                      Slimy. Don't waste your timePrice shown online is nowhere near the price they tell you in person. They use intentionally misleading language in the disclaimer, written, in fine print at the bottom of the page. After noticing this, I called in to get clarification and to double check the accuracy of the pricing. I informed them that I would be driving four hours each way to look at one of their vehicles and I wanted to make sure that there would be no hidden fees and that the price I see online would be the price at the dealership. The associate also told me over the phone that the car was completely clean, no dings or dents, which turned out to not be the case.When I arrived, I took the car for a test drive, we get inside, they take my keys to appraise my trade in, and the salesman hands me a piece of paper with the price of the car before state taxes, and DMV fees. This "march madness discount" price shown was $6180 higher than was discussed over the phone and listed online. This additional price was then broken down as various dealership fees, including a destination fee (used car, what destination?).I asked multiple times for my keys so I could leave as the salesman tried to start negotiating and requested to take my credit card to the manager to show that I'm a serious buyer. After refusing to let them hold anything else hostage, the manager came out and double-downed on the implication that I was the one who didn't do their due diligence when I made sure to research the car and verify pricing before I took a 4 hour drive to see them. I eventually was able to have the manager return my keys and got out of there as fast as possible.

                      Inquired about a luxury car I saw online  Made an appointment to come in a check out the car. The dealership was super busy so waits were a little long. One of the managers linked me up with Sunny. Sunny was great to deal with! Laid back, very honest and not a pushover! I ended up falling in love with car and it was now time to make a deal with management! Marvin one of the managers was completely straight forward, broke down all the numbers and explained everything thoroughly. Super nice guy! Unfortunately we weren t able to make a deal but I was so happy to be treated like a person and listened too.                       I went to South Shore Nissan to explore options with my old lease. My salesman was Sebastian. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went over everything about the car. I was referred by a friend to see Christian and he was great as well. They both helped to try to make things go smoothly. Dave the finance manager was awesome. I explained to him the struggles I was facing and he went above and beyond and was able to make the sale happen and i felt very comfortable. He is the best!!!                       Watch out for this place. Properly wasted my time.Called twice to confirm a vehicle from their inventory on the website was still available and their front office women said yes on both occasions that the vehicle is available.Took the LIRR out ready to make a purchase. Sales associate that intercepted me in the lot confirmed the car was no longer available. I laid out exactly what I am shopping for and subsequently was read the fine print on the website as to make sure I understood how the advertisements work. Was shown a math equation how to add the sales tax to the sticker price of a vehicle; revolutionary stuff here.Explained again that I am looking for xyz in a vehicle with a monthly payment of this, and what I have to put as a down payment. He leaves to  look further into inventory . I told him I know of other options at other dealerships so just let me know what you can do or let me go about my day.Sales manager comes back with him, was super condescending in tone about how my back up plan isn t even the same model that s why the pricing is less. I said  frankly I am being relatively level headed about this whole ordeal being that you ve already lied about what you have available, drew me out here from Brooklyn for a car you can t sell or already sold, and won t listen to what it is I m looking for while I have a $10K certified bank check in my pocket made out to the dealership. Why would I do business with you if this is how you conduct yourself? If you don t have what I ve already laid out as to what I am looking for I am going to leave to another spot that has inventory of what I am looking for, and recommend that you do a sales class with your staff on the importance effective communication in the sales cycle.

