I am very happy with the level of care this team showed to my concerns about my vehicle. They were able to get me in without an appointment. They checked everything I was concerned about and went above and beyond the expectations. I really appreciate the transparency they provided.I will be returning to this location for future vehicle maintenance. Thank you!

They were courteous and helpful. They plugged a tire I had purchased hazard insurance on from them. It was quick and no appointment was required.

I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT GO HERE. Went in for an inspection with my 2020 Rogue and they tried to tell me i needed $900 worth of repairs and refused to pass it for inspection. They even took off the inspection sticker to make me feel obligated to get the repairs from them. I got a second opinion from a different mechanic that passed it immediately without any concerns. They WILL TRY TO MILK YOU. Complete scam artists. Will never go here again.

Staff were very helpful and quick with what needed to be done. Tony explained to me what they were going to do with my car and how they were going to do it. They even checked to see if my car had any other problems which was helpful. Overall, I ve always had a great experience here and would recommend this place.

Tony is absolutely awesome! He's knowledgeable, patient, kind and very understanding. He explains things in a way you can understand. He handles business like a boss. I never have any doubts about servicing my vehicle when it comes down to him! Happy to be a customer.

Fantastic! Tony saved me over $100 by diagnosing and fixing a wobble in my steering wheel in under an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very generous I paid a GREAT price! I will be returning with my business in the future.

Tony the manager really goes out of his way to take care of you and he's someone you can trust will be honest about the repairs and won't take advantage of you.

Manager/staff are honest and will tell you exactly what you need. Their queue can get backed up so just communicate to them when you can expect to have the car back.I recently went to depaula for service and they couldnt even stick to the date in which i made an appointment. This experience was much better

Had to go here quickly after I had some trouble with my car and all of the staff was so kind and attentive to my car. The manager was extremely kind and generous and made sure everything was in working order. If you ever need service please stop at this Monro.

It was a terrible experience beware of New manager at the Central Ave store.. said my tie rod was bad and it wasn t.. $1300 estimate and my tie rod end was fine . So happy I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion..

I came in today willing to buy 4 new tires and the folks at Monro figured out that I didn't need them just yet. They were friendly and answered all my questions, gave me a time estimate, and were very patient with my lack of car knowledge. I would definitely recommend coming here. Thanks again

Monro is a great place to take your car for any fix you might need. I needed my car looked at immediately and they were able to accommodate me even though I did not have an appointment. Knowledgeable staff and very welcoming.

I recently had an issue with my tire and was turned away by the Jeep dealer and another local shop. Tony, the manager immediately assessed the problem and took care of me. The customer service was great and the staff seem to work collaboratively to assist their customers. I ll be returning. Thanks again!

I've been taking my car here for years now and I've never had anything but positive experiences. Never any surprise additional issues with your car or hidden costs. Fully recommend - the manager Tony is a pretty stand up guy as well.

I brought my car in for an inspection after making an appointment. I was told my car failed due to my wipers even though my wipers were brand new and perfectly fine. I had to wait 3 hours and was charged 100$ and was told they didn t have time to complete an oil change.

I wish I could give negative rating. I called up and took an appointment for tire swap and initially I was told that the work will be done as soon as I drop the vehicle. Then they said there are two vehicles ahead and mine will be done in two hours time. After waiting for 6 hours I called up and asked for the estimated time. My car still not been attended. Just for asking the estimated time, the manager of this place asked me to take my car without doing the work.Such an unprofessional attitude and they don t care for their customers.Avoid this place like plague.

These people are experts at what they do and they operate with integrity and tell it to you straight. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced or fixed. These are some great folks who don't take advantage of you or your wallet.

I came in to make an appointment and to my surprise I was able to get my car in immediately!!! While I was briefly waiting to be served, I observed a new staff member training. IMPRESSIVE!!! He was intently concentrating despite background noise from customers!! Now THATS the kind of mechanic I want to work on my car. Then I believe the manager,Tony, was the person who helped me. He has great customer service skills and he operates with integrity!! I've been around long enough to know how easy it is for some shops to take advantage of a female senior citizen!! NOT the case here! I've always chosen Munroe for oil changes and brakes and after my experience here today, that will not change. I honestly recommend this establishment to anyone who needs quality service! ~Rev. Fullard

This spot is the best for your car services.I have 3 cars registered and they handle every car very carefully and help you with the car problems. They don't even charge that much as compare to others. For me Tony is the best guy for car services.

The people here are very helpful and fast. I had gone to a previous tire place and they were over charging me so I came here instead and it was the best choice i made. It was fast and affordable. Tony was also very helpful and a kind man.

I came in 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday with a tire that had a slow but fast leak. Took me in right away and found and fixed the leak in no time! Great customer service as well!

I wanna give monro a five Star rating they are very helpful when my tire had a slow leak and I had a nail in my tire and I need it fix they fixed it with no problem they got me in and out didn't have to wait long at all they are really good at what they do I really appreciate it

This is the worst shop to get oil change done do not go their..my mom got her oil change done the guy at the counter told her $95 when the car is finished they charge her $145 then told he the had to put 2 more qt off oil and walk away leave her and go to the back and never come back no matter how she call he didn't come back to talk to her
