I called STS to schedule an appointment for some issues we were having with our liftgate, they were able to get me in within 2 days.Amber and the techs were very knowledgeable and effortlessly communicated the issues with the lift.I was in and out of there, with the vehicle, within an hour. Thank you for the great service and the friendly atmosphere. 10/10

On Dec 16 I brought my f150truck in to see why Meyer plow wasn t working . They diagnosed plow and it was found that most of the parts including motor were burnt out. They said they would put it back together and bring truck back outside. Well a hour passed and joe finally came out and told me they couldn t get truck started and where would I like it towed. I asked joe who would be paying for tow and diagnose on why it won t start. He informed me that he talked with the owner and was told that I would have to pay for tow and to see what s wrong with truck. I told joe the truck was working when it was brought in. He informed me that he thought it was electrical problem. I asked him about warranty which he told me the guy my will be back in a min he knows all about warranty s.When he returned I asked him about warranty on plow. He said he doesn t know much about warranty s and to call Meyer plow. From what I understand they had there hands tied because of what the owner was telling them to say.A follow up was done . Talked with Tamara at corporate office she said she would call Meyer plow and talk with them . She said she would get back to me. I waited all day finally I called and asked her if she talked with Meyer plow She said they wouldn t cover it. I said did you tell them all wires in plow had to be replaced she then said the mechanic talked with Meyer and then said she would cover the tow. (She was going to call ,then mechanic called then I had to get back to her. What a operation I might be wrong but I don t think anybody called Meyer .On March 30 my plow was fixed ( loose wire and corrosion on wires cleaned the up and now works perfectly!! $194.00!! Place doesn t know what s going on , I would have been ripped off $3600 if I agreed to have it fixed there!!S

My fianc� used to work for STS Trailer. My spouse informed them plenty ahead of time about taking PFL when we had our daughter.He ended up getting fired a week before we had her. He made them aware when the doctors told us we had about 2 weeks or so to go the week before he got fired. He lost out on his well earned and deserved PFL. They said he no longer fits their culture.He s been there since 2013. He s watched other great employees get fired when they approached their 10 year mark also.I suggest not to get your hopes up about STS becoming a career that you could see yourself there for the long term.

Find someplace else to do work on your truck! I approved estimate for $800, billed my fleet card $1719. Place is complete rip off. People that answer the phones dont have a clue what's going on. Worst service I have ever had. Made appointment to have truck looked at, they didn't look at it till 4 days later so I had to rent a truck in the meantime. Just terrible!

I have had a great experience with these people. I attempted to adapt an old snow plow to my newer truck. Allison called different companies, sent pictures of my plow, made phone call after phone call to try to make it work. After we exhausted all possibilities, she still called me back to make sure I was aware of all my options. There was no pressure to sell me anything, just help. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Horrible purchase. There website is wrong with financing options . They list two companies to finance one is Sheffield other is synergy financial.I was told yes we accept Synergy by Ann in Syracuse, so I get plow installed only to find out they no longer accept this card. Interesting cause Ann said yes to myself and Amanda at Rochester location. At that point I was told apply for yardcard. Was approved and made contact with Amanda to give her account number. Amanda calls me 2 hours later to inform me that they no longer take that card as of Sept. 2017. No one at main office in Syracuse informed anyone at Rochester office. So after this nightmare I paid cash and went to pick up truck and plow to see they had put out a new add stated that they except the cards they no longer except. Lol. False advertising could cost more then a plow. This main office in Syracuse needs to get on the ball and keep others informed. I was going to have them uninstall plow, but the two people I spoke with Amanda and Maggie are only reason I still went threw with this purchase. They are very good at defusing issues. They both were very accommodating to keep u as a customer. STS should realize the lack of communication with employees will kill a business. I personally think upper management really does not care. Good thing they have a couple of good employees that do care about customer service.

I called and gave them an ETA and they got me right in , fixed the lights and got me on my way and gave me a hot brownies that was delicious.
