Basics; 2014 Ford Fusion with steering and other issues. Abay Auto was recommended by people who've lived here all their lives. After diagnostics I was told I had battery and other issues. Long short, I was saved 250 bucks by Abay reminding me the battery was under warranty. Quality of service was purely evident which requires honesty. I recommend giving your car repair business to Abay Auto. Thank you.

I had a great experience! I was there on vacation and my alternator stopped working. They were able to get me in quickly and they had my car repaired within a few hours. The price was reasonable and they did not try to take advantage of me even though I was in a tough situation. In fact the owner Rob even gave me a ride back to my hotel so I did not have to walk on busy route 12. This was nice of him to do and I appreciated the service from him and his staff!Service: Electrical

It was an absolute delight dealing with a competent, kind, and efficient family-owned business after the exhausting nightmare I had dealing with Will's Wrecker. I called around town and everyone said Robert was the man, a great guy who would help me out, and he lived up to his reputation. I met his son, wife, mother, etc. while I was there, who were all lovely people as well. I really can't thank him enough for helping me out. 11/10Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had a rattling sound in my car when I arrived at my cottage on vacation. When I called, they got me right in the next morning. In 10 minutes, they solved the problem and it wasn't too expensive! If I ever have car problems in the future, when I am on vacation in Alex Bay, I will not hesitate to go there again. Highly recommend!!

I've been there twice now. Each time the service has been courteous and prompt, the fees were reasonable and the explanations clear. The guy I dealt with was a bit terse but not everybody is a Steve Harvey. He does give me the impression that he knows what he's doing. Nothing fancy, just solid service.

There has never been a time that Rob hasn't helped out of a bind. I am always calling him to have his experience and knowledge on where I should troubleshoot. He has been right, every time. I live in California and do most of my own repairs, each time I've come up to a wall, he is my go to guy. He is always willing to help and go out of his way to make sure I am doing the correct repair, right. Rob and the guys at this shop are there to go the extra mile to help and get you moving!!! Thanks, Rob! I know you've gotten me out of many jams! I couldn t imagine scamming someone who thought i was family out of $3,000 dollars. Shady shop, doesn t even deserve the title of an automotive mechanics shop. As someone who works in a mechanic and auto body shop, our strive is always to do right by the customer and give them affordable rates. This shop is nothing, but money hungry and they don t even do the job correctly. They SCAM you. Don t go here.Service: Transmission repair

Drove all the way from western New York and the check engine light came and I was dreading the worst because the car was driving funny. They took me in right away. The repair time was very short and I only paid $300 for it. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them.

Mechanic here did not fix our car nor did he know where to start. Engine continued to misfire. Mechanic will throw whatever parts he can find on google. Then reset the computer and claim fixed. Take your money elsewhere.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic
