The man at the desk is very nice and friendly. We dropped off something for repair and are hoping it is not too costly to fix.

These guys are magicians! We ordered component speakers and brackets through another company s website but the brackets that came did not fit the speakers correctly. Through dedication and his own ingenuity, Tim was able to make everything work properly and install them perfectly in a timely manner. They did not even charge us for the extra work that was needed to install the speakers. I can t recommend this place enough!

I absolutely love my remote start. I have a 2007 Toyota Corolla and it works perfectly. I got the better one that was a little more expensive but well worth it. I love the warranty knowing if I get another car the starter can be reinstalled in that car and the life time warranty goes with it. I don't have to purchase a different one. The staff is very friendly and informative. It didn't take long at all. I would recommend Sound Track to anyone.

Stopped to try and get my intoxalock fixed. Guy was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I'd Def visit again!!

This place does everything electronic TV's , tv repairs, car stereos, speakers, anything audio, car starters installs , intoxalock calibrations and removals, DirecTV sales and installs. Everyone at this place is super knowledgeable. The install guy is absolutely the best around hands down !!! Must check this place out .

Dropped of an amplifier for a home stereo system for repair. TWO MONTHS LATER STILL NOT REPAIRED! Went and got car starter installed - had to come back for installer to complete job (parking lights did not come on when vehicle started). Had amplifier installed in truck, was told I'd get $20 off starter install for inconvenience from starter.. Never got that discount. If you're too lazy to drive to Buffalo to get your work done then go here.Otherwise, stay away. incompetent owner and staff. When you call, all you get is an incompetent phone clerk who tells you the people you need aren't there and they'll call back. If I could give them zero stars I would.

If you want a fair price and good honest service in this area there is no better place. Instead of trying to sell me on high priced products they fixed my existing problem and saved me $$$. Top notch
