid me $50 less per ton than what I was told. I went back in and asked about the amount. I was told that they told me the wrong amount. They didn't say anything when I showed up and they were hoping that I wouldn't notice and that I would take what they gave me. After raising a stink about the lower price, they would not pay me what I was told that they would pay. I told them to load it back on my trailer and I would take it to elsewhere. The did load it back on but it was missing the cylinder for the mast so that was several hundred pounds of scrap that they got for free. Beware if you go here!

Superb customer service and assistance. Guys are easy to.get along with, answer any questions, offer help unloading without being asked. Highly recommend!!!

The guys working here are great and will treat you fair if you do the same to them. Make sure you separate all of your different metals BEFORE you get there!

One star is to high for the service we got we had to wait till they were done with lunch and was told to have a beer and wait. I was told we aren't a service from the worker. Never going back