                      Malik my salesmen went above and beyond from the start  the intiial phone call up until I walked in he took amazing care of all my needs answered all the questions about the car he was just awesome the staff was awesome as well Mary in insurance  was amazing caring & professional she had geico on the phone when she walked me to her office Amazing ! Arnold professional, knowledgeable, and guided me right through the process as well I would recommend Malik was my favorite.                       I bought a Rogue on Monday (Sept 4), allegedly certified pre-owned. I was so exhausted and worn down by the end of the process that I just started to drive home immediately after getting the car. The check engine light went off half way to my house. From the dealership. Literally haven t been in this car for more than 20 minutes. The car was so empty on gas that I had fo pull off the expressway and as soon as I did the car was freaking out and didn t let me go over 20mph until I filled it up. The alert for low battery went off for the key fob. Both of those things I would ve just let go but the check engine light? I m EXTREMELY concerned about the safety of this car. I have no idea if this is something small or something that s a significant issue.Overall, this has been a remarkably terrible experience car shopping. My sales person (Erika) was great and worked with me, but the car itself leaves much to be desired.I called a little over an hour ago but no one s returned my call yet. I really needed a reliable car and instead I got another huge, expensive headache.P.S. found this pretty big chipped paint mark on the back of the car just now. Did not notice this at the dealership and no one pointed it out to me either.11/17 UPDATE in chronological order:Not really sure why they bothered to respond to me on here publicly because I emailed that email twice and got precisely no response whatsoever. So with regard to the actual car and its continued issues: fixing the chip was $600. That s money that I had to spend on a car that came  certified pre-owned.  Whatever that means.I parked the car yesterday and turns out the  automatic  headlines are only automatic when they re in the mood to be, which is apparently not always. So they drained my battery overnight. Thankfully I do have AAA who jump started my car but then I had to take time out of my workday to drive the car a bit to recharge. The AAA guy said to manually turn the headlights on and off, which I know is going to land me with a ticket at some point and honestly I do not know who certified this car or if the certification is generally a scam in the first place because this car has been nothing but a massive headache and I regret coming to this dealership so, so much.Not to mention for the privilege of taking on a headache and huge problem, they charged me well over the sticker price online. So not only is the car a lemon, they overcharged for it, too. For the problems this car has, they should ve paid ME to take this off their hands.So now instead of having a reliable vehicle, I have to take the car in to the dealership to deal with the brand new and delightful error message on my dashboard about the headlights when they only work on Mondays through Fridays, days I have to work, take time out of my day that I actually don t have, and I don t expect this car to get any better. I cannot express into words how much I recommend anyone reading this, even if I personally hate you, to avoid this dealership entirely. They ve been awful and this car has been, too.                       The 1 star review is specifically for finance manager (Arnold?- short male) and sales manager (Kerry).Very inexperienced and unprofessional dealership. Their sales team is NOT knowledgeable on the cars they are selling (specifically luxury cars). Was about to close a deal, but apparently I was informed that the finance department and sales department in the SAME building doesn t  work closely together .                       I am usually very weary of car salesmen but had a great experience with Jason Lopez. He is honest, trustworthy and cares for his clients. Quality relationships built upon trust is the key to building lasting customer relationships and referrals.                       Stay away from this dealership. I was buying 2016 Caravan all was good but car wasn't passing inspection. They had me there for 31/2 hours not explaining what happening. When I said I cant wait anymore the finance guy think Arnold brought me in. Because I would not buy a $4000. dollar warranty, he says very nasty "you can go sit in the waiting room and when car passes we'll finish and if it does not you will come back when it does.The customer does not come first here, and if this guy worked for me he would be fired. If you look at this dealership be real careful. I cancelled a good deal nobody should be treated that way. This finance manager thought he was going to punish me make me wait longer for not buying warranty.                       Sammy and Christian were the absolute best sales representatives. They sat with me and gave me all my options, showed me MULTIPLE vehicles, and helped me find something that worked for me financially.                       I had a very negative experience at this dealership. It was time for myGirlfriend to purchase her first vehicle and I went with her to ease some anxiety she had. All was well at first but then went downhill from there. The site is very misleading on the price. I understand there are things written in the fine print. Our bad for not reading the small print under the asterisk but why not just include that in the price posted online I think more people would appreciate that. After putting down a deposit which we were told would be 100% refunded if we decided not to buy, told me it would take 3-5 business days. After 4 business days I called the dealer and they haven t even submitted the refund. I was told to give the accounting department another 3-5 business days because quote  they are really backed up.  Our sales person Raj was not a good salesman either. After we wanted to not go through with the purchase he was clearly upset and 2 days later sent a harassing message to my girlfriend saying  that she needs to quote  swallow the bitter pill now  and take the deal.  They lost a customer for sure after that comment. Im threw with this place hopefully I get my deposit back soon.

