Overall had a very good experience. BothCatherine and Mike V. Were very helpful and the made the process of buying a CPO 22 ram rebel very easy. Even when I had a small issue the day after buying the truck Mike V. Got me right into service and they fixed it in 20 minutes. My only complaint was that I was not told about the $900 fee for vehicle prep or whatever they call it up front and had to find out after test driving. But regardless of that It was a great experience. I was shopping around for a few weeks and has some terrible experiences. Buying a car from Dodge Amityville was a great experience. Even the insurance lady who works there is helping me switch my car insurance and savi g me like $1400 a year. Also one more thing I wanted to mention was that I was told their were two keys before signing my closing docs. In the end there was only 1. However, Mike V is working to help me get that second key as promised. Thanks guys!

Amazing Service and professionalism, my second car from this place. My salesman Travis was such a pleasure, doesn t push you, explains every detail and is very courteous. With this current market with cars being so high due to whatever, I feel like I got a great deal. The finance guy Tom was awesome as well. Would definitely recommend this place.2/15/24 **UPDATE**Had service done and very professional and accommodating, made it easy and they worked above and beyond to please my needs.

I came to security dodge after having a hard time at another dealership. I arrived on a Thursday evening and met with John. I explained to him what I was looking for and he showed me a few options. He set up a time for me to come in that Saturday to sit with Tom in finance, He got me a good deal on a lease for a 2024 Ram 1500 and I drove home that day with the new vehicle. The whole experience was such a pleasure. Everyone I dealt with at security was great and very helpful. I would definitely recommend going to security. Thank you to everyone at Security Dodge.

This is my husband and I s second time buying from them! Hass was our sales person and was so kind and courteous during the whole experience! When purchasing the car there was no issue. Sales guy was great, BUT everything after SUCKS!!! Brought the car to get serviced several times. They tell you it will take an hour, 2 hours the longest. I didn't mind and said I'll wait in the waiting room. 5 hours later nothing was done yet and NOBODY came to me to give me an update. This was my first bad experience. Second those girls that work the front desk are VERY RUDE. Rolling their eyes and click clacking their long nails while I was explaining my frustration. Now here it comes....I've been scheduling appointments for a car loaner the first time they said they didn't have one available, now second time appointment was made guaranteed a car loaner. I got there and they told me there was no appointment for a loaner. They told me they will call me back to schedule an appointment. Now months later still no word. Today I called to ask for an update, and there was NOTHING in the system about a car loaner. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me 1 will call me back, just like before NOBODY calls back. Now before we purchased the car they sold us all these promises. But these promises are EMPTY promises. My car needs to get fixed but I still need to go to work. The mechanic told me that the issue of my car is no harm. Which one day the gear of my car will slip very bad and have me in an accident and I'll see how fast you guys will respond for a law suit. I figured this is the quickest way to get your attention!!!!

The service was good. I brought my ram 1500 in for a oil change for as when I purchased the vehicle I was told I have two complimentary inspections and 3 complimentary oil changes plus 3 years of complimentary car washes 1 per month. When I went to receive my 3rd oil change I was told that I was never given 3 oil changes that they only offer 2 and that you only get 3 if you purchase a Jeep. But I know that s not true it s at the discretion of the finance department when purchasing the vehicle. So I was lied to by the sales and finance department and wasn t given the oil change then had to pay for it at $175.00 I don t mind having to pay for what I need to I just don t like being told something then not being given what I was told and nothing was done to satisfy me about it ether.

I had an excellent experience with Security Dodge! The showroom was clean and comfortable. The salesperson was speedy and responsive with getting back on the buying process!! My biggest concern for me was the technical aspect of learning my new vehicles balls and whistles and Angela made that a breeze! She was very friendly and helpful! Natalie was a huge help with any other customer service needs!

Never thought I d become a #jeep girl but after legitimately driving every brand of 3rd row SUVS on the market, I m in love with my 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland.Shout out & a big thank you to Joe Conrad over at Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for making this happen for me, when other dealerships could not. Also, for giving me a great lease deal.Joe made the entire process easy. It took 2 minutes to fill out the paperwork I left and went back the next day to pickup the car. The finance paperwork took maybe 10 minutes and I was out the door with a nice tutorial of my new car. I have a 2 year old and a 4 week old so time wasted is not something I had to do here, thankfully.I use to work in the car industry many years ago and I have to say this dealership is a great one. This is my 4th lease, but first keep and first time at this dealership and I will definitely be a returning customer of Joe s. :)

I would like to say that Ryan over at Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram has been wonderful to work with over these past couple of days. His professionalism and dedication to service are clear in all of his actions. He treated myself, my father, and the rest of my family with respect and cordiality. Ryan was able to work within our means in terms of monthly costs for our new truck and addressed all of concerns in a timely manner. A miscommunication had risen during our time here but, resolution was achieved effortlessly. Ryan s exemplary service, attitude, and personality made our whole experience a pleasure.

Honestly this place was top notch for me because of Anthony. He was such a great person who helped us with the entire process of getting a car. I bought a bmw from here, and the experience was just great. Filled with patience, kindness, and very useful Information. They aren t like other dealers trying to pocket your money, or charge you extra. Very respectful and straight forward place. I loved it. Thank you Anthony for everything you have helped me and my family with. Will definitely recommend this place to others !

I would not recommend buying a car here. My family has used this dealership for years because they use to have integrity. I bought a CPO Jeep from here only to be sold with a plugged tire, loose connections on the head gasket and multiple other issues. I needed a car after a 12 month deployment and got screwed over by another dealership taking advantage that I was in the country. I explained to the dealer the situation and was completely taken advantage of. On top of that I had to replace all four brakes and Rooters in the first 9 months (after driving 12,000 miles) when I was told they were changed when I bought the car. When I went into the shop to explain all the issues I had I ended up having to pay $4,000 in repairs within the first year of the car. Because according to the head of used cars you have to replace brakes and rooters after 12,000 miles. When I finally had a manager that was willing to help me get my repairs covered by the dealer they fired him. This was a 2 year ordeal that I dealt with the dealership and they have not worked with me at all. I would not recommend buying a used car from here even if it is certified preowned because they no longer stand behind their work.

I had a fantastic service appointment with this dealership this week. Max was my advisor and he was phenomenal, he was welcoming and understanding and most importantly helpful. Max kept me posted with every question concern and service done to my Jeep. I would like to come back for service again.

The sales woman that worked with me was very nice, but the service department manager (whose name I wish I d gotten) was incredibly rude and condescending. The used car I was looking at had several very obvious issues including a cracked windshield, an inch of ice on the floor (obvious leak) and a broken heater. Despite these issues I was still willing to buy the car if everything was fixed, but when I politely brought the issues to his attention he joked that he would rather wait and have someone buy the car as is (despite the fact that it was listed as CPO) or he could just avoid fixing it all together and sell it wholesale instead. He was extremely combative, and I ended up walking away from the purchase because I did not feel that I could trust him to make the necessary fixes with integrity.

Customer service I received in the Service Department was outstanding. They really cared to reassure I was taken care of and thank you so much to the advisor Eddie. He is the reason I'm content I made a good choice buying from Jeep for the 1st time. They really help me to make sure service was being completed as quickly possible and reassuring I was able to drive my family where they needed to go. Recently purchased 2020 Durango which had deep scratch on driver side passenger door. They agreed to repair it after purchase . I dropped it off on Monday and just picked it up today There is no evidence of any scratch the body person did an amazing job it took 3 days because it was done right ..not rushed from start to finish each person I dealt with was professional and courteous .thank u..I look forward to my next service visit
