I am a very satisfied return customer. The staff I work with always makes sure I receive the best service every time I come to DePaula. I recently purchased a new Malibu from my favorite salesman, JohnHenry, and the transaction went very smoothly. He helped me with a previous purchase, and I think he s top-notch. The DePaula team is always professional, courteous and always makes my wife and I feel valued as customers.

Matt walked me through the leasing process and made it both easy and exciting. I love my Malibu and the experience I had at DePaula. I felt comfortable and Matt was super knowledgeable and friendly. He worked hard to make sure I got everything I wanted price and feature wise. He even dropped the car off to my job so I didn t have to take a day off work!! Great guy to work with.

I'll say they were great to deal with.(Nick)salesman was very helpful. Above and beyond best experience yet at a dealership. Unfortunate part was the truck I wanted wasn't shipped due to chip shortages. Surprise to me! but one showed up and wasn't spoken for yet and Nick called to see if I wanted that one or wait weeks to months for the other one to show. a little more $ (leather), but everything else same as other one. Plus they don't mark up msrp, actually got $2250.00 off. Great experience overall.

My visit to DePaula was very positive. The salesman (Chris) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and the availability of that vehicle as well as alternative models. We were able to find a truck that more than fit my needs and come to agreement on a fair price. The paperwork required to close the deal went very smoothly and the overview of the truck before I departed was very helpful.All in all it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone having similar needs,

Everything about our car buying experience at DePaula was excellent , Matt couldn t have done anything more for us, he did everything from finding the car we wanted to completed the sale with a smile and efficiently. Jackie was knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and was patient and very kind as she explained everything.

Worst experience. We ordered a high country. It came in. They added hidden fees. And I had to give one thousand. Extra. Part people used to be good. Now they are terrible. And racist. Was basically telling me I could not afford a light for my high country

Mike was great, very helpful and got me a vehicle when I absolutely needed it. Very appreciative. He was very fast with processing everything and putting things in motion so I could pick it up in a few days (happened over the weekend). I m a repeating customer and I m excited to be back at depaula

The best service ever. Traci in services is so friendly and thorough. Dario in sales explained all our options and we decided on a new lease. What a great personality he has. Nazir in finance was fantastic in explaining everything, and the tec guy (sorry I forgot his name) patiently showed us how everything worked. Overall BEST service ever.

Naz, my salesman was fantastic. An absolute pleasure to work with. He made the entire process easy and pain free. Lastly, their "technology specialist" was wonderful. She made the 'getting to know your car' part of the experience really fun.Overall awesome experience and highly recommend!

This is my second vehicle from DePaula. I was very happy with the sales person. He worked very well getting any and all discounts that was possible for me. All members I talked with were very courteous an easy to talk with. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced here as well They do good clean work as well.

Terrible service after the sale and if ya have a question and call to talk to someone . Good luck ! At best they will call you back by the end of the day ... I'm on my second vehicle from DePaula first experience wasn't good but I let em talk me into buying my current truck from them.. never again will I buy a vehicle there... I wouldn't recommend em to my worst enemy

Purchased 2023 Trailblazer.Sheep herding at its finest. I went to DePaula as they were the biggest Chevrolet dealership in my area. There is no personal connection, there is no feeling like they care for your business. The automobile market is absurd right now and this company takes full advantage of it. They know another person will be right behind you to purchase the vehicle if you don t.If i wasn t in a situation where my life wasn t being turned upside down due to a tragic circumstance, these guys would have never gotten my business.

I worked with Nick Altieri. I found working with him to be easy and streamlined. He is personable, knowledgeable and I found that I could trust him. He communicated very well - kept in touch via phone and text, and adjusted his schedule to fit mine. I am completely satisfied.

Allison was my sales person only she felt more like a friend giving me information. She was very informative and kept me up to date while I waited for my vehicle to arrive. I would definitely recommend Depaula for your next car.Jackie was great also teaching me all the techie things about my car

I initially was just browsing to upgrade from my little Nissan. I have 2 Kids now and needed a safer ride. Allison R ...girl you are the best! She heard me and boom my dream ride was in front of me and I didn't even know it or expect it! They went above and beyond to make sure I didn't go to far off my budget and really I had a not so overwhelming experience. The only overwhelming great part was how great your staff was with trying to keep my son busy with his chatter while we closed our deal! Amazing group of people! Thank you!

We recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Traverse we absolutely love it!! Our sales person Christian did an excellent job in helping us find a vehicle that not only fit our family's needs but also the best price that would work with our current budget! I just drove home my new Chevy all electric Bolt. I am very happy with it. All the people I worked with at DePaula were helpul and responsive. They were not as up to date about particulars for the all electric car as I had hoped. But that was mainly because Covid and the battery recall has stalled recent sales of the Bolt. My salesman Matt responded to calls even when he wasn t officially working.

I was asked to come in for possibly doing an early trade in on my lease. Within the first 5 minutes of arriving I was told there were no Traverse's available. So tell me why did someone call me to make an appointment to come in? Did they think I would turn my car in early and not purchase another vehicle? Waste of my time. I have been doing business with them for 30 years. You would think they would have given me more respect than that.

Great group of people who can get it done. And a great job getting the truck ready . Everyone wS very kind and some even had a sense of humor. I've been to others , and must say this was the BEST !!!! THANKS TO EVERY ONE .. I can't pick out one person that stood out , because they were all GREAT!!!

We purchased our new 2019 Equinox in December. We walked in not really knowing what to expect. We were approached by the salesman Eric Rogers. He was super friendly and inviting. He brought us right over to his desk and showed us immediately all the inventory they had offered online. Once we had narrowed down the type of vehicle we were looking for Eric did not hesitate to pull a vehicle inside the service bay so we could look at it and not have to stand out in the freezing cold. Following this he took us for a very nice test drive, we were sold on the vehicle after that. Eric was extremely patient with us as I am a big sufferer of buyer's remorse. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and we closed the deal the following day. When we came to pick up the vehicle Eric was there to greet us again ....he followed us every step of the way in setting up our OnStar and other fine details of the new vehicle process. We highly recommend Eric Rogers as he is the best salesman that DePaula has. Thank you so much Eric we love our 2019 Chevy Equinox!

I found everyone at DePaula to be amazing. I started at the Mazda center with Jeff Jenkins and we found a car that was best suited for me but it was on the Chevy lot so Mr. Jeff personally walked me over to Chevy where Mike Medieros took over and helped me through the process. I was also helped by Zach Anadio, Eric Bauer and Paolo Albanese. I want to thank you all for making this process so easy for me.

My salesperson was good and listen to what I was looking for, wasn't pushy. I have leased here before along with my current purchase. Customer service is very good as well. My only issue is the wait time, whether it be the sales writers or whatnot, plan to be here for a while. All and all my total time here was about 4 hours.

I was really nervous with buying my first new car, as I had been burned by a buy here pay here place.DePaula Chevrolet changed my opinion immediately. The salesmen I worked with, Manny, was attentive and kind. He walked me through every detail I was confused on and took his time showing me the car and the add-ons it had.Best experience I've had and I will definitely be recommending the dealer to others

Chris, was my sales guy and was the first person I dealt with in my search for a new vehicle. I came back to him and purchased from Chris because he was professional with his conduct and listened to me when I said I would need some time to work thru the process. I now have a nice new Chevy at home!
