I purchased my vehicle in July of 2023. I reached out to them in August/ September regarding the vehicle burning through gas and having a constant issue with the purge valve- I never got a response back. Currently the vehicle, a Hyundai Tucson, is having serious engine issues leading me to believe it s going to fail. I ve come in today 04/08 to get the pamphlet on the cars extended warranty and there s no salesperson here. The lady who was there was as clueless as the older gentleman that came and tried offering information. How do y all have two employees who don t know what they re doing? Instead of them saying they can t help and having someone reach out to me later, they slightly closed their office door and just left me in the lobby. I m not one to immediately claim someone or an organization is racist, but it s either that or they don t know how to operate a business. I m both disappointed and peeved.

Recently Purchased a Vehicle from Fred. The experience and process was nothing but great.The vehicle was in amazing shape on the outside and inside.I was a Mechanic for BMW for several years and was able to identify a few small issues which would have been impossible to identify without continued daily use. Fred with no hesitation said he would fix them. Quick efficient and honest guy to work with. Cant wait to come back for another vehicle.

I intentionally waited until months after purchasing to give a review to make sure I'm writing something I still mean.I received excellent customer service. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. The owner even made it a point to introduce himself.I love supporting local small businesses and am a business owner myself. I love that they actually care about the customers and not just the dollars. they made sure I got the financing I needed and sold me a car in great shape!I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a used car.

I had a great experience here at Broadway Cars LLC, very quick responses from CJ and very informative, respectful and courteous. He helped me every step of the way with purchasing my new to me 2014 Ram 1500. No complaints with these guys everything went smoothly, they got my truck detailed, inspected, new brakes, fueled up, swapped plates and registration. 5/5 from me they went out of their way for me!

Fred and Matt were great to deal with. Very down to earth and helpful. My wife and I are very happy with the Audi Allroad purchase.What was reassuring to hear was while we where working with Matt with the finances. A customer called that bought a car back in March who got locked out out of his car. Matt connected him with Fred who had recalled the sale and they worked on helping him with a locksmith recommendation. Solid guys. Thanks again

Fred was amazing! I had a bad experience at another dealer and Fred helped me find the right car and helped me through the entire process. He is very honest and trustworthy and true to his word. Very hard to find that these days, especially at a dealership. I highly recommend this place and see Fred he will help you get the right car so you have peace of mind.

I was very pleased with the service I received. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and I didn t feel like I was being rushed or pushed into a sale. I found the car I liked online and was pleased with both the price and the vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place for friendly, reliable service and great deals on pre-owned vehicles.

I thankfully have never done business here, but my family has. The manager is never in, and when he is he gives you the run around about what s really going on with your vehicle. They send your vehicle out for a botch job of a fix and send you on your way. I would never buy from here, or work for/be established with this company. Take your time/money elsewhere!

Bought a great used truck here. Our sales person was CJ, who was knowledgeable and worked with us to get the deal we wanted. They made the repairs that our mechanic recommended in no time and now we have a truck that we love!

They were great and even gave us a warranty on the car we financed from them. Their banks are great and aren t too strict with credit score. The salesman was really easy to work with and it didn t even take a week to get the car so that was much appreciated! I recommend Broadway Cars to anyone looking for a car.

HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!Fred, Matt, Fred Sr, and Stephanie are very accommodating to schedules, and needs. They go the extra mile and helped me get into my BMW 535xi (manual transmission, super hard to find) with no problem. My credit was rough at best, and they still were able to get me financed and did all of the leg work! Car was clean, plated, and ready to go, as well as the paperwork, when I arrived to pick up my car! I couldn't have found a better dealership to go to, they put you first and are there to help even after you drive off the lot! Thanks a lot to your team at Broadway Cars, Fred!

Outstanding place to buy a car! This is my first review, though it is now the second time we purchased a car at Broadway cars. First experience was very good so we returned.We dropped in yesterday to look at a car we were interested in from their website. Fred and his team went way above and beyond any and every expectation, and they worked with us on short notice to do the purchase on the limited time we had on a Saturday afternoon. And, just like the previous experience a year-and-a-half ago, it was a very relaxed, professional, friendly buying experience without pressure.We can't say enough about these guys and this place. Would highly recommend.

Buyer beware !!! Purchased a car from Broadway on Feb 9 . Brought the car back in to have the transmission serviced.. job was never done and a additive was added instead of a flush long story straight car had to be refunded by broadway and my money was given back . please stay away from this business I still have to bring this matter to court to get money reimbursed. Just a FYI any time u deal with these people make sure to keep EVERYTHING .

The manager Fred was very accommodating. I was very interested in a specific car but wanted my mechanic to look at it . He actually drove the vehicle(to East Greenbush) to my mechanic so that it could be inspected. Once I had a list of repairs he had the car repaired and then we purchased it from him.I had a lease vehicle not quite to term yet. He was able to make the deal work and take the lease cardie trade. The car I purchased from him was in great condition. I would definitely buy another car here again. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a used car he has a great selection and great service

Dealt with Alex and Fred (the owner) both along the way, and both were very helpful with getting me into a my 2010 F150 at a great price. I had a lien on a car I needed to get rid of and Fred was able to give me a more than fair price on it (It literally left a puddle of oil in his lot!). Before picking up the truck, Fred personally drove it himself and noticed the steering was a bit stiff so they had it fixed and it now drives like new. They were the easiest to deal with out of several dealerships I stopped at in the area, and had the best prices for comparable vehicles.