                      Went in to purchase car cash, was told I would have to pay $975.00 extra to do so. Went to sit with the finance guy and he charges me 9.75% on the loan, NEXT DAY I get a text from Nissan offering 1.9% on loan. I immediately go to see the finance guy and told him about the 1.9% offer, he tells me that I got a rebate, maybe I did ,he added $2000 to the sticker price and then took it off with a rebate. I then questioned him about him saying that I HAD to make 6 payments, that's when he said  that I didn't have to but that I could do him a favor and make them. Do him a favor for charging me 9.75%? I will definitely steer my friends away from South Shore Nissan and the finance guy that belongs in a 1978 Used Car commercial

                      The salesman, Mark was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic regarding my situation. The sales manager went out of his way to get me approved since NMAC didn t want to approve me due to the fact that my totaled car hadn t been settled up yet. He got me the payment I wanted, HOWEVER, he failed to tell me that the fees hadn t been rolled in yet. Imagine my surprise when I got to the finance manager s office only to find out my payment was $125/month higher. At that point it was too late to back out because I d already returned my rental car. They got back to me immediately were pleasant when scheduling for a visit.  I explained my situation, needs and they worked with me. I appreciate everyone who I spoke to during the process it was super smooth and easy I m very pleased with my experience.                       Had a really, really, really bad experience here. This is the most Inexperience dealership I have ever dealt with.I had called in and inquired about the breakdown of the total cost for the car. The representative gave a bunch of numbers which did not match what I saw posted online, so I told her to email me those numbers.Her response was  Will this be a waste of my time? Are you actually committed to buying it?  With an attitude. How funny and ironic, as we are the ones wasting our time (10hours+).Anyway, I then got connected with Kerry, Arnold, and Justin. The  manager , finance guy, and sales rep. After our conversation we ve agreed on the price. And then I was told to email a few documents over (Insurance binder/RTA), I sent everything required. Then I was told to come down and just bring the checks. I ve confirmed multiple times on what I need to bring down, they both assured me just bring the payment and IDs.We are from Boston. Again, I ve asked Justin and their manager Kerry to confirm multiple times if the plates are all set as I will be DRIVING 5 hours there to pick up and 5 hours back home. They both guaranteed everything is all set, temporary plates will be provided, and that I will get my MA Plates in the mail.Upon arrival, we had to wait about 30minutes before seeing the little finance guy  Arnold  I believe his name was? He slaps a piece of paper stating why they cannot release the vehicle due to Boston DMV requirements, and says we ll need to go back to Boston to submit all these paperwork and get the plates ourselves. The manner in which he delivered this news almost seems as if we re the ones in the wrong. We explained that we spoke with Kerry and Justin who assured us this will not be a problem.Arnold offered no resolution, nor was he even remotely understanding of our situation, and continues to point at the paper stating reasons they cannot release the car.Not sure if he s capable of comprehending that this was never brought up during our discussions prior to coming. Nissan Finance does not work together with Sales. They should have confirmed all of this prior to asking us to come down.Something else to note, during this entire time, Justin was running back and forth trying to get information for us from Kerry who just appears to be hiding and not wanting to see us. My wife and I were there for literally 2 hours.This place is a total waste of time, do not trust anyone here.The 1 star I would give to Justin, he actually tried to think of a resolution for this (offered to drive my car to me once I mail them the plates). We thought about it but declined this option due to how unprofessional everything was up to this point.TLDRManager tells us to come down, knowing we re 5 hours out, upon arrival she hid and never showed her face. Waste of 10 hours.They knew exactly where we were coming from before asking us to come down.                       Erica was great and very helpful. She made the car leasing experience very smooth and was super attentive. To no fault of her The only part that took longer than expected was waiting over an hour to speak to finance after agreeing to the lease. However we only spent about 15 minutes in there speaking with the finance person and walked out with my new vehicle. I suppose this was due to other clients negotiating but had that time been shorter it would have been an exceptional experience.                       Stay away. Im well aware dealerships are known for getting the most they can out of you. But this place is outrageous. They got me set up with a car changed all my information and insurance just to raise the down payment and month price at the end. I told them no and that I couldn t do that. They held onto my keys and cash down like ransom. They wouldn t let me leave it and then had the audacity to yell at me to get out of their show room because I wasn t going to by the car. The manager screamed in the middle of the show room it was incredibly mortifying. I d rather ride a bike to work then ever go back there again. If you want to get tricked, scammed, screamed at, and humiliated, this is the place for you. 10/10 would never go back again.                       This dealership is terrible and cutthroat.Here are  the sales tactics they use:(Sales Tactic 1) They will reel you in with a measly $2000 voucher as a down payment, just so you can come into the dealership and waste time so they can attempt to sell you a ugly Nissan Sentra that nobody wants.(Sales Tactic2 ) (You re approved for $__ _,000 you can get any of the cars in this price rangeThe internet price you see is not the actual price as they add $4,000-$6,000 to the internet price instead of being transparent.Also they claim that you have to pay $4,000 to start a new car insurance policy which is entirely not true, so you can use their in house insurance.Warning: Do not fall for the okee-doke. Find another dealership that is more transparent and gives you a better car buying experience. Read the other reviews.                       Don t walk away from this dealership. Run! You ll pay at least $3000 more than their advertised price. You ll pay absolute top dollar for a car that s not in top shape. Then If you don t finance through their bank it s another $1000. I was stupid enough to buy from them. Found out by my next oil change it needed $2000 worth of repairs and it was involved in 2 collisions.                       My lease was up and dreaded going car shopping. When I first arrived at south shore Nissan I was greeted by salesman aka Sam. I mentioned to him that I had 2 hours to give him before I had to leave. I drove out with my new car 2 hours later.                       I came with my daughter to South Shore Nissan in Amityville. Our salesman Ivan Fajardo was awesome. So was the sales rep Isabella Palomino. They were both so helpful, professional and informative. I highly recommend this dealership. She sealed the deal.
