An overall wonderful experience. I recently had to purchase a new car and the owner made it such a good experience. Not only did he help me find a car that is safe and reliable for me and my son, but also helped me ensure it would be within my budget, and it was a vehicle I absolutely loved. Very understanding of my needs, wants, and budget. Best experience at a dealership I've ever had. Extremely thankful to have worked with him and purchased my car here.

Awesome place they go above and beyond for their customers! My vehicle broke down and I was in need of a car the same day to get to and from work and they made it happen. Great guy he treats you like family! I would recommend these guys to anyone now a days it's hard to find good people with good intentions.

excellent autos has been providing me and my family cars for a few years now. The process is not draining or stressful like buying a car normally is. They make you feel like family but most of all provide you with a safe reliable and nice car. Customer service is top tier. I will recommend excellent autos to anyone anytime!Thank you guys !

Purchase was made easy had vehicle ready within the ridiculous time frame I needed it by salesman was very helpful and made this transaction smooth! Service department is amazing also seen me in a pinch to help with some small issues right away haven t had car long so long term service I can not speak for until more time passes but up until now I ve had nothing but good things to say!

A Great Place to find a vehicle from the day I applied to the day I left the Dealership with my truck Dave stayed in contact with me and let me know everything that was going On, Ensured the Vehicle was in tip top shape and ready for me and fixing anything that was wrong before I took Delivery.. Absolutely beautiful service. Val (the wonderful woman who runs the show) answered my call as I was upset, crying, and didn t know what to do. She had the owner personally come to my home (30 min from shop), tow my vehicle and repair same day. I would recommend their service and shop to anyone and will continue to do business with them. Thank you again so much for saving the day. Words can t express how grateful and appreciative my husband and I are. thank you again.

If I could rate higher then 5-Stars, I certainly would. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, helpful and caring. I truly appreciated their help and expert diagnosis & repair in getting me back on the road.....they were absolutely awesome!!! Being 150+ miles from home and needing a tow via AAA to their garage (AAA approved), within a few hours they had me back on the road after diagnosing and replacing a defective wiring assembly.

Great small dealership!! We bought a 2014 jeep off of Dave. The experience was great!! Dave is an awesome guy. We went to all the big dealerships and just had a HORRIBLE experience. But from start to finish Dave was helpful and honest. We will definitely purchase from them again! Rob was also very nice and they made sure everything was working properly and put new brakes and rotors all the way around before we picked it up. All these bad reviews are insane to me. This wasn t our first time buying a vehicle. We have purchased 4 different vehicles from big dealerships and it was a hassle. It wasn t the case here. Dave gave us an AWESOME deal and really helped us out after my Durango took a turn for the worse and I needed a good car asap. Thank you Dave and to the entire team at excellent autos! We appreciate you!

This is our 5th car that we bought from excellent auto and we had a great experience.. Dave is an awesome salesman, he kept in contact with us everyday making sure we knew where we were at with the financing.Valerie is amazing had everything in order for us to sign the papers then to the pick up of the car.. Rob is the owner and he even came out to make sure we were happy with our purchase.!! We will definitely buy from them again!! My husband Brian absolutely loves his Nissan Rouge!! Don't go there they are a rip off.they sell lemon cars. when you take your cars for repairs they don't do the job.then when you question the matter they beet around the bush.and they become nasty. That's why im reporting then to the better business bureau.

I purchased a car from Excellent Auto with the agreement that they would change the timing belt assembly before me driving away.As you can see in the numerous bad reviews, the owner has very shady business ethics. He lied about completing the timing belt assembly because it failed 6 months later. Timing belts are supposed to last for 100k. Mine lasted 8k. The engine was completely blown. He told me that he could do it for significantly cheaper but he ended up charging me more than what we agreed to. He then gave me a car that had a broken exhaust assembly, he forgot to hookup my AC, and the car was never felt right after the "work" he did. Next, they told me it needed a catalytic converter (it didn't) but he happily charged me another 2 grand. All together I lost about 10 grand for a car I got to use for 4 months.Then when I brought the car back to be fixed, he was mad that the rude manager gave me a car to use for a couple days. I get the car back and it's leaking oil. It's been non-stop problems since the timing belt broke and he even admitted that he felt bad because he only changed the belt, none of the other parts like tensioner pulleys. The timing belt assembly is a kit, you change water pump, pulleys, everything in the kit that costs like 75 bucks. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a car from this business.

