Outstanding !!! What a pleasure it was to have worked with Eddie. A hassle free experience from start to finish. I was helped with starting my insurance claim and even got into a rental with such ease. Customer service here is beyond 5 stars. Car repairs came out immaculate! If you ever need any repairs or work done I highly recommend First Choice. You will not regret it. Thank you Eddie and team at First Choice Autobody!!

Had my car fixed at First Choice after I was rear ended. First Choice did an absolute great job from start to finish. They had my car towed right from the accident location to their shop and took care of the rest. They handled everything with the insurance company and it made the process very easy for me. They updated me on the status as there were many parts needed to be order and they always kept me in the loop. My car came out good as new and I HIGHLY recommend First Choice to everyone

Was extremely heartbroken when I got into a fender bender about 2 weeks ago with my 2016 Toyota Corolla. Took it to First Choice and got her back better than ever. Extremely grateful for the great work done on my car. Looks like new. Would defintely recommend this place to a friend or sibling.

Mike, Eddie and their crew from First Choice are the best. Friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They repaired my truck after an accident, arranged a rental car for me while it was in the shop, and detailed my truck so beautifully that it looks better than the first day I bought it. I want to thank Mikey and his team at FIRST CHOICE AUTO BODY & AUTO SALES INC. They did a great job on my 2015 Nissan Altima SL. They made me feel like family. Everyone at the shop was honest and friendly. It's not easy being in an accident and finding a honest body shop that also does great work. They did not let my car leave the shop until the car was in perfect condition and they even detailed my car and also fixed a few things that another shop messed up. I will always give them my business and recommend them to anyone that I know that needs work done. Once again thank you.

Best body shop on the Island. Everyone is very professional and skilled! They make you feel comfortable and my car looks beautiful, can t even tell it was in an accident. I highly recommend this body shop!

I m not the type to leave reviews but this one is very much deserved. I was in an accident and First Choice Auto Body was the repair shop I chose since it was close to home. I sat back and did NOTHING! They took care of EVERYTHING! Answered all of my questions (trust me I had one too many) Annabel is professional and took all 50 of my calls and handled everything. They dealt with my insurance company, took care of the paperwork, got me in a rental and most importantly fixed my car in a timely manner. My car now looks BRAND NEW! They also contacted me after the repair to make sure my car was running smoothly. I hope to never be in another accident again but I will refer everyone I know here because of the great experience I had! Look no further for any repairs or auto body work!

AMAZING!!! took my car here for multiple things. had my wheels powder coated/ front lip and rear spoiler color matched and fitted/ whole front end re-sprayed/ front end clear bra installed/ 35% tints all around. I must say that i was more than pleased. I dropped my car off on a Monday and had it back that Friday with a full detail and many extras. customer service was great. the guy at the front desk "frank" was very helpful and full of knowledge. thank you guys again!! will def recommend you guys to anyone i know...

Eddie and his team are not the First Choice, Their the Only Choice!I drove 25 miles to get to their location based on a referral... I'm very HAPPY I did!The team is attentive and detail orientated. I highly recommend First Choice Auto Body. The service is excellent and the craftsmanship is perfect. They treat you with respect and make you feel comfortable throughout your entire ordeal. I had a three-car Collision. They fix my car and you can't even tell it was damaged, it looks exactly how it did when I bought it from the dealer. I am happy and pleased with the work that was done. Thank you to Ed and his team they're the best at what they do. I give them 10+ star.

I bought my car to First Choice Auto Body to get repaired on 2 separate occasions after car accidents. First choice made my experience go very smooth. They communicated with my insurance company and rental company. I highly recommend using them!

I've heard so many horror stories about auto body shops having your car for months because they do not follow up with the insurance companies or using cheap parts and having to return. I can honestly say I would recommend First Choice to anyone in need of their services. I was recommended to First choice by a family member and I am so glad that I decided to have them work on my car after being rear ended. Not only did they finish my car in a timely fashion, they made sure they were communicative in the process which is something I was extremely appreciative of. If you are looking for excellent customer service, efficiency and being able to trust the people who work on your car I suggest you go with first choice.

Eddie,Frankie at (First choice Autobody) and their crew, are the best around i was recommended to them by a friend, I brought my vehicle to their shop and ihave to say, these guys really do amazing work, my vehicle looked better than when I bought it from the Dealership..Eddie and frank made me feel very comfortable, always returned my call, kept me updated..i had a great experience from the beginning to the end I highly recommend First choice Autobody 262 Amityville WOW you guys are the BEST, thanks so much ..:if OMG was.a rating.

First Choice Auto Body did exceptional work on my Truck, Tito made my truck look completely new again, and their service is fast and reliable, within a week from my accident I had my truck back and looking new again. He kept me updated on all the work and details of my truck, and I would easily recommend this as the best experience I ve had with a Body Shop. Form the beginning of the process to the end I was constantly updated via phone and pictures of the work that was done on my Truck. Customer Service is the best-selling tool and these guys have it hands down. I love the work and thank you for making my 2017 Grand Cherokee look like I just got it off the showroom floor.Thanks Guys!!!

The process of getting my car fixed was completely smooth they helped me with the insurance information. Everyone that was in the shop was friendly and welcoming. I picked my car up today and i am completely over joyed not only did they fix it they cleaned it. My car looks like a brand new car and i love it. This is by far the most professional auto shop I've been too. From when I first walked in they made me feel very comfortable and even offered me something to drink while I waited for a quote. The owners and their staff are all very kind and friendly. I came here to fix my driver side mirror that someone hit while I was parked. They took care of it in a great timely manner and gave me a great price. I will definitely recommend !

Very good customer service! my vehicle was involved in an auto accident and to say the least I am very particular about my car and where I take it for body work. Amazing quality of service! Any time I need work done to my vehicle, I come to these guys! the process is always smooth & They know how to take care of their customers. Always a 10/10 experience. Took my Mercedes AMG to First Choice and let me tell you, they knocked it out of the park. When I got there to drop my car off, First Choice Team had already called the car rental company to pick me up and take me to get my rental. They called me frequently to let me the know the status of my vehicle and always kept me updated. When I picked up my car, not only was it repaired to as good as new, but they even had it detailed and cleaned. Anthony, Pedro and Frank are fantastic people to work with and for sure I'll be giving them business in the future.

I had a huge issue on my car I needed brake pads on my Audi Q5 and honestly I had no idea what that meant or what I needed or who to take it too, I was recommended first choice auto body in Long Island and ones I arrived frank knew right away exactly what I needed and ordered my parts and fixed the problem the same day! I was extremely lucky That Eddie, Frank and the staff went overboard to help me fix my problem everyone was so professional and welcoming. And I have to say just the presentation of the office is very clean very nice well-kept that s a plus for me they even have a very clean bathroom for their customers! They even offer you water lol so if you want a very professional environment to fix your car I suggest first choice auto body, and one last thing good looking out on helping me getting the best price for the parts that I needed to fix my problem because when I called the Audi dealership they were charging me double! I was amazed of how well they worked with me so thank you again ! I hope I won t be back anytime soon but If i do need help with vehicle again I will always go to you thank you guys !
