I received my car insurance premium renewal and it had gone up again, even though I am driving much less. So I called Genesee Valley Agency in Arkport and spoke with Lori, and she could not have been nicer or more helpful! I asked her if she could please find me an insurance company with the same coverage and a lower premium. She found me one, which saves me $200 / year! I very much appreciate Lori s outstanding service - she is the best!

These people do not know what they are doing. Can't get ahold of anyone, and they don't call back if you leave a message. Would not recommend.

Michelle is and as always very helpful. We really appreciate she took the initiative to review our policy and call to make suggested changes. She explained everything very , clearly, carefully did not get frustrated with power cell service.

I was very disappointed with our recent experience with this agency my husband was hit by another driver and when we contacted them to discuss a rental while our truck was being fixed I was asked by an agent why I needed a truck are you kidding me? Is this professional behavior? We only have one vehicle and I depend on it for my business as well as work on our farm we ended up doing everythingnoretty much ourselves we will be moving our insurance somewhere else when this is over DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

I so appreciate Michelle and all the help she has given me through the years. Her level of expertise and knowledge is one of the reasons I have been with her agency since the 80's. Expertise, knowledge and caring for her customers seems to be the guiding light for her and her agency.-- Joseph C

A sweetheart name Karen made a change on a policy for a customer of mine. She was closed and walking out the door when I called. She kept me on hold while waiting for the new docs just to make sure my customer could leave in her new car. Thank you Karen!

One of the easiest groups to work with. The time I'd normally spend waiting on hold to establish initial connection with an agent at larger agencies is now the time I spend making easy communication back and forth for a fix action at Genesee Valley Agency. The rates were also substantially lower which could be summed up as the cherry on top, really. Trisha has helped me out now on numerous occasions-- via phone, email, and an in-person encounter--without a glitch since, I switched over in summer of 2020.Cheers.
