Austin is so rude in person and on the phone. I hate doing business there because of him. If you are going to work in a customer service related field you should be a whole lot nicer to the customers.

I recently had a very pleasant experience at the Autozone store #2916 in Arcade, NY.An employee Elaina C., helped me with some missing parts for a caliper install. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. It really made my experience at the parts store pleasant and non-stressful. Thank you Elaina.

Our windshield wiper broke during this last snowstorm and we went to AutoZone and the gentleman got a windshield wiper and put it on and we're on our way in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, AutoZone

The guys are so nice and helpful. I was from out of state and my battery died. The man that helped me was amazing. He worked on my battery the battery cables wouldn't stay the battery and he worked on them until they would. It was freezing out . I wish I got his name. Thank you

Had a mix up on the price and type of oil filter I bought and I called and explained the situation to the sales manager who assured me that he would fix the issue. Went to the store and spoke with the manager he refunded my money and exchanged the filter without hesitation. Although I received the wrong things to begin with the manager fixing the issue with no problems makes me confident that I will be back for the next time I need to change my oil and I will definitely recommend them to anyone else

The young lady who helped me was pleasant, polite and had a great attitude to a much older customer. Most younger people don't like to help the older people. They say I don't know or walk away. Not this young lady she walked me to the item I needed and walked me back to cash me out. In the store approximately 5 whole minutes. Very knowledgeable. Give this young lady a 10 plus customer service reward. Thank you!

The sales consultants are always friendly and knowledgeable. They'll find a way to make conversation about anything which is awesome. It made me feel at home and confident in my purchase. Keep it up! I highly recommend for parts and consulting.They sold me a brake light for my car which was super easy to fix. They make sure I know how to use a product before I walk out with it.

I went in to get some air fresheners. There was a sale of 2 for $6. I selected the two and the price didn't ring up correctly. The manager pointed out one of them was in the incorrect spot. He still honored the sale. Thank you very much!!

Very helpful and they make sure you get the best deal for your money. They also help with all car needs and help with installing certain car parts like battery's, wipers, ect... They also come out and do readings for your car. The employees are very respectful and so is the manager

These guys don't know what they're doing when it comes to battery diagnostics! My battery light was on and I charged it over night to to try to get to work. I chickened out and went to AutoZone suspecting my alternator was bad. The counter person/tech checked my battery and said my battery was dead, even though I asked him to make sure. Nope he said, battery. So I paid $150+ for the battery that he installed (so the core charge could be deducted).After I helped him install the battery, he checked again because my battery light was still on! As I suspected, the alternator was not charging!!! I asked if I could return the battery and buy an alternator. No, I could not return the battery because it had already been installed. So I took my car to a reputable repair shop and paid over $400 to replace the alternator on top of the $155 I paid for a battery that I didn't need. I won't buy a car freshener from these clowns!!! Stay away.

I am a some what regular, maybe 10 to 12 times a year or more but I will find another auto store on the other side of the street. I have seen no employees wearing a mask and they have a lame scribbled message on the door in marker that simply says "mask". Not a bad attitude to the public safety but a terrible attitude.

Buy most my parts here for my work trucks but there is a few workers that are great at there job that I wait to deal with and others either are not trained enough or just poor customer service attitude just my experience.

I used to love going to this store. There was a really great manager there, and now there's a manager by the name of Jeremy. What the hell! He is such an a$%hole! I don't understand why he's in the customer service business when he hates people so much. He must have been a veteran mechanic in a previous life in order for AZ to justify him still being there. Now he types up parts on a computer. That must blow.

Poor online site! They don't seem to understand simple automotive questions...I asked for alternator V belts and they keep showing me alternator serpentine belts. Now how is anyone supposed to shop at a online store such as this when they don't understand V belts from serpentine belts? Does frustrating enter ones mind. Enough is enough! Under such circumstances I would not even give one star but they don't have the option. After reading your replies you don't seem to understand that you just LOST another customer!!!

I run a small auto repair shop I have used a lot of auto zone parts and their Duralast brand doesn't hold up long at all, I was replacing parts that never made it a year with their warranty sure they gave you a new part but it cost me money in labor so I switched to a another parts store whose brand holds up well.

Very friendly and helpful location! Stocks most items and can get them in a short period of time if they don't. Usually my go to place in the Tri county area for parts.
