Mike was able to get me in right away, car was done the same day. They do fast but QUALITY work, they do not sacrifice one for the other, very transparent and have great customer service. Very good attitudes, never been rude once.

During a routine tire change, JD Tire caused some minor but costly damage to my car's suspension. When I told JD Tire about the issue, they did not hesitate to pay for the cost of repairs. I understand accidents happen - how JD Tire responded to their mistake is beyond impressive. What might've been a huge ordeal was handled quickly, courteously and professionally. Thank you JD Tire - your integrity has earned a loyal customer.

Level lift wheels tires sway bar alignment, install went smooth, worry free, and exactly what I was expecting to pay. Definitely don't regret or wish I did anything different they take care of me always never an issue

Quick, cheap and easy. Found my new tire shop.Mike sold me a new tire after we had a blow out on the highway. He was able to get us in right away. Mounted and balanced the new tire, after removing the old tire from the rim of course and even mounted it to the vehicle and replaced the donut to its proper place. He even disposed of the old tire for us.Highly recommend.

This place is a joke. Mike the manager needs to be fired. My husband dropped our car off when they opened to have a new set of tires put on. I called later that day day an hour before they closed to see if it was ready to be picked up and he never ordered the tires!!!! Great...OK....So we left the car overnight thinking he will order the tires and it will be ready the next day. My husband called at noon and Mike says car will be ready before we close. We show up at 4:30 and there is no a single person there!!!!! The door is locked and all the garage doors are closed. The sign on the door says they close at 6. We tried calling the phone number and of course no one picks up the phone. Here we are now 2 days without our car. Day 3 we show up in the morning when they open to pick up our car. Mike tells us that they tires just came in and it will be about 2 hours to put them on. We decide to wait because at this point if we leave who knows what will happen next. He refused to give us any kind of discount for HIS mistakes and LYING to us. After getting home the tires we ordered 33 x 10.5 are not on our car. They are 31 x 10.5!!!! I thought they looked a little small but was just so frustrated from sitting all morning I wanted to get home. Now we are stuck for the next year with smaller tires. We will NEVER do business with him ever again. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

Speaks to customer anyway he feels like. Critiqued my physical appearance and made me feel unwelcome on account of imaginary people who MAY come to his business and judge me as he has at 9am in -10 degree weather. On planet jd tire imaginary customers are more important then paying ones.

Took my Denali to a local reputable shop to do a lift kit and alignment .. receive the truck back and the alignment was horrible. Was blamed on a bad calibrated alignment machine took it over to JD tire where there was no smoke and mirrors. They got it done. Truck was fixed properly and drives down the street straight as an arrow.Highly recommended for an alignment with a lifted truck

Literally the only tire place within like 50 miles that would touch my wheels and they did not disappoint. I bought 35 inch tires on custom rims for my jeep from custom offsets and had balancing beads put into them when they were ordered. Long story short balancing beads are AWFUL. No other shop would touch them because my rims were too expensive (they didn't want to be responsible for damage) or they didn't have the right tools. This place not only had them balanced in a little over an hour, they also put my caps back on that I had taken off due to trying to fix the tires so many times (for ease of access) and did no damage whatsoever to anything! I highly recommend them if you have expensive wheels/tires.

There is a reason this business gets 4 and 5 stars, and comes recommended by people you know. After some disastrous low quality work and some bad attitudes at a local Monroe location I figured I would take my vehicle to JD Tire for service.The staff are very pleasant and professional. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and keep you updated. The location is very clean, and waiting area is spacious & comfortable. You can sense they take pride in the shop and effort is made to make customers waiting be comfortable as well.One way I use to guage how good a business will be is to watch how they interact with other customers. Every interaction I witnessed between staff and customer this day was pleasant, even when a customer was getting unpleasant news related to their vehicle. I sensed every customer was really satisfied in doing business here. I also got the feeling the staff genuinely care about the customer, and making sure they do a good job at a good price. These men have pride in workmanship and want their customers to come back. The franchises are all about fast service while sacrificing quality. Consider JD Tire first before doing business with the minor league franchise outfits.

Incredibly courteous and accommodating staff. Customer service was fantastic, as was the quality and efficiency of the tire installation. Had exactly what I was looking for in stock and were more than happy to squeeze me in last minute. Would recommend to anyone and will be back in the future.

Brought by '86 Monte Carlo SS in for an inspection. I was met with a friendly staff who, despite it being the end of the month when everyone is looking for their inspection to be done, took care of the inspection thoroughly and quickly!! The mechanic even took time to go over a few things to watch on my car for the future. Won't go anywhere else for car needs right now.....

I love this place! Family has been going here for years! Absolutely the best prices anywhere and the customer service can't be beat! Mike the owner is always there to help. Just picked up 4 tires for my plow truck and left with a better tire than I expected for the same price!

I have been dealing with Mike at JD tire for about 6 years now. Have always had a great experience and highly recommend him to anyone. They are always willing to go the extra step to make sure the job is done right.

I had a hole in my snow tire and they took me immediately, and actually fixed the problem rather than saying I needed all new tires. They were incredibly nice and helpful, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond!

Apparently my tires are rare around these parts and JD Tire is the only place to get them. I went there for the first time today. I was told the tire would be there at 10 and I showed up 5 min early, paid and talked about cars for a little bit. I walked out the door at 10:01 with my tire waiting at my car for me.The guy at the counter was super friendly, the guy who brought my car was super friendly and the mechanic I walked by was super friendly. I wish all places were like this.

Don't waste your time here. Drove an hour to pick up tires when I got there they had sidewall damage. I asked before hand if they were inspected and in good condition as I had a long drive and Mike said yes. I would expect this from a regular person but a tire shop. Unreal

Was quoted 350 dollars for a fluid change service for transmission and rear diff fluid. Dropped off the truck and Mike called me and said it was 550 but then "knocked it down" to 500. So a 40% price jump after the work had been completed with absolutely no reason as to why it was higher than quoted. Only thing the store manager Mike said about it was, "I didnt know you needed an exact quote." What?! What do you think a quote is? Completely dishonest. I had to call Joel Denooyer myself to get this obvious price gouging corrected. This guy should be ashamed of himself.

Hands down the best place to get your car repaired. You will never feel or be ripped off. Mike is . If you bring your car anywhere else to be serviced.....why? JD Tire is the best!

Been going here since it was Dave's Tire Warehouse. Mike Archambeault has taken care of myself and my family for over a decade now. If you want quality work, experience, customer service, aggressive pricing and prompt completion..go here and ask for Mike. He's set the standard and I don't think most are even close to it. Thanks!

First the only two good things I can say is 1- they have the cheapest tires that they would mount and balance that I could find in the area, and 2- they "complete" the work super fast, but that's it. It's over expensive and every major mechanical work I've had them do, I have had to do again by a different mechanic the next time. So you I would use them for cheap tires (if your the type to buy the cheapest tired you can), but that's it. And never EVER believe them when they start with "we got in there and found out your car needs this", its a lie. If you notice, they own the old dealership next door? Also the owner drives a camaro (at this time) you don't get that kinda money by NOT ripping people off

This is the only shop I trust. I strictly work on my own vehicles but when I need front end work or an alignment, this is the only shop I truly trust. They are fast and honest
