I just bought new tires a month ago from Joe's and it has been a huge blessing! Since then I avoided being t-boned by stopping on a dime, safely made it through local flooded roads, and had complete control while driving through icy and slushy roads. Everything was great...until I ran over an unidentified object. I made a B line back to Joe's and they were able to patch the hole and save my almost brand new tire! This is a family owned business run by folks who care about the local community. Warm and inviting atmosphere, prompt service, and exceptional prices. If you need tires, get to Joe's NOW!

Service was prompt, great quality work, and they were right on target with the time frame my special order tires would be in. I made an appointment, they kept there word, on the time to serve my needs AND GAVE ME no lame excuses why scheduled service could not be performed like the Albion Walmart tire center gave me so many times as I pointed out in a previous review for them a few weeks ago.I 100% recommend Joe's tire and they are just as good as Transit Tire was thanks to the great Staff Joe acquired! Good people and GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU JOE'S TIRE!

They were the only place that would mount and balance my tires. Walmart refused to because they are "oversized" or not stock sized tires. Other places couldn't get me in for almost a week. They were more than happy to help and get them set. Very friendly.

When I got my tires put on, the mechanic told me to come back at 51,000 miles to have them rotated. He wrote 51,000 on the paper as a reminder. My husband took it today and they told me I voided my warranty cause I was supposed to bring it in at 5,000 and 10,000 intervals, not 15,000, which would have been 51,000. They have lost a customer. I was just doing what the mechanic told me, which should have been right.Updated: the guy did rotate my tires for nothing and said he would continue to do so in the future but because we didn't bring it in at 5,000 and 10,000 the warranty is still void and they couldn't replace it for free if it got damaged. So I'll give them a 3 instead of a 1. The mechanics should not write 51,000 on your paperwork if that is not when you are supposed to bring it in. They need to be clearer in their directions. This is the first time I did this and I don't know when they are supposed to be rotated.

I give a one star rating, but it deserves a zero star rating. I brought my own tires to be mounted and balanced. The guy slammed my tire on the ground twice and then proceeded to tell me that my rim was bent and it was going to cause a vibration. Then he proceeded to claim that I was complaining about a vibration when I walked in. I will never do business here again.

Got tires there a week ago. I noticed after a couple of days one of them was low on air so I pumped it back up. A couple of days later it was low again so I figured the tire didn't seat correctly on the rim. I raced out there after work knowing that they close at 615, and was told when I got there at 540 that there was nothing they could do that day and I had to come back. When I tried to make an appointment I was told they do not accept appointments. I can't complain about the price, it was more than reasonable, but I will not be going back to them due to this customer service mishap.

I've been getting my tires seasonally changed here for almost 20 years. A couple months ago they raised their price to $20 per tire. Today they charged me $40 per tire. I like using local businesses when I can, but I'm not interested in being soaked for doing it.

I thought that the fact that this place was more expensive than other places I had called around to meant I would get better customer service than other places. Instead, I paid extra money to receive some of the most condescending, degrading experiences I have *ever* received in *any* business in my life.I don't like working with snakes, and the manager here sure shed his skin in front of me today. I came to the place because I had done business before, and because it was local, and was treated completely impersonally and like I'm trying to defraud them. I'm never going back here. The tires are great, but way too expensive, especially for this horrendous kind of customer service.Avoid this place at all costs - not that it would really cost you, since damn near anywhere else is cheaper.

The customer service here is great and they have late hours of operation which has come in handy more than once. Consider calling in advance to check availability of your specific tire because their on hand inventory was light or they would have received 5 stars.

Transit is thee tire place to go to in Orleans County. Walk-in service, no appts. Friendly service techs who specialize in only tires & get u back on the road quick. Buy tires here & get some free services to maintain them year round. Took mine in today for tire Sensor light warning & was there under 30 minutes. Thanks guys!!

They have plugged a few of my tires. Have purchased new tires from them for years now. There prices are the best around. Most times you are in and out. The only exception is when everybody waited too long before getting winter tires.

Curtis is awesome! The old lady behind the counter sucks...we talked to her on the phone and arrived less than 3 hours later.. Told her my name and what I needed done (she's the one that talked to my husband) she acted like she had no idea why I was there and then when Curtis came in, he found my name and what needed to be done, written down in the book in the old lady's hand writing!

They have the best prices for tires. Got there right when they opened today and was out in about 30mins. I've been going there for 20yrs. Great, fast service!
