everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. I was updated throughout the visit about the progress with my car while it was in for service. Darin and Kristina were fantastic to work with. Vijay in the parts department was also very knowledgeable and helpful. will be coming back to service my other vehicles here as all!

These guys are so friendly and personable and easy to work with! I called to make an appointment to bring my husband's car in, and the man I spoke with was so kind (I wish I remembered his name!). They had to keep my husband's car for the night and asked if he needed a loaner. My husband asked if there'd be a charge for it and the man he was speaking with said "Nooo, of course not!" Highly recommend them!

Not a happy camper. Brought my 2011 bmw x5 in for diagnosis and estimate for running poorly and check engine light on. They charged me $202.00 for looking it over. They told me to sell it and move on.The estimate was $11,357.00 including the injector they had replaced already for $1100.00 I decided not give them 11K and try to get it running myself. I repaired the fuel line problem with a $30 fuel filter not the $350 fuel line . I replaced the #5+6 injector for $700 not the $3869.00 they quoted. I replaced both NOX sensors for $250.00. They didn't tell me they were unplugged and damaged ( see picture). Now it runs fine.I brought back the injector they put in earlier looking for a refund.They said Nope! That was the icing on the cake. Thanks!

Excellent service, everyone is always willing to help and in a great mood! Service department is filled with educated master technicians from various high end brands. So nice to know my vehicle is being worked on by seasoned professionals.

Kristina, was Amazing, they were wery professional, took care of my matter very quickly and took care of all doing with my after market warranty, fixed my car at a reasonable time frame, no complaints, Excellent customer service and communication, would suggest this place to anyone that needs Alfa Romeo services. A+ Service and knowledge of foreign vehicles.

Bought my first BMW from Rob and the team at Bul. Process was easy start to finish from financing to showing me everything I needed to know about a BMW. Darrin and the service team are incredible. Whether it s a basic service or a dumb question and user error they provide service above and beyond. Couldn t recommend Bul more for all of your needs!

Great selection of exotic automobiles. Service is A+ i came in for routine services, asked about having my wheels powder coated black and was able to pick up my fully serviced vehicle the following day. Will be a customer for life!

After shopping just about every Karma dealer across country and speaking with their sales staff - nobody knows this vehicle like Karma Albany. Spoke with Val (the owner) he personally walked me through the car, pricing options and various loan options that suited my needs. Absolutely delighted with the overall experience and the car is amazing. Don t hesitate to call these guys !

I never write reviews, but I can t say enough positive things about Bul Auto Sales & Service. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, they have an incredible inventory of vehicles, they have great prices, but more importantly is the fact that I didn t feel like I was in a stereotypical dealership. I never felt pressured, they were honest and very transparent about the entire car purchasing process. I was so impressed that I ve now purchased several vehicles from them and I get them serviced by their knowledgeable team as well. I recommend them to everyone.

While I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle from Bul Auto Sales, I wanted to let others know that my interaction with the staff, and Val was fantastic. Val runs a honorable, trustworthy business, as evidenced by my conversations and discussions with him on potentially purchasing a vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend him or buy a vehicle from him in the future. Highly recommended.
