Well they say word of mouth goes along way and because of that I will NEVER recommend or take my own car to this auto center. A friend of mines who is like family had a very bad experience with them and its unfortunate. I too am a female professional and the last thing you want is to be taken advantage of esp because your a female, can you trust anyone now a days?? Apparently not. Well I just hope that she gets her justice for the horrible service she was provided by this shop. As for the shop they should know good customer service is what keeps a business thriving and without that they will not be around for much longer.

Not sure on how to start but I love the work here. Was recommended and been bringing my car here for the past 4 years. Never had a problem and my vehicle is always taking care of and finished in a timely fashion. If i could I would rate 5 stars twice and will always recommend P&W auto center too friends and family

I had know this guys for for a while They have helped me out repairing many of my cars numerous times (I have bad luck with cars lol) I do some of the work myself but anyways the hard stuff I always leave it to to the professionals. I had bad experiences with dishonest mechanics but I can assure you I wouldn t take my car anywhere else in Long Island but here. If you need a reliable mechanic from tires to oil changes or body repair give them a call!

PW is the BEST! I have been living in Amityville for over 20yrs and i have had my share of mechanics. I can say, finally , i have found the perfect shop. Friendly, caring for your well being which means they fix your car with your safety in mind. Thats one of things i find rare and unique. Love them and i have and will recommend them!

My name is Deon and these guys are honest, polite, hard working and just good people. I won't take my car to any other shop go Noori !!! They have helped me with more then my truck. They have helped with life's circumstances.. They are now part of my family and I love these guys.. Real talk!!

******Part 3***** I finally got my money back. I had to send out the sherriff, spend extra money, but after almost a year of going back and forth. Once again, dont EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE CROOKS!!!!! Save yourself the headache, spend the extra money. But whatever you do, don't bring your car here.******PART 2****** So here is the update about this horrible service. After several attempts to try to resolve this matter, I ended up have to sue them in court. I ended up winning and being awarded the money for the repairs that I proved were never done on my car, plus all of the court costs. I have been texting Harshed trying to make arrangements to get my money and have been ignored for the last few days. I decided to go by the shop and I ended up talking to the father who advised me that Harshed had taken all of his money. He also told me that I was not the only person that had this issue of paying for work that was never done. In fact, he suggested that I go to the house to get my money, however, I will not do that. If I have learned anything from this horrible experience is not to trust anybody just because they are cheaper. I now have to continue to try to get money that is now legally owed to me. Whatever you do, NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!*******PART1****** This has been a horrible experience from the start. I brought my car to this shop on the recommendation of a coworker who is friends with the owner (Hashed). I told him what the dealer told me the problem was, and without any further investigation, he agreed. He gave me a price which was less than the dealer. He said he could get the parts for cheap, and the car would be fixed. I should have known something was not going to be right when Hashed said that we had to have an agreement that if he fixed my car that he was to be the only person to ever fix my car. The biggest red flag for me was when he said that he had been sued on three different occasions. Now I understand why. I paid almost $1k to get my car fixed and it was still broken. I gave him my car on three different occasions, and each time there was a different answer for the original problem. This went on for months, and the problem only got worse. I eventually had to take the car to different mechanic who fixed the car in less than 4 hours! This company and the father son team are a bunch of scamers. They charged me for work that I found out that they never did, and when I spoke to the dad who is the REAL owner, he agreed to give me less than half of what I paid. Even after I provided him with proof (pictures and parts) that the son didn't do anything to my car he STILL refused to give me back all of my money. This has resulted in a court case. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. They just do a bunch of guess work, trial and error, and hope that the problem get fixed. Don't ever take your car here! I would not let them work on the toy car for my 2 year old cousin. You are better off letting a blind man with no car experience do your repairs!!!!!

My family recommended P&W to me.. I am so glad I took my car to this auto center these guys are the best!!! Good work done in a timely manner..I won't take my car no where else . 10 Stars for P&W....
