The guy at the counter was very rude. When ordering a few parts. And when I came back with the core for the core charge. I accidentally destroyed the box and put it in my Recycle bin they would not take the core without the box. other auto places in the past took my core without the box. it was the same guy that was rude when i was ordering. and he was smiling at me and laughing. So I thought he was joking. But he was not joking he was just being rude to me. And having a good time doing it. I will never ever in my life even if it's the only place that will have my car part. I will not shop at any NAPA anymore. You could give me a $1000 coupon it's not happening. If I ever take my vehicle to a shop, im going to ask if they use NAPA parts if they do im going somewhere else.

I've used this auto-parts store for over 35 years, the store has always been easy to get into and out of, access to and from the parking lot and back onto the four lane in front of the store made easier because of the red light at the entrance to the Tops Market Plaza. As for inside the store, sense the Father retired and his daughter took over operations about 10 years ago or so, odds are whatever part you need will have to be ordered holding up your project for a day or two. You can on the other hand do what most of the locals have taken to doing, drive next door to the Advanced Auto or across the street to AutoZone and get the part for less money and odds are you will have the parts the same day you need them.

Tried to find a specialized bolt. They didn't carry it, but they helped me figure another solution to my problem. It was fan bolt, no no carried. We got it done. Lots of looking and seizing for. 21 cents. Great help!!

Work boot shopping with my husband can take all day and multiple stores.These folks had exactly what he was looking for, and we were out of there in less than 30 minutes!!

If you want to go to a store with the sales people think they're doing your favor this is it. Go across the street and everything's about 30% less but the two other auto parts stores.

Staff is vehicle savey. Biggest is I have NEVER BEEN GIVEN A PART THAT WAS BAD UNLIKE CHAIN STORES
