They've always serviced my transmissions on my car. Quite accommodating, very knowledgeable, great people, excellent service. They are a world class service in a very rural area. If more businesses were like this the world would be much better.

Great people to do business with, we have used them several times over the years for just minor repairs but they always go out of their way to satisfy. I know from my experiences and from word of mouth of those who know, that when you need Transmission work done, big or small, They'll do you right!

Saunders is a super professional business that has always fixed our vehicles and without problems following the service!! They managed to get us in and out super fast! The price was super reasonable.Much thanks to everyone there!!

My transmission went out on my truck. Did a heavy duty rebuild on my diesel truck and had an issue with it. Rodney went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Re-did the work and gave me a huge refund due to cost difference in parts. Everything worked out great and they saw to it. He really treats his customers right. It's a small town shop and I am from out of town they treat everyone like family I will recommend this shop and know they will be happy with the work.

Worked on my 2015 Sierra 2500 HD after a horrible disaster in New Hampshire. Had it towed all the way from NH to Saunders as after we spoke with everyone, felt confident in our choice to go with them. Excellent service and communication. Highly recommend you go there.

Rodney is straight forward, no BS kinda guy. I ve had my jeep, and my Ford F 150 worked on by Saunders transmission, and could not be happier with the whole experience. As a shop owner I strongly recommend Saunders. Rodney and his staff will repair your transmission better than anyone out there and you can have the peace of mind that the repair will be done right and they stand behind their product. Great place to do business

I purchased my son a 2010 v8 ss camaro from a Long Island dealership who needless to say would not allow us 2 test drive the vehicle b4 purchase. Yes , it should have sent me an alarm bell in my brain but I did not want to disappoint my 18 year old scholarship student.. Needless to say the transmission was shot with in 10 days you may say thank god I purchased an additional 2 year warranty for a additional $1800.00 . Rodney @ Saunders was the only one who was honest and concerned that neither the dealership or warranty co tryed to take advantage of me since he was aware I am disabled. .. Bravo to Saunders transmission and employee s to do their best to accommodate me . Thank you for keeping me updated and not taking advantage of the disabled . Sincerely Stephanie Jensen

Charged more than twice the quoted price with very shady justification. Then threatened to increase the bill if I didn't like it. Definitely will never go to them again and will never recommend them to anyone.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I can't say anything bad about this company. I took my car to another shop when it broke down that shop told me it will be no sooner then two weeks before they could get to it. I called saunders told them what was going on and they got the car right in. Even towed it from one shop to theirs. Very kind and fast people. I will bring my car back again if needed.

Place is a joke. I live an hr away and called and asked if they would work on my transmission before dropping it off and was told yes. I drove the hr one way to get told we won't touch it and never said we would. They said they had a note to call and tell me that but were to busy to call and save me a two hr trip. Not very professional or polite very rude.

Theses guys know there stuff! Explain everything to me in fine detail how the process goes start to finish even saved the damaged parts to not steer you wrong! Excellent customer service!
