Went for an inspection, oil change and needed breaks. I explained that my financial situation is not the greatest and Ray my service rep helped above and beyond. He was very empathetic and was able to find every financial incentive available (kinda makes me wonder why I was told there were no incentives other times I asked). Oh well.The service I received reminded me why I've been coming back since I've owned my Sentra. They even gave me a ride there and back so I didn't have to sit in the lobby and listen to a bunch of idiots talk on their cellphones for 5 hours straight.One place they need to do better. I payed with credit card because I don't walk around with hundreds of dollars in cash on me. I was charged a 3% service charge for that. It was an extra $40 on my bill. It was an unexpected charge and unnecessary in my opinion. No one told me about it and it angered me.Other than that, this is a place where you can expect good service and kindness.

The customer service reps were very nice and the mechanics are very good. The mechanic fixed my whole car for cheap and explained alot about what was done. They got my old car running perfectly again and made sure any recalls were repaired as well. They were all very friendly and helpful and made me want to consider buying a new Nissan from this dealer.

They do a good job servicing the car. It's hard finding a service place to trust. I have been to 6 different places to take care of my car, but I just take it to Nissan now.They have seating inside while you wait.Update: They're still great.

What a great place South Shore Nissan is.MySalesman Mark and Carlos were awesomeI was disappointed in the way my car appeared the next day after I was able to look it over better. It was pouring out so looking rhe car over was not possible. Well there was stickers on tires and plastic still left in spots. I brought it back and basically it was rushed again to get me out of there and stickers on tires were still there and plastic and glue residue remained as well.Making the sale is important but also showing the customer his car means a lot to him is important and the car should have been detailed much better

It was very easy dealing with this dealership. I had my car in for a recall update, and they sent me a list of items that needed attention. I was able to choose what I wanted and what I didn't want with no pressure whatsoever. When I came to pick up my car it was sitting right out in front, ready to go.

Their service has improved. When you drive in the guys that check you in are very polite and so is the Spanish lady that works behind the counter when you arrive at the service desk. The lounges are spacious and the environment is tidy.

I am just writing to give a shoutout to Jesse. I travelled from Brooklyn to this location to get my car service and it was one of the best experiences ever. I ve been to two other locations since I bought my car, and this was by far the best! I drove 1 hr and 15 mins to this location and it was worth it. Jesse was the first person I interacted with and I must say, I wish there were more individuals like him. Needless to say, Jesse you are one of a kind and Nissan is very lucky to have such an awesome member on their team! You provided me with excellent customer service and you were very welcoming, friendly and easy to work with. You made me feel at ease about leaving my car even though I didn t get a loaner :-). I love the fact that Jesse kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the 4 days it was at this service center. Thanks for being you Jesse! Keep it up. Sincerely, a satisfied customer! Jesse is amazing. I made my appointment for next day. Jess verified that I was under warranty and my car was ready when at the time I was quoted. I received a lift back to my home while the car was being serviced. I couldn't as for a better experience!

For the most part, I was satisfied my only issues were I had made arrangements over the phone to have a loaner and they had no records of it and thankfully they har one car left but I got it. I also felt the paperwork process of checking out, took too long. And lastly, when I went to pick up my car, nobody knew where it was. It was an older gentleman that moved it from service to wherever it was parked and he forgot he left it. That added about 15 minutes to my time on PickUp That said everyone was very friendly and the job Got done.

South Shore performed warranty work and maintenance on my rogue. Great experience from check-in to pick-up, they even drove me home when it was decided to leave the vehicle. Jesse is best in the business.

This service experience was one of the best thus far since I purched my Infiniti Q60. I was made aware of what needed to be done, prices were quoted and I was able to make a decision on what I needed to take care of immediately and what could be done later. Hoakim was amazing! The stealership tried to charge me $900 to take off two bolts to get to my mass sensor. 2 bolts that took me 5 minutes lol. The guys here are jokes. I have a strut bar in front of the sensor that didn t even need to come off but he tried to charge me $900 for 5 minutes of work not even. Guys a joke. Do not go here if u don t need too

Quick easy service. Always greeted by a friendly person and they listen to your needs. Service was quick and they did not try to sell be something I didn t need. They are very helpful with my car each time I needed an appointment for an oil change or inspection. They do prioritize people who wait over those who drop off their cars, and I really appreciate it considering I don't have anyone to drive me around! They explain prices and go over any repairs you might need but don't force it.

I think you should have a few loaner cars for folks who need to have a vehicle while their car is being repaired,You also should make the effort and wash cars complimentary. I m not asking for detailing, but washing the outside is a nice touch especially when you spend a good amount on having your car serviced.Finally, warranty service should not be limited to weekdays.
