I reached out to Jeff R about mechanical issues I had with my fleet of ambulances. Jeff convinced me to give their service department a shot. These guys were on site within an hour and got the ball rolling. They found and repaired a slew of problems that were neglected by a local dealership who we entrusted with maintenance. Jeff always answers the phone and attends to my needs within hours. I have to mention that these guys resurrected an ambulance that we wrote off for dead. Put it back in service last week and have had no issues since then. Jeff and the boys at the Albany shop are top notch, I highly recommend them for your needs.
