Not good. Overcharged for wrong diagnosis... for completely unnecessary repairs....took my vehicle to different mechanic and saved thousands of dollars ...steer clear of this place .

$1300.00 for a 4 wheel brake job with cheap house brand rotors and mid-grade pads. No new calipers were installed. Mind you this is a small little 2022 Kia SUV. Rip off. Took advantage of a retired couple.Don't know how you can sleep at night charging this much for a brake job.Oh wait- when you charge that much for a brake job you can afford lobster and prime rib every night for dinner . A full stomach makes you sleep a through the night.

ok so i have no idea how this place is still in business much less has a pretty good rating.. i had to give it a star in order to write a review and this is something i truly dont think ive ever done but when i happened to see their overall rating when looking for a place to get my yruck inspected it made me sick . this place absolutely positively sucks. they 100% blew up the engine in my camoro and when confronted on it they not only denied it but had the attitude of well if we did do it then sux to b u.. and have a nice day. i also know of at least three other people that have had similiar tragic n not easily fixable oucomes from having gone there. so if my writting this keeps just one person from going thru what i did then i will feel like this was totally worth doing. BEWARE IT COULD BE YOU NEXT!!!!!!!�

They are friendly and very thorough. Upon completion of the job at hand, you also receive an analysis detailing any other areas of concern that you may have going forward, ie. tire wear, brake pads, air filters, etc. They get the job done correctly and on time.

Amazingly accommodating on short notice. Very polite and engaging service, I personally did not feel like a first time customer. With noted and pictured upcoming maintenance for your vehicle is reviewed with you and emailed in detail for records. Highly recommend to anyone that doesn't like handing their keys over to a stranger. Thank you Automotive Alley!

What a great place! Everyone is so friendly and caring! Extremely clean and organized. This was my first visit, but won't be my last. Called January 2nd thinking there was no way I could get an appointment for an inspection and they fit me in. I didn't realize my brakes were bad because I hadn't heard any screeching, but they were very bad. Came back the next day and was greeted by the owners who were very happy they were able to keep me safe, and so was I. Thank you for your care, concern and friendliness! It is so great to know I now have a place to go where I feel welcome and people I absolutely know I can trust. Highly recommended!

I have been to AA 3 times in the last 6 months and cannot speak highly enough about them. Shelley and Amanda are warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgable about my vehicle and more. I have a VW Jetta and Automotive Alley has been right on with any problems we've had. Something that I've been told ONLY a Volkswagen dealer can do, this place has done. They are excellent! They are especially great at fixing what my husband fixed. Also, I've had no shady stuff like alot of other repair shops. Great repair shop! They were able to service my wife's car in a pinch and get her safely on the road before a major snowfall. Very reasonable price for expert and freindly service. The whole facility is immaculate and is very well equipped. I will definitely be back for all of my family's future automotive needs. Thanks for squeezing us in!

My current vehicle has proven to be a bit problematic, so I've been bouncing around from mechanic to mechanic... ranging from a couple dealerships towards Buffalo, to some local shops here in the southern tier. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a mechanic that I felt would always do the right thing... until now. I know you hear it a lot, but the crew at Automotive Alley do, in fact, treat you like family. It was refreshing, to say the least, and is part of the reason why I ll be only going to them from now on. I originally went to Automotive Alley for another opinion after my timing belt went on my car (after going directly to the dealership considering the damage done, and the need for, among other things, a new cylinder head), and was pleasantly surprised by the support I received. For example, during the discovery period (to see what all was damaged following the timing belt break), Automotive Alley emailed me about a technical bulletin they had found from my car s manufacturer regarding an issue with the stock cylinder head and a known issue it causes down the road that would have resulted in a future expense for me (surprisingly/frustratingly the dealership didn't say a word about it). In addition, Automotive Alley also researched alternative cylinder heads for me that addressed the issue from the tech bulletin, and the end result was a much more thorough, long-term fix that was cheaper than anything else I could find. I've since put on several thousand miles, and the work continues to prove to be solid.If you re looking for a quality, thorough team, who will ensure that they've exceeded your expectations (and at an extremely competitive price), look no further than Automotive Alley!

Highly recommended. I stopped in just a's they opened with a disconnected muffler. They got me right in and fixed up. They were fast and very nice. I would recommend anyone to stop in and get your mechanical needs done.

Best service in the area, Has worked on all of my vehicles and they always come back running like new.Have two custom cars that have been serviced at AutoMotive Alley and they run like new. If your looking for a new garage, I drive over an hour to get there, it's worth the drive!

Jim and his crew are the most honest bunch of folks that I have ever dealt with during vehicle repairs. Have been taking mine and my family vehicles to him before the shop was even opened. He teaches Automotive classes for a reason. Do yourself and anyone you know a favor. If you have vehicle issues, take it here. I refuse to take my vehicles anywhere else!!!!

Best service out there! They find and fix the actual problem, they will not just throw parts at it. I drive nearly and hour and a half to have them work on my vehicles.
