Always polite and friendly. The place is sparkling clean and maintained.They make sure you are aware of what needs to be done prior to work being done on your vehicle. The waiting area has all your essentials...tv, nice chairs and tables for working on laptops.They have coffee as well, gotta have coffee. Once done with your work on your vehicle, the tech/mechanic always sends a video of what was done on your vehicle through text or email, which of course is awesome!The lifetime car washes are great as well. But its mainly the people that work here that makes it GREAT!

Salesman treated us as a valued customer, answered all of our questions either from his product knowledge or by running down the correct answer. Would definitely by from him again.The only negative was that the dealership applied an adhesive backed "Goldstein " sticker to the truck's painted surface without asking.

We worked with Nate. Much of the leg work was done via texting. He was very kind and helpful. He even took and sent videos of the vehicles we were interested in test driving. As a result of Nate's help, we were able to come to an agreement and pick up the car. We were impressed with Nate and with the person handling the financing. Overall, this was a good experience. He met with me in person as I arrived for my service appointment, educated me regarding the service.I previously had been doing all my service with another GMC Dealer - the service with Goldstein Buick GMC was over the top - I will be doing all my business from here on out with them.

The finance manager explained various optional packages and respected my desires regarding them. It was a good experience without feeling like I was pressured to take something I did not want.

I had my car towed there from another dealership and I am so glad I did! Denooyer in Albany NY on wolf rd. completely misdiagnosed and lied to me about their findings. They left my car sitting in the lot unattended to for weeks. Everything they were saying to me didn t make sense so I had it towed to Goldstein and they were so fast, precise, and communicated with me along the way. I will continue to do business with them in the future. They re friendly and on top of their work. So refreshing to see a company take pride in their work and have compassion towards their customers.

Absolutely the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at a car dealership. I can't believe that this car dealership had a rating of (4.5). The salesman, a young kid, was completely ignorant about any facts regarding the trucks and kept saying that he will look up information. Mind you, we knew more than the salesman from our own research. We came twice to check out the trucks. Each time the kid provided poor service and even made us wait until he was done texting on his phone. At this point we didn't want to buy from them, but they were the only dealer with the truck we wanted. Come to the day that my husband wants to purchase the car, every person involved, even the finance guy, were lazy with accommodating my husband or being of help in any form. Upon arrival, we see the car and there were many scratches, even bubbling under the paint of the hood, rust on the tires that does not come off (this car was brought in from another location). We asked many times what they could do to remedy the situation and we were met with abusive accusations of being "nitpicky", along with being talked down to the entire process. They made it clear that they were not willing to work with us. I have been in customer service my entire life, while also owning my own business. I suggest EVERYONE even the top manager, who was kind enough to call us nitpicky because we expect a brand new car not to look used, receive reeducation on what it means to provide top quality customer care. We instead went with jeep in schoharie because they were beyond kind and provided excellent service with tons of car knowledge. If I could give a zero to this GMC in albany I would.

The only thing worse than Goldstein GMC s sales team is their service department. Brought my truck in (by appointment)with a letter from GMC stating that there is a ongoing warrantied problem with my 2020 Canyon pickup that I purchased with Goldstein. This problem was already diagnosed by another dealer before the warranty letter.The problem showed on the computer history,but not actively because check engine light was out. NOTHING could be done because it must have miraculously fixed itself. I was 200 miles over the 70,000 mile power train warranty, have a supposed lifetime drivetrain warranty from Goldstein and a letter from GMC stating a warrantied problem, but NOTHING could be done because according to the service manager there was no problem .I also paid $800 for a exterior /interior protection plan. I brought the vehicle in twice now to try and get the stain removed. This time they literally wiped the seat with a dirty,damp rag and threw it on my console with the stain looking exactly like it did when I brought it in.All throughout the 2 1/2 hour waiting process there was an excuse for everything.I drove directly to Berkshire GMC. They diagnosed the problem,fixed it (part was in stock because they knew of an ongoing problem) did not charge me even though the problem was on the opposite side of the motor stated in the letter. They said the powertrain warranty was only over by a little.All in less than an hour.I will never buy another Goldstein vehicle and at this point properly wont ever buy GM again.

I purchased a new Acadia in 2019. I love the vehicle, and the service provided. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when my engine light came on, I called and they charge 155 for the 2 minutes it takes to diagnose. I considered this a slap in the face, after they made thousands if dollars on the sale, and the money they would have made for the repair. I will not buy my next Acadia here. Apparently they are operating on a show string. I asked the service person if they could waive the fee since I bought it there, and was told no. I think it was a bad business decision, since they lost my business over 165$.

I was nervous about the whole process of purchasing a car. My husband passed away a month earlier, and the convertible that he had owned was not suitable for traveling with my grandkids. Everyone was friendly, not "pushy"! Michael LaBuff, our salesman, listened attentively to my requests and paid attention to them. When I was hesitant about the choices of colors for the vehicle I wanted, Michael looked into other options and found the beautiful blue Buick that I wanted. He went on a search for the model and I got it the next day. He couldn't have been more helpful!

Had an appointment for service and four new tires. The day of the appointment they called and informed me they didn t order the tires and said that ordering on the website causes problems and parts aren t always ordered. The person agreed with me that the website doesn t work well. I ll never do business with them again for new cars or service. What a poor way to do business.

