Rented a Triumph 19-footer with open bow for the day. I had some questions while on the water and ownership was fantastic! Prompt, caring, responsive and customer-service oriented! They have a great staff as well! Ali was a sweetheart and she certainly knows how to treat people. Thanks for a great experience! 6 Stars.

Fantastic dealership and service. Their expertise is unsurpassed. I bought a performance boat from them and they keep it running like a Swiss watch, including winterization and storage. A perfect one-stop-shop, they are highly recommended!

We rented a pontoon boat from Aqua Mania this year for 3 days. Boat was in great condition and ran well the entire time we had it. It was clean when we picked it up and very well maintained. Service here is great. They are good people and we wouldn t rent from anyone else. Best rentals in the area

Excellent Experience. I rented a 24' pontoon boat for one week in July of 2020. The boat was in perfect shape, less than one year old, with a built in navigation chart/sonar GPS device. The service was "first rate." Allison was helpful, available and pleasant to work with. Great product backed by great people - I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend to others.

We had a very clean, newer, reliable boat we rented. Allison was very to the point on do's and don'ts with the boat and left no gray area! The process was very simple and quick. Just slow down out there and enjoy it! This company cares about your well-being and their boats as well. I highly recommend them so much so this the only time I've ever rated a business. They seem to pride themselves on your families' enjoyment of their product!

What a great company. Unfortunately we had a small issue with a dead battery on a rental boat near the end of the day. We were dead on the water , so I called aqua mania...Allison handled this event quickly to ensure my family was safe and dispatched some help. Within a short period of time Rick arrived on a jet ski wearing full work clothes. A TESTIMATE to how reliable this company is, to drop whatever he was doing to help us. I am truly grateful for the generosity and great core values this company has. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

I can't say enough positive things about Aqua Mania (TI River Rentals). The team there is so helpful and compassionate.We ran into a tough situation where we hit a shoal with the boat - not ideal. The team was incredibly empathetic and kind throughout the process. Rick, the owner, single-handedly came and "rescued" us...he even brought another boat for us to take. All the while, Alison back at HQ kept us updated on status and next steps.Beyond thankful to the team and can't wait to visit again (and hopefully not bang up another boat!)

Outstanding customer service ! Allison stayed in constant contact with us from our first meeting through delivery of our new Kawasaki Jet ski. It was ready on the date agreed upon and despite being busy, took the time to completely familiarize us with the Jet Ski. Highly RecommendedCJ Gorius

One year in...The value of any dealer is service after the sale. Wrapping up on our first full boating season (2018) with our new Larson Escape TTT, I can't say enough good things about Aqua Mania's service.The boat was splashed this past spring within an hour of my request. Routine maintenance issues were handled promptly, and in such a manner that I did not miss one minute boating this past summer. Finally, they pulled the boat, winterized, shrink wrapped and transported it to my home on a schedule that was entirely driven by my convenience.I cant say enough good things about Rick and Julie, and their friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. My experience with these folks has been nothing short of outstanding.

I must admit that I was a bit intimidated shopping for boats at the home of the world's fastest turbine race team. My fears were completely unfounded, as everyone at Aquamania is down to earth, and work very hard to put their customers first.It was an absolute pleasure buying a new boat from Aquamania. I never felt pressured, and Rick spent a ton of time educating us on various offerings and options. He offers broad experience and passion for boating that I had not encountered at other dealers.Rick and Allison are both super friendly, as is all of their staff. They treated us very fairly with our 18 year old trade, customized the new boat to our needs, and immediately addressed a few minor issues discovered during the first week of use.In short, they have earned a lifetime customer.

We had an incredible experience at Aqua Mania!!! The owner was so kind and accommodating. She really made our experience special. We liked the boat we rented, and the price was fair. We will be back and I will be recommending this marina. After many bad experiences trying to rent a boat, I'm so glad we came here!

Rick is an amazing person that helped me out with my boat big time. He did all he could to get my boat back on the water as quick as possible. He also is helping me out on the purchase of next boat. Looking forward to always working with him for all my go fast boat needs.

Was very happy with my experience renting from Aqua Mania. Really nice people, the boat was good quality and it had a Garmin GPS. They would definitely be my first choice when I rent again.

When my wife and I arrived in A Bay and went to launch our boat we discovered it was DOA. Suspecting the battery was dead I stopped by Aqua Mania for some help and that's where I met Rick. Rick went out of his way to help me. He jumped my boat, reconditioned my battery and taught me so much I didn't know about boats! He is truly an amazing guy who really cares about people and building relationships. Rick went above and beyond and he didn't even charge me. I have found my new marina. Pass all the others and go right to Aqua Marine. You will be glad you did!!

I bought a Jet Ski from Allison a few weeks ago. I also bought one 20 yrs ago from her. Anyone who wants to buy any watercraft this is the PLACE to go. They give you the best prices, they're fair and the work they do on your machines is legite!!!!I've been on the river for 40 yrs and have never been treated as well as Allison treats her customers.!!!!!!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO CHALKS MARINA!!!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND DO AN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE JOB!!!!!!!

Great experience renting a pontoon boat for a week while on vacation. Staff was super friendly, boat was very clean and ran great. Only issue is where the boats are docked. Very narrow path in/out to the river with a few hazards to dodge. Just have to go very slow and becareful.

Very nice and friendly staff, my family and I are on vacation and we rented a boat from a different boat rental which they did not have infant life jackets. So i called aqua and they let me use 3 life jackets at no cost. I would strongly recommend Aqua Mania inc Thank you for everything!

Purchased a Seadoo jet ski from them. Both Allison and her husband were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The sale was quick and effortless. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Rented a pontoon boat for the day and it doesn't get any better...AMAZING customer service, Top of the line watercrafts, very thorough answering any questions you have. If you want a Grade A+ boating experience...I very highly recommend Aqua Mania!
