Can't use a Veteran discount after using you ID, they force you to give an email or phone number. Auto Zone a block away doesn't require additional information. Advanced only does this so they can sell your information

This place what absolutely amazing!the customer service was so amazing. You walk in, they say hello, then allow you to look and find things by yourself and they do not follow you around the store like other auto parts/hardware places! It is so nice and if you do have a question, they are so knowledgeable and helpful amd will even help you change out or replace the parts on your vehicle. Again the service is just so amazing! Go visit!!!!

Staff is very knowledgeable and can only help as far as their system allows which with updates the amount of help they could provide with schematics of vehicles would tremendously help DIY people who don't like to pay the shop prices every time. Location is always clean and stocked accordingly and everything is easily accessible for all customers.

Not knowledgeable, unintelligent, and confrontational. New employee wanted to fight over a part he couldn't find himself when his manager could. And then had the audacity to gaslight Thank God Auto Zone is a block away

The manager is anti police. I was also told to leave and not to come back. I did not have a mask, told him mine had broke. I was the only person in the store. He was very rude about the whole thing.