Got a callback from online inquiry from an older gentleman saying he was going to help me out and find out pricing on a lease vehicle and return call ASAP ., aware that I was ready to move forward with immediately .. no callback. Two stars only bc they reached out following a live online lead. LOLThanks kindly for saving me the hassle of dealing w that low caliber of customer care.

After a little miscommunication we finished purchasing a used vehicle today. Our sales person nick coli did an excellent job. And we ended up getting the car we were interested in. I would highly recommend nick as a sales person for any transaction. I will be going there in the future for my cars.

I had the Best experience at Goldstein GMC The team was professional, courteous and thoughtful.. They worked diligently to make the sale easy and timely.. I was in my new vehicle in about 3 hours..My Sales Representative Nate Auriemma took the time to go over the details of the truck.. He discussed my wishes regarding payment options, warranties etc.. He was well versed in the vehicle and it s ability to meet my needs..He introduced me to his team.. Paolo Albanese and Greg Perry.. They obtained my loan with consideration of my desired monthly payment.. They reviewed additional options and recommendations that were suited to my needs.. They worked hard to ensure my satisfaction in every aspect I was given a tour of the departments and introduced to everyone..Including the service department..I made my first appointment with Scott Selby.. He was kind and took the time to discuss the department and the services available.. Honestly, the whole experience.. felt personal .I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Goldstein GMC What a Great experience.. What great people on Staff..

We purchased our vehicle from Goldstein in 2013. We have never brought it anywhere else for major services other than Goldstein. While I will say some of the advisors could be more helpful, I have had the opportunity to work with Lucas Ross. Lucas was patient and understanding, very pleasant to work with. When our vehicles issues became more in depth than expected, Jeff Stone the service department manager, took a direct hand over our "case". Our most recent visit was due to a rocker arm breaking, bent valves, etc. Initially, we were going to have replace the entire engine but Jeff went above and beyond and saved us 14 hours of labor as well as over $3k in parts. Jeff found a solution for our vehicle and offered us a complimentary loaded 2018 Terrain (gorgeous!) for ten days. After we got our vehicle back, it produced another issue only three days later. We called Jeff back and he got us in the next day for service. Jeff also gave us another complimentary loaner car and then called back the following day saying our vehicle was all set. Upon arriving to pick up our car and expecting a bill, Jeff informed me that he had replaced the purge valve as a favor, at no cost, to us. I would definitely reccomend the service department for any issues. They keep you updated and informed. Great communication (emailed and printed us out pictures of our engine outside the vehicle) and a running vehicle!! Thank you Jeff, Lucas and the rest of the service team.

It was a super easy and quick experience. I was feeling a bit nervous since it was the first time I was going to get my oil change on my new car. But the person who helped me was super patient and informative. He was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I ll definitely be back in the future!

Worst service experience in the 8 years I've gone for oil changes & inspection. Never got a video txt to me with the car being worked on like in the past. No sticker put on window with the mileage and when due again. No paper mat put on floor to keep it clean. I keep car spotless for an 8 year old vehicle and 20,000 original miles on it. Added items not approved. When i approached desk, i said oil change with coupon & inspection. I had a coupon for oil change $65. and an inspection for $20. ($85. total) bill was $139.00 It was lowered to $110. when I complained. I will not be returning to this establishment, it's unfortunate.

Waited over 3hrs on a cash deal was told it was because they were cleaning my car. Finally got the car and it was dirty then driving home and low tire pressure came on for all my tires. And still am waiting for paperwork so I can go register my car. Not a good experience at all. Any time you asked someone something you got different answers depending on who you talked to.

Sales was fantastic. My salesman Brandon was amazing and couldn t ask for more but the service dept was horrible and the worst I ve ever dealt with. First off they had an entire week to have my truck ready for pickup and they screwed up the entire process. They unhooked the battery and didn t realize it till they tried to inspect it the morning I was picking it up so I had to take it on a dealer plate. Then 2 items I ordered to be put on the truck were never ordered so I had to come back for those as well. Then the 2nd key was never ordered so that meant another trip back down and I m an hour away. Fast forward another week I go down to get it inspected and find out they still never ordered the key which they lied about and said it was on back order. I called 2 other dealers with the vin number to find out the key is readily available for overnight shipment. The truck still couldn t be inspected so I had to leave it and take a loaner. while the truck was there I asked if they could check the balance on the tires due to a vibration. They argued with me saying they didn t feel anything so I asked them to please just check them. They said they checked and all the wheels were fine. 2 days later I took it to another gm dealer and had them checked and all 4 were out of balance and one was missing weight that came off so they lied about that as well. They had the truck for 3 days and returned it with the inspection sticker on it and the check engine light on. I feel zero confidence in this service dept to do what they say they will do or the competence to do it. I was planning on making Goldstein my new dealer after being with denooyer for over 30 years. I m not so sure I wanna do that now. Like I said sales was outstanding but the service dept was absolutely trash. Much needed to improve in the service sept of this dealership. I worked at a gm dealership as a parts manager for over 10 years soni know what it means to take care of a customer and this was not how you do that.
