Excellent experience. Got my car ready to go in less than a week. Staff is very friendly and nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a beyond great job done to their car. They did everything in their power to make a easy and fast experience. Hassle free from dropping off my car and picking up a rental everything was ready for me when i picked up and dropped off my car. The person that worked on my car was name Christopher. Very nice

10/10 - they are not only professional & prompt but exceeded any & all my expectations. The whole staff was phenomenal & pleasant to deal with & they do outstanding work on top of that. Happy to have an auto body shop I can fully trust. My car looks brand new again & I could not be happier!

After being shaken up by a car accident, the staff at Richmond Autobody were helpful, informative and expedited the entire inspection process for me. They were so efficient and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by how simple and quick working with Richmond Auto was. I drove my car in for repairs on Monday, was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment, had everything thoroughly explained to me and the car was ready 5 days later. The team at Richmond were approachable and genuinely friendly. I was comfortable leaving my vehicle here. And would not hesitate to return if another need arises.

I had a really great experience dealing with Richmond Auto. They came recommended by my neighbor and met every expectation possible. Chris and the ladies in the office were extremely helpful and my car was ready within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend them. Quick, honest & professional.

I cannot say enough good things about Richmond Auto Body! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They walk you through every aspect of the process and ensure you are comfortable with the work needed to be completed on your vehicle. They work quickly and you are treated like you re family. They have now fixed two of my vehicles after minor accidents and both cars came back looking brand new! If a need presents itself again, I will absolutely use their shop!

No one anticipates an accident or car repair but there is only one place to go when you have one. Richmond Auto Body turned a negative into a positive. The entire experience from the estimate through the repair process was handled extremely professionally. Every employee is friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help you in any way they can. Throughout the repair process I was provided with updates and my repairs were completed a day ahead of schedule! I wish every service provider I deal with could follow their example.

Richmond Auto Body is one of the best auto body shops I have been to in such a long time, from the customer service down to the actual mechanics getting the job done. Thank you guys so much!!! Best place hands down to get your car fixed. I have been here 3 times and every single time the experience is wonderful. Unfortunately, this time around my car was totaled. They handled my situation with care and made a crappy situation better by being there every step of the way. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you!

We just would like to emphasize the fact that Chris from Richmond Auto went out of his way and was a super nice guy to work with on our claim! The whole place right down to girls in the office just an all over great experience. We cant say enough about this establishment, its not a big place but the treatment was outstanding especially these days in our world today, very hard to find people that care and go out of their way for anybody! Thank you for a wonderful experience we absolutely recommend this for your future auto body shop needs! This was our second time having them servicing one of our vehicles. The staff at Richmond couldn't make it any easier. I dropped the car off in the morning and left with a rental that they arranged. They handled everything including the appraisal and payment from my insurance company. When the car was ready, they went over the repairs and the bill. The car was clean inside and out and you couldn't tell that the car was side swiped.... it looked like new. Gave them the keys to the rental and they arranged for it to be picked up.Easy peasy.Thanks

I highly recommend Richmond Auto Body to repair your car. All of the staff is professional, attentive & knowledgeable. I felt at ease with the entire process from the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up. This is the 2nd time I have used Richmond to fix my car after being rear ended. They are professional, helpful, and very talented body shop people. They guided me though the insurance issues and rental car, and they stepped in when I needed their help. I highly recommend Richmond Auto Body to anyone!

Richmond Auto makes what is typically the biggest headache and absolute pleasure. I recently needed one part and a straightforward fix that could have been a real problem easily taken care of by these wonderful people who own this small business. I highly recommend this business, I hope I don't have to visit again but if I do I will be sure to use them.

Great service, communication, and efficient.Had some bad damages to almost the whole back of my car from an accident.They got my car fixed in a timely manner and even kept me updated along the way - providing me an update by calling me before I received the automatic email updates.

The best way to describe the quality of the work that Richmond Auto Body did on my SUV is PURFICT!!!. They made my car new agen. The repair was completed on time. I received updates on the progress of repair and Chris and JoJo took excellent care of me through out the whole process.

This is Nancy Franco, Richmond Auto Body is by far the best of the best. From the moment I walked in the door I feel like I became part of the Richmond Auto Body family. The staff is so caring and friendly, it was an absolute pleasure. I knew I was in the best of hands. My car was repaired so quickly and came out better then new. Richmond Auto Body went above and beyond for me, I did not even have to deal with the insurance company. Also the rental vehicle was there waiting for me. This was the most stress-free experience ever. Thank you again Richmond Auto Body for all that you did for me, best customer experience ever.

Our son s car was part of an accidental collision and we were under a tight time constraint to have it repaired before he needed to go back to school. The staff at Richmond were able to find all the replacement parts and get his car painted in time for him to leave. What we thought would take weeks happened over the course of a few days. The staff at Richmond were true pros keeping us informed of the progress throughout the whole process. The car looks fantastic. They met and exceeded all of our expectations!! I would highly recommend them if you ever need a body shop. I cannot thank Donna, JoJo and Chris enough for such a smooth and thorough process. I hadn't put a claim in on a car in 30 years. The rental they had for me was perfect and they took care of everything. They were great! I got my car back quickly and the shine on it makes it look brand new, even over a week later!
