Best mechanic shop in the world. Keith takes care of your car like it's his pride and joy. The team is amazing and your vehicle is fixed, now fixed for the month but repaired to like new. These guys are amazing!!

Keith, Jason, and Mustafa are incredible. I ve been taking my vehicles here since I moved out here almost 4 years ago. They always take such good care of my cars and are the most reliable establishment I ve found out here. They were even open in a blizzard which allowed me to get my Jeep inspected so I could make it to work safely the next day (I m sorry!! & THANK YOU!) Brought my car in for an oil change, my car was in perfect condition when i brought it in and i received it back with the side of my bumper sticking out and the front of my bumper all scratched up and has a huge gash on the side. This place literally crashed my car when all i came in for was an oil change and didn t even have the decency to admit to it just pretended like they didn t do anything and gave me back my car. Never coming back here again. Shame on this place

I recently moved to the Rockaways from Brooklyn, where I had a great mechanic. When I needed a car inspection, I considered returning to Brooklyn but decided to take the car here. It was a great experience. Brad worked with me to make sure my car passed, and the cost was very reasonable. He is great and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. No wonder they have been around for decades!UPDATE: 8/10/19 - Another amazing experience with these folks - I love them and cannot rate them highly enough

BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are phenomenal! I called and got Christian, the mechanic, on the phone. He was very polite, and knowledge about cars, and answered all my questions thoroughly.When I arrived there he was just as polite, and I also was lucky enough to meet Keith and Brad, the managers, in the waiting area. The time flew by while I waited for my car because they were both such a joy to talk to. They were the same with each and everyone who walked in. Their prices are very reasonable, and I even got a Free Car Wash at the end of it all.Even the car wash was amazing. For a Free car wash I was expecting the bare minimum. But no! They washed both the exterior AND INTERIOR, the exterior was clearly waxed. And not just vacumed the interior, but Washed my mats, the inside of my windows, even painted something on my tire wheels to make them shine.Probably my best car experience ever.

This garage is staffed by an efficient, thorough crew, and managed by owner, Brad. My experience was nothing but POSITIVE, and felt very glad that I kept my business in the local community.Not only do you get a quick (less than 30 minute) oil change, but the fair price also gets your vehicle cleaned & detailed. (I was fortunate to get to chat with Brad and he even gave me some recommendations on nearby restaurant to try.)Relatively new to the area, I relied on social media to find this gem. I'm glad I can honestly say, I'LL be back!

Came in for inspection and oil change for my van. Inspection was done with no appointment needed and completed in about 35 minutes. Oil change was thorough and cost only about $39. Plus, they give you a free full service car wash! Great place to sit and wait for your car to be serviced because they are right beside a Dunkin' Donuts. Very polite, kind, helpful, and talkative. They make you feel valued. Returned here to have complete brakes done a few months later. They drove me home in my vehicle so I could wait at home because it would be a few hours.

These guys were awesome!Came in day of and they inspected my car in under an hour.Only one frustrating this When taking off the inspection sticker they tore into the registration sticker.

Normally I hate getting an oil change. Shops usually take so long It s like you have to have the trip planned out. Let me bring my book or laptop so I can entertain myself or plan to go for a walk to kill time Today was my first time using THIS shop. I literally dropped my van off and went next door to get some breakfast to prepare for my wait time. Soon as I got back to the shop to sit down one of the staff members approached me and said your vehicle is ready I was like you got to be kidding me. The guy smiled and said sir this is what we do. I definitely will be coming back here to get my oil changedService: Oil change

I had a leaking tire with a bubble 2 days before Christmas. They took me in with no appointment, ordered a new tire and installed it. Very fast, courteous service at a reasonable price.

Very unprofessional staffs. I tired to get a state inspection done, spoke to Keith who said to bring the car the next day at 8am. I arrived at the location at 7:45am the next day and spoke to African American staff (Name starts with an F) who gave me a form to fill out and said to wait till 8am.At 8:15Am the staff who has been on the phone all this while now decided to attend to me. He checked the brakes on my car and now me thinking the inspection has started, later realized he doesn't even have the permit to do inspection. I figured this out on my own when I realized he left my car unattended and started working on another Car. Mind you the time now was 8:50am. I asked him what was going on, he then said I have to wait for Keith. Whao Whao...So after all that waiting, he was now just telling me that this Keith who has the permit comes in at 9am. Very disappointing. I mean I woke up early to arrive at this place and this is what I get.Finally Keith arrives and immediately told me I have to leave the car and come back due to covid. Like seriously!! I explained to him what happened and that no one told me about leaving the car, although he said he will help me out but that I cannot wait for the car and that I have to go and come back. I mean he spoke in a condescending way and no remorse or nothing. Plus he kept repeating covid. I mean don t use covid as an excuse now, I mean staffs needs to clearer and communicate as necessary.I wasted almost 1.5hrs of my Saturday time at this place and this is what I get. Plus Keith was not apologetic instead he called his staff to confirm my story. Staff in turn said that he told me about Leaving the car ~ he lied. He never even told me about not having a permit until I asked question.Finally, there no way I could now go back home and come back since I didn't prepare for this. I told Keith that I wont t be going further with the inspection. He basically didn t care , no apologies or nothing. Definitely not going back.

I had to take my 2007 Honda pilot in to get the starter replaced and it was on a Saturday, they took my baby (car) and changed the starter and I got my car back the same day. Excellent service.

Kieth was the guy who took care of me, seems like a straight up guy. After getting a estimate for 600 for a leak he was honest enuff to say it wasn't as bad as he thought n only charged 250. For that alone I recommend Kieth to check and try out.

They will play with you and take their time working on your vehicle and in the process ruin your car even more with the intention on you returning for further repairs I repeat do not bring your car there .. these people appear professional but they will take Weeks or even a few months to fix something or diagnose a problem. They don t call to follow up with you about your vehicle and they also fabricate stories on how much work they had to do on your vehicle when in reality they didn t do much and won t tell you how the problem occured or try to prevent it next time . They will give you your car back and a dirty condition and won t clean simple technician duties as clean oil spills for example or let you know about any broken lights on your car in conclusion they re the worst and will charge you a arm and a leg and won t even fix minor issues or consult you about them and you have to call to follow behind them on your vehicle their customer service is horrible . Don t not go I repeat do not go I live in Far Rockaway and I know from first hand experience and people close to me know they will cut something or loosen Somthing on your car therefore so you can return for more repairs and hopes you do more business.. RIP OFF

Gas price is wrong he put on a big sign $5.19 each gallon and only pump price said $5.69 per gallon wrong Diesel price wrong

Their prices are great for Shell Gasoline. The only thing I hate is if that they say that they close for Gasoline at 10 p.m. when you call but if you show up at 9:40 they are closed already.