Although I've had many cars at this point (I'm 50), I've never had a car loan. I had such anxiety contemplating wether or not this was what I wanted to do. From the second I walked in the sales office Dave was amazing. He was very reassuring that I could do this. He explained everything in detail and found me a car that fit my budget. When I went across the street to actually sign my paperwork, to my surprise was was a familiar face. Valerie (who greeted me with excitement) walked me thru all the paperwork and explained everything in detail and broke it down even further for me because I had absolutely no idea what the hell it all meant. She was kind and patient and just like Dave reassured me with my decision to take this all on. My anxiety was thru the roof when I arrived and by the time I walked out it was gone. I'm extremely happy that everyone made me feel comfortable thru this entire process and I will definitely recommend excellent auto to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you so much Dave and Valerie you guys are the best.Kathleen

They helped me get the car I wanted. They went above and beyond to make it happen! I definitely recommend them and will be buying a truck from them soon too. Dave and Rob were professional, knowledgeable on the process of financing, worked quickly to get me approved and in the car within a few days! If you are looking for a car that s affordable and want to buy from someone who knows what they are doing and doesn t baffle you with B.S, these are the guys!

DO NOT purchase a vehicle from these people. They exploit people that don t have a high enough credit score to go anywhere else, there s no asking price on any vehicle on the lot makes it convenient to get you in a car at their price depending on the customers desperation. I know a young mother that s stuck paying for the last 6 months (yes only six months she s had this vehicle) for a vehicle that s been in and out of the shop since the first week and hasn t had the vehicle the last 2 months (yes, 2 complete months out of the 6 she s had the vehicle, not including the past repairs) due to repairs. They ve stated that they could not figure out what the problem was and have refused to replace the vehicle or even loan her a vehicle for the meantime so that she may get her kids to and from school and work so that she isn t late on any of the payments for an inoperable vehicle that Excellent Autos has sold her. They aren t helpful by any means. Purchase from them at your own risk!

I had a great buying experience this past week at this business. The owner was great and David did his absolute best to get my family into a new reliable SUV big enough for my family. It s a beautiful SUV and he worked so hard to help me out. Most places would give up after the first attempt or two but not David. I definitely recommend excellent auto to anyone looking for a new used vehicle.

Worst place ever! Buy at your own risk! Had to get my car fixed 4 times in five weeks with the same repeated problems. Making car payments and on top of that paying for the same problems! I can't even trust going on a family vacation without the car breaking down. Not even putting miles on this Jeep! The owner is no honest person /"mechanic". WARNING!!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! Update!! 9/29/18Still have problems. My car has been in the shop on and off since. And the owner says in the comments "sometimes it takes 4 time but they get it right"? Try more like 8 times or more. I lost count. I haven't had my car for over 2 weeks now but they still want car paymentsb and to pay for the problem. Just spent over 350 dollars to fix the problem and they had my car for over 2 weeks. I just got it back and there same problem occurred! I'm not stuck at some gas station. Best thing to do is trade it in. I don't recommend this dealer to anyone!

Like was written in a previous review the sales man has a good pitch and is pretty good at leading you to believe you re getting the deal of a life time until you get the car. Unfortunately I was in a bind my previous car had just blew It s motor and unfortunately I bought a car site unseen. They knew what I needed and once I got the car the four-wheel-drive didn t work there was a whining noise that I told them was a differential they fought with me for a week over it and guess what ended up being the culprit? And now two years later you ask for a small favor and they spit in your face. My recommendation whatever car you re interested in test drive it and bring it to your own mechanic before any purchase is made hope this was helpful they will never get my business again!

The best experience buying a car ever. The entire staff were so helpful and accommodating it was amazing. I put my trust in them and they didn't disappoint. They went above and beyond anything I expected or have experienced in car buying before. I have purchased many vehicles but this was definitely the best experience. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great used car and superior service.
