I had my car towed by this company a few weeks ago when it completely shut off on the on ramp to the bridge by the thru way. It was very scary and the police called for the tow on my behalf. I was nervous about the expense. This company arrived extremely quickly and were very kind to me. It was the cheapest tow I ve ever had, and again they were so helpful when I came to collect my vehicle. Cannot express enough what a wonderful experience this was during a very difficult time for me. Thank you!

When they are open the staff are helpful and understand if of your financial situation. But, That s when they re open. I bought a car 3 months ago and it has been hell to be able to make payments. They rarely open on time or even have anyone in the office. If they have trouble having staffing in the building. They should invest in an online payment option.

These guys did a tow for me through All State. I contacted them directly and was able to figure everything out. They are extremely nice, professional, and very helpful. I also appreciate that they are local and know their territory well. A big thanks to Jerry for making an unwanted situation as easy and pleasant as possible. I'm glad to have you guys around!

I bought a volvo from Jerry, the owner. Great car and very fair price. He made the transaction smooth and effortless. They even delivered the vehicle to my house free of charge. Highly recomend for pre-owned vehicles.

AAA has sent out Sampson's to tow our vehicle, and initially we were told 45 minutes at 3pm. It is now 6:11 pm and they still have not come for the tow. In these 3 hours we have received 3 text messages changing the ETA..and the driver finally called a few minutes ago rather than going through the AAA text app informing us he was 15 minutes away and that he has had "more important and higher priority calls than us.." VERY RUDE on the phone. Finally arrived at 630pm to get the vehicle. Mind you it is 20 degrees outside!! Very unhappy with the service and tone recieved from the driver. Unfortunately this makes AAA look bad!

I have Allstate roadside assistance and I needed a tow today.. they called Sampson's motor car and towing. Said they would be there 910am. 940 and they aren't there. I call them and they said they never got the call. Then they said they would be there in 45 mins. I get a ride at 1015 am expecting them to be there at ,1030. I get a call at 1110am from the driver saying he will be there in 10. I told him I'm not there and bring it to my garage. I call my garage at 4pm and he said he just found my car. No one came in and he also left the keys in the ignition. This is unacceptable service and I would not recommend this place to anyone
