On Thursday May 4th 2023, my mom took her van in for an inspection and they found two broke motor mounts. After the owner became aware of her health condition and her having to go back and forth to Roswell in Buffalo he went above and beyond to help her out with the cost of the repair and to make sure that her van would be safe for the trips she needs to take! We are forever grateful for all the work and hospitality from all of them and strongly recommend that people take their business to Amore's! They are super nice, very helpful and have decent prices! Took less than 15 minutes to get my car inspected. It was great and they accommodated me on the time since I needed to go there after I got out of work and that was their closing time. 10/10, will definitely go there again in the future.

Due to a blowout on our trailer on the highway we had have new tires mounted on rims. They were extremely accommodating and fit us right in with friendly services. Mechanic was also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I had my car towed there after breaking down. When I talked to the owner he asked if I'd been there before. I had. I'd been there a few times. Then he said I looked familiar and asked me where I worked. I didn't get a good feeling about it. It was like he was trying to figure out how much money I had by wanting to know where I worked. Later I get a call from his son saying it needed a new belt and water pump. It would take about an hour to do it and it would be about $187. I say OK. The next day I go to pick up my car and it's the owner again who's doing the bill. Now it's $302 for a new belt and water pump. He went into this thing about it took two hours of labor and he had to put in 5 gallons of antifreeze. They seemed decent before but I'll never go back there again.

Went there, said getting no heat. Please fix heat. After 2 days they say water pump. It's a 55 dollar part. 2-3 hrs labor. My bill was 1,069! They took it upon themselves to do more work so my bill was higher! They replaced timing chain but the pulley is out of alignment! Theres a rattling sound now. And the heat still didnt work! It was the blend door! Criminal! Tell the whole story? The truck is perfectly fine except these issues. Nissan dealership in jamestown confirmed this yesterday!, I have paperwork. Make it right!

My son is a student at St. Bonaventure and was having car issues. We were reluctant to take the car to an unknown repair shop. After having some transmission fluid replaced at a nearby auto parts store, we decided to have Amore's take a closer look. My son was treated with honesty, integrity, and fairness. I applaud Mike Amore's shop and staff for being trustworthy and honest. Thank you!

They were able to take my car in at a moment's notice and inspect it and it passed inspection right away after I've been trying to get it to pass since October
