I would give zero stars if I could. One of their vehicles was transporting a sold Walmart truck with no mudflaps on, and they hit my vehicle and cracked my windshield with a rock. Not knowing at the time this wasn t a Walmart vehicle, Gary s garage was transporting this Walmart truck. I was then directed to Gary s garage after learning this Walmart truck was sold in auction and the man who I spoke with on the phone basically laughed in my face because I don t have a police report of this incident, this is after Walmart told me that Gary s garage would be Handling this situation. I have photo Proof that their vehicle has no mudflaps, And the way these people handled this situation is morally wrong. Your insurance agency won t cover picture proof? This should be paid for out of your own pocket because your trucks had no mudflaps on it while driving down the New York State Thruway. At this time I m looking into taking legal action to get my windshield fixed.

Extremely rude! Very arrogant man called me back after the Internet states they are open 24/7 so as a mother of 4 broken down on a Sunday I call, the man didn't answer but called back almost immediately and I thought it was amazing. However he only called back to say very rudely no one is in the shop, no one can help and said goodbye then hung up. Awful customer service. I couldn't even get a word in before he started being extra spicy.. perhaps change your hours on here and people wouldn't be calling at 10am on a Sunday?

Honesty, integrity and all around good guys. The heavy tow driver who responded was professional and knew what he was doing. He loaded our 35' RV and 16' toad and had us off of the narrow highway quickly. Not being from the area, Mick helped us find a place to have our rig serviced. They didn't take advantage of a bad situation, charged us fairly and kept our trailer till we could get it the next morning. I rarely recommend places but I will be singing these guys praises every time we pass through Albany.

Best service in the world and I mean it. Eric and Mick are very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to help me as best as they could. My Tractor Trailer had 2 blown out tires and frozen brakes and Eric came and Unfroze my brake lines immediately and Mick came with 2 tires and before I knew it I was rolling again. Thank you guys

My company hired Gary's Garage for a service of fixing our load that shifted in our tractor trailer. I provided pictures to "Mic" and fully explained our situation. After considering the job, he shot me a price that I thought was high (A few thousands) but did not negotiate due to the size of the job and needed their help. Our driver arrived on site at their facility at 1:30 pm in the afternoon to start the job. After repeated follow ups to start the job and remaining patient , finally at 4:45 pm , "Mic" comes to look the job over and decides this is more than he can handle and tells me he can no longer help us. I understand if a job is not in your wheel house, but to accept the job , have us positioned for your help only to be stalled, and then turned away at the end of the business day when it would be much more difficult to find assistance was a very poor reflection of this company. This would have been a very different story if they would have shared this at say 2 pm.... I would be very cautious to do business with these people.

In terms of the towing services, everything was perfect. Excellent communication, fast and friendly service, A+. My reason for the 2 star review was the fact that I had to ride in the tow truck with 2 people, the driver and a girl, neither of whom was wearing a mask during a global pandemic. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable. To me, this is unacceptable.

I want to start by saying I have never used this company for towing purposes and my review is based solely on my interaction with the driver of truck 68 and the owner. While driving home today, on 90, I had the misfortune of being cut off by truck 68 who then stayed in the left lane, tailgating anyone in front of him until they moved, probably out of fear that a huge truck was riding their bumper. I know he was going at least 70mph in a 55 because I was going 70 at one point to get next to him to read the name and number on his cab and could barely do that. He then started erratically switching lanes, as if he were trying to stay in front of me, like a weird game that should not be played while driving a humungous tow truck. I called the owner and told him what happened, genuinely concerned that this guy is going to hurt somebody, and he gave me an attitude and said he'd take care of it but didnt even ask me the truck number. I hope he was able to because this guy should not be driving.

Out of our area break down could have meant we were taken advantage of but not with Gary. Great fast service for our stressful breakdown. Not only did they fix our truck at a reasonable fair price but set our driver up with a hotel room and transportation to and from the hotel. Now that's great service.

These guys came to tow my truck because they have the deal with the Police. The company rejected to tow the truck to the place where I requested. this company towed the truck to thier yard and They CHARGED ME 756$ FOR A FEW MILES.

I'll give Gary's thumbs up because they hook me up and did a great toe job when promised the time they promised and kept it affordable for what I had him do and they were careful and cautious all the way through

They towed my 14 by 7 cargo trailer and did minimal work on it and charged me 1,700 dollars. Ridiculous
