After a bad experience with a plug and play remote car starter . I contacted capital customs they gave me a great price over the phone and even offered to get my car in the same day. I couldn t make it that day but they got me in the next day and had the work completed in less than an hour! Very friendly and answered all questions I had. Will definitely be contacting them when I go upgrade my radio. Thanks again guys!!

Had an appointment at 9am this week. Got right in at 9 and was able to sit in a waiting room to catch up on Gold Rush. Super clean, very professional, quick and efficient. Took just over an hour. We love it. The guys are great and know what they are doing. Would highly recommend .

I ve had my remote starter for a week and I m happy with it. When I got there I was told it ll take an hour and a half to two hours to install but it took only and hour which was nice. The staff were nice and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left the shop. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Purchased a car starter for my mom a couple years ago, it didn t work at first but the employees were very helpful with fixing it right away when I brought it back to them.The other day I accidentally turned on valet mode and they were really helpful when I called for support and knew what the issue was right away.Definitely recommend.

Snobby and rude.My wife booked an appointment for me for Christmas here to add a remote starter and upgrade my radio to an Android Auto header unit and backup camera. I had called and talked to one rep who was nice, asked me about my car, and answered all my questions. He confirmed that I could bring in my own header unit on the day of the appointment to be installed as long as it was a recognized name brand.I had one final question about compatibility, and when I called again another rep answered. The second rep was incredibly rude right off the bat. He kept cutting me off and refused to hear out, let alone answer my final compatibility question. Then he told me we only booked for a remote car starter we couldn't do the rest of the install at the same time. If it was a misunderstanding, that's fine, but that's not what the first person I talked to said, and he acted as if I was the a****** for thinking it was booked for all services. When I tried to schedule a second appointment, he refused and said we'd have to come in first to ensure compatibility (again contradicting the other guy, and what can easily be determined through a site like Crutchfield).Frankly he seemed like he was trying to upsell me on additional labor. And when I pointed out that he was being rude and asked if there was anyone else I could talk to, he refused to hand me off (maybe to someone with a cooler head?) and doubled down on the tone. So when I asked the guy who put **** in his coffee that morning, not in a threatening tone at all and just trying to bring him back to earth (because clearly he had other issues going on), he cancelled the appointment!So, if you like to play the customer service lottery, this place might be for you!!!Edit to respond to owner. I never said or implied that I did not want the car starter. That is a fabricated assumption that the individual who was handling the call made, seemingly just because I tried asking a question about a header unit. My "assumption" that I could bring in a separately purchased head unit in at the time of the appointment was because I explicitly asked that question to the first rep I talked to last week, and he CONFIRMED that it was totally fine. So this shop seems a bit confused if they "do not work that way."And it's confusion that might have been easily overcome if the 2nd rep hadn't been constantly rude throughout the call.

I love my new pipes. They sound great. The owner helped me pick out nice ones for my bike. Him and his crew worked fast. I was just a couple of hours without my bike. I will keep coming here for all other work I want to do on my bike.

They helped me install the dash cam, and it is great. But I got a 'keyless start problem' warning for my vehicle because the dash cam was tapped into the keyless entry unit. I brought in my vehicle the next day, and they fixed it within 10 minutes without additional charge. Great place with great service! Strongly recommended.

I just got a car starter in my car I was very happy with the people who work there they were friendly and showed me how to use the mote control I would go back again and it didn't take them long at all thank you for your help.sherr holder.

Very rude and dont know good customer service. Jessie would never get another recommendation from me or anyone i know. Ive sent people here for years. Its sad that the world we live in you try to help small buisnesses and the way this man has showed his colors is just discussing and wrong.

The team at capital customs is amazing. They re kind, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. I purchased a new car and was able to get in quick. I love the reminder alerts they send to remind you about your appointment. 10/10 do recommend.

Worked with CC via text to get my 2020 Street a glide in for some audio work. They installed Diamond Audio amp and speakers and CarPlay adapter. It was done before promised, was able to pickup and pay after hours. Highly recommended!!!

Thanks to Jesse, my 10+ year old car has a modern dash. Quickly and expertly installed a giant pile of parts and custom dash pieces that I had compiled. Also responsive before, during, and after as well as giving good instructions when I wanted to make some personal adjustments. Will return for any other services he provides and that I need. Got a new stereo for my old 2015 Santa Fe. Good products and good, clean work. Fast, straight forward service. Don't waste your time at other shops. I'm bringing my other vehicles here for other upgrades.

Great install on my sub system. Perfectly tuned. I needed a new speaker in my door that was thrashed by another so called installer. Took care of it in no time flat and gave me a great price. These guys have their act together. Highly recommending these guys. Professionalism.

Jesse and his team helped me out!! After buying a bunch of stereo equipment for my 21 Grand Cherokee(not from Capital Customs) the shop that was supposed to install my stereo originally wouldn t respond. Jesse was nice enough to take on the unfinished job and I couldn t be happier!!! Thanks again to everyone that took part in the install on my vehicle at Capital Customs!!!! I d recommend Capital Customs to anyone looking for Car Audio installation!!

Butcher shop...... If you are looking for a place that that will use self tapping screws for grounds, mount amplifiers under your power seats so that you can't use the seat anymore, shave off of the coating on your factory wiring, install speakers and blow one and not take care of it, install a radio and mess up the harness and blame it on the radio and then call back and say you fixed it, not make sure all your work is acceptable nor make sure it all works and actually let it leave the shop sounding like complete garbage than this place is for you! BTW you try and talk to the owner (Jesse) and he won't own a bit of it...... Feel free to respond and I will be happy to post the photos of the butchery.

Found capital Customs on line. Made an appointment to have remote start installed. 45 minutes later, it was done! Great job, I couldn't be happier. The remote is tiny and the entire job has a lifetime warranty, just hold onto your receipt! I took a picture of mine. Great service. If I need any audio work done, I'll be running back!

I went here to have the sound system completely redone with premium gear recommended by these guys in my 2021 Volkswagen Arteon. Wow. A car environment is the hardest place to make even premium gear sound good if you don't know what you are doing, you need to know how sound works. These guys have good ears, they did an amazing job installing and tuning the system. The install was super clean too. I did a lot of shopping around in the capital region, these guys are it, no compromise. They work QUICK too.I'm so happy with this system. I might cancel my plane tickets to Florida next month so I can listen to this thing the whole way.

My mom and I received a car starter. We were referred by Steven! Great service all around. Jesse was great to us, the two installers explained everything to us and Jesse showed my mom how to work the starter. My car starter works from an app on the phone that Jesse recommended and I love it. Great customer service!

Jesse does great work! I was looking for somewhere to get new tires mounted on my motorcycle 2 days before Americade. Everyone else around told me there is no way to get them done in 2 days. I called Capital Customs up dropped the bike off and a few hours later Jesse was calling me telling me that my my bike was ready to be picked up! I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for great work at an honest price!

If you live in the Capital Region don't even hesitate to go to Capital Customs if you are looking for quality work. Billy and Jesse do exceptional installation work but more importantly will give you great customer service. I just bought a new car that had a factory audio system that was extremely underwhelming but thanks to Jesse and Billy my car now sounds fantastic, all musical instruments can be distinctly heard with clarity and power. Most of all though is the great customer service that I mentioned above, Billy and Jesse took time to listen and understand what I needed. Much appreciated guys!!!

I called on a Monday afternoon and they were able to accommodate a car starter instillation for the next morning. Then called to say I already had a factory installed one (I know embarrassing). They could have totally ripped me off but instead they were very honest and even showed me how to use it!
