Mike is fantastic! We called interested in one car and he set us up in something even better! We couldn't be more pleased with the car or his service. He's very professional but so easy to talk to. In the future, I'll be recommending him to anyone that is in need of a car or truck!

I bought my '09 F150 from Mike about a year and a half ago. Nice guy, very well informed, straight shooter. He was very helpful months later when my starter motor died down in Saugerties. I live and work in the area, I always wave at him, or stop to chat when I see him. Great guy!UPDATE 8/15/23 Just bought an awesome Toyota Tundra from him. It was posted on his site, and I was glad I'd be dealing with him again, he didn't disappoint!

First let me say I am in no way affiliated with this business nor any other. This was my first meeting with this business and I was extremely pleased with the outcome! Mike helped me out today with my truck. He went above and beyond what most folks do for others- never mind just car dealers. It is very apparent to me that Mike is a genuinely honest man and cares about doing the right thing for both his business, and his customers. I feel this is a mark of a man who cares deeply about his reputation not only as a good businessman but also as a good human being. Bought an 08 civic last February from him. He said would put on new tires. I never asked for new tires either. He offered them to me when he said he was getting it inspected by his people . When I showed up to Mavis they told me tires were bare and was super dangerous they had spikes sticking out of them. I called him up and he gave me a hundred fifty to rectify but why not just do it right instead of being a liar. I went to this guy because my dad said he knew him but turns out he s a scammer. In the past year I ve had to get a new exhaust pipe because mine somehow rusted off. My car was out of alignment when I first got it without my knowledge. He said he was gonna send it to a shop and get it all fixed up from the start so these issues should have been identified. The starter failed a few months ago and I had to get it replaced. There was a large engine leak and my drain plug gasket needed to be replaced. After this the car was sputtering to start and I had to get my fuel pump replaced as well. If you are looking for cars that have issues and need have thousands of dollars put in to fix it then this is the guy for you. I ll attach what he gave me when I put the deposit down to see what he said he would fix but never did except for the radio maybe. The steering wheel was shaking because the car was out of alignment and it was obvious on the highway. The exhaust noise was probably due to a rusting exhaust pipe that was falling off. I was not expecting a perfect car but don t make promises you cannot keep.

I was looking to finance my first car and I was in the process of rebuilding my credit. Mike was able to set me up with an awesome deal and a wonderful car. Have known Mike for years, and one of the most genuine people you'll ever do business with. Always willing to assist those in the community in any way he can. Go see him for your car needs, and even if you're not buying one from him bring your current used car and let him make you an offer. He's beat other trade-in offers of other dealers around the Northeast!

Mike was fantastic! Easy to work with, honest, and a really nice guy. I first found my car listed on another site, when I realized he was local I contacted him directly. Even in a pandemic he made the purchase easy and seamless! Go see Metro Mike!

Since I purchased my car from Mike, I have had to put over $1500 in repairs. The first repairs being an alternator, battery, and fuel pump all in less than a year of picking up the vehicle. Add to that the fact that when I originally picked up the car the check engine light was on. Mike stated it just needed to be reset. This was of course not correct. I will take responsibility for being unknowable about the worth of the car. My Blue Book value is $1200 as of right now and I owe twice that. I have definitely learned my lesson and will never buy from a side of the road used car dealership ever again.

Slaps stickers on cars from auction and hopes for the best. Mike did offer to have most things fixed that went wrong within first initial week to the 4th month of owning truck. However, becomes a major inconvenience to have to keep bringing truck back to be fixed, when the garage he deals with is in East Greenbush. Then, did not want to take truck back when the 4th and final thing happened. I had enough of the back and fourth. Luckily traded in somewhere else and found a better car. I would not recommend to purchase a car from. Unless you are happy to spend the time of the back and forth of getting things fixed that should be done before listed on a lot. Also, his attitude changes to make you feel like you re the one in the wrong. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Mike helped me get financing when no one would give me a chance. He got me a good vehicle and made the process happen fast. I recommend Metro Mikes for anyone looking for a used vehicle!

I find it very unjust that in order to purchase a used car you have to basically be a mechanic to insure you are getting a good deal. If your car is purchased above 100,000 miles from a used dealership like Metro Mike Trading & Cycleyou have no protection under the NYS Lemon Law and the dealership can sell you a POS that stops running a litte under a month after buying and there is nothing you can do as a consumer. You are at the mercy of used car dealerships who are legally able to sell a product that doesnt work and NYS will just be like"IDK bruh maybe do more research go, become a mechanic or something". I would recommend no one purchase a used car with Metro Mike Trading & Cycle

Metro Mike will find you a car that fits you at a reasonable price, get you financed and put you in it. It's that simple. He is a straight shooter/no bs kind of guy. If you need a car, go see him. Why go anyplace else?

Michael got me the best Truck i ever had!! He did all he could and more to make me a very happy Customer!! I had to go all the way up to Albany NY- from Sheboygan Wisconsin to get it. But- Excellent deal, Great prize but most of all the most friendly service i ever had from a Car Salesman!! What a nice Guy!!
