As a new customer, from my first phone call and visit to Albertsons shop I knew they re truly a local shop with longstanding involvement in the community. They worked with a full customer service focus planned in every step of the process of my repair and through insurance. Justin & the crew helped manage everything with ease, including setting up with their local partner my rental car with door to door convenience and ensuring the insurance claim was processed correctly on my behalf. I cannot say enough great things! Very good rates for the job and professional techs completing the repair. The car looks brand new, and they even cleaned it :) Will absolutely return if the need arises. A shop that goes above & beyond for sure, recommend to everyone. Thanks for making the process so great!

Granted, the world is a big place, but I feel confident in asserting that Justin Moore & his team at Albertson Auto are the "best in the business" anywhere on earth. From the moment you walk in the door, Justin's honesty, smile & knowledge about his craft (in dealing not only with repairs, but with insurance claims as well) are all assembled to greet you & calm your troubled mind (after your accident!) I ve had several incidents that needed bodywork; on every occasion Justin and Albertson auto body were there for me great service and prompt.They really care about the customer and their vehicle. This shop was recommended through state farm. I have dealt with many repair shops but this one is one of the best. Justin is a stand up guy and his team is great. I normally don't even make recommendations but for this, I had to bc I've had some pretty lousy experiences with shops in the past. My car was expected to be 14 days but was ready in 10, and the car came back in better condition than when I bought it pre-owned! Thanks Albertson Auto Body!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Albertson recently repaired my car after a minor accident. Justin was very helpful in navigating me though the insurance process. Excellent job repairing my vehicle. Originally did not think it was going to be able to be repaired. The repairs were done and it is just like new !!! Timing was what was expected. I have been using Albertson Auto Body for many years. I never had one issue with his customer service and the quality of work. I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation to Justin and his staff. Justin and his staff are all friendly, professional, and honest. The shop has been in business for over 50 years. He is extremely experienced knows the business. He will schedule a date to bring the car in and tell you when you will be able to pick it up. After the work is done the car will look like new. I highly recommend you bringing the car to his shop for any auto body work.

I picked this body shop out of the list recommended by StateFarm. I also double checked with the reviews prior to choosing this shop. Justin was awesome. He made you feel like your car is in good hands, and your car is in fact in good hands. He is nice and explains what is going to be done. AND took care of all the insurance paperwork so no headache. Will definitely go back if my car ever need any body work (but fingers crossed hopefully never had to again)...

I am very happy with the work that was done here.Once my car was done, you would never be able to tell it had been hit. Justin helped to deal with rhe insurance company and helped make a painful experience a painless one. Their work is exemplary and as well as being professional, they are genuinely nice people. Amazing! I doubt I could ever have found a more professional, accurate and accomodating body shop.The bumper repair they did for me is perfect and I also know for a fact that their prices are very reasonable in comparision to others. I was probably in and out within 45 minutes which was great because I figured the job would take much longer.These guys don't mess around. Ask for Justin who is part of the family that started the business in the 1940s. He was always very polite and reassuring about the work needed and everything involved in getting it to completion.Also, another thing I really liked about the place is that the whole place is very clean and orderly looking. Customer service was terrible as a previous owner of a shop myself not sure if it was laziness or plain and simple just ignorence , however I was passing by the shop when I realized one tire was on 10 psi I ask if he minded added a little air as he wasn t even doing anything but drinking coffee and stated that he is not an air guy and to go to a gas station like it was actually a big deal I was out of quarter only reason I went to him in the first place but he still made me drive home on a flat tire to get quarters to drive back up to get air from somewhere else. This is honestly one of the nastiest shops Iv stoped at. Absolutely do not recommendService: Tires

This place gives me a good feeling - said my boyfriend. I chose this place from reading good reviews and it did not disappoint. Justin is a personable, smart, efficient professional who knows what he s doing. The shop was also clean, quiet and zen! I highly recommend this business for auto body work! Two thumbs up!!! This body shop is recommended by the insurance and offers wonderful service, at very reasonable prices. They are fast, and reasonable, while also being polite, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone needing to get body work done to their car. They stand out from the plethora of other shops in the area for their overall excellence

Let me start by saying I critique everything to the extent of probably being your worst nightmare as a customer. I was so upset that my expensive 2011 Jaguar was damaged forever. It will never be the same. How could they possibly match this paint color from a Jaguar thats nearly 10 years old? Well... I was right---it is not the same. It's more perfect than it has ever been. They matched the color perfectly! I looked at it for so long waiting for the imperfection to jump out at me..but it never did. No orange peel.. Everything was lined up perfect and the BEST part was they didn't use aftermarket parts!! Albertson autobody is all about honesty, doing the right thing and gives you more than what you would expect. The integrity and quality of this place speaks for itself. Thank you for everything!!

Competent, fast, excellent quality work and customer service. They even went to bat for us with the insurance company of the driver who hit us. All of my auto body work will be at Albertson from now on. Thank you Justin!