Where to start...was very emotional experience. Overwhelmingly extraordinarily positive. Great car...Great price...friendly and personable salesperson (Eric) PS..bring Krispy Kreme. The only issue I have had was upon purchase, was told AC wasn't working. To give it some time as it was just recharged. Was assured that if it didn't start working, a part would be sent to me. 3 weeks later with multiple calls, texts and emails, I am still waiting for a response, I still gave 5 stars as I give leeway due to global pandemic, but a return call from someone to resolve the situation would have made this easier for me. I think the kids call it ghosting. I didn't like it. Overall, I WOULD do business with Fred and Eric again. And I WILL continue to recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable dependable auto.

We were approved for a 2011 Hyundai Tuscon, but ran into some problems with it. After a few weeks of trying, Matt, was able to offer us a 2017 Ford Fusion instead. We LOVE it! Thank you Matt and Fred for working with us and getting into a great car!

This is a horrible car dealership! We got our 2012 Hyundai Tuscon there. We ask for some parts to be installed about 6 months ago. It never happened despite multiple attempts to make arrangements. We finally did make a arrangements and nothing I asked for was done. The whole purpose of me going there was for two things that were covered under our warranty and I asked if they could do an oil change and just replace the back wiper blade, which I voluntarily paid for. They only did the oil change and the uper blade NOT ANYTHING ELSE! Plus they broke our radio nob!!! I am furious to say the least. DO NOT GO HERE.

I got a 2011 Ram the first week was rough but every time I call Fred the owner he was rite there to talk to me . My trade had a lot of money left on it Fred was the only person I could find to help me out . I don't have understand the person with the Jeep . So far they have took care of all my concerns with no problems no questions . I live. In Gloversville and I would send a friend there in a minute with no hesitation. So my final thought is talk with respect and you get respect back

Not usually the type of person to leave a review but the events that transpired today i felt a lengthy review was definitely necessary. Let me start by saying i took my friend to this car dealership today who is a little tight on money and didn t really have much to play around with when we got there Matt the sales Consultant was very accommodating for my friend and they agreed on a good price. While having problems with the loan on the bank side Matt spent about 4-5 hours with us making sure everything was correct. After we finally get the loan situated we run into a problem with insurance... at this point everything was frustrating but Matt and Fred were very helpful during this process (now mind you we weren t buying the most expensive car on the lot but they treated us as if we were, it wasn t like they were trying to rush anything or just make a sale) they just cared about the customer and made sure everything went smooth after a long day at their dealership they made sure the car was serviced fully and we drove off the lot today... now typically this isn t the type of service you would expect from ANY used car dealer around this area but Broadway cars LLC definitely went above and beyond anything I ve ever seen before to help someone in need and put a smile on someone s face. Thank you

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The vehicle I purchased had 100,700 miles on it so it was no longer covered under the lemon law. They told me despite that to call if there are any issues with the vehicle and they would take care of me. There were a few minor things wrong with the vehicle such as a broken speaker cap and a pad that kept falling off the door frame. I attempted to contact the seller via email about these issues and got no response. Come to find out there were also issues with the vehicle totalling $440 in bills. I still enjoy the car but i would not buy from here again.

Guys were great, was able everything needed to get financed, by text and online, and my credit sucks. Never had to step foot in the business, until the day I test drove and bought the car. Got a good low milage car for a good price, complete with a 12 month or 12000 mile warrentee that covers everything.

TL;DR I will come back here in the future. No pressure, fair pricing, all staff interaction very positive AND they drove the car to my mechanic for an independent inspection before purchase.I had a very satisfactory experience purchasing my car at Broadway Cars, LLC. A few notes I would like to share (and also the reasons I will be a repeat customer should they ever have another vehicle I am interested in). I took interest in a used 2009 Honda Element. Of which I was assured that it underwent a full 88 point inspection to determine if it had any major existing problems. I asked if they were willing to let my mechanic have an independent look at it not only did they agree, they drove the vehicle to his garage in Troy. That is excellent. My mechanic confirmed that it was, in fact, in good condition and worthy of a purchase if I was still interested.I primarily worked with C.J. the whole time. Very easy going, helpful and personable guy. He was accessible via phone and text message at a wide range of hours, including weekends. I felt the whole time I interacted with C.J. that I was never pressured and given every effort to come to my own conclusions about the vehicles on their lot. In short, I would buy from him again.Fred from finance was also very fair. Room was given to haggle over the purchase price and warranty pricing. I felt as though we both came to a reasonable agreement for the overall purchase, and the trade in value of my car was right on the money. Fred also contacted me a day after the purchase to mention that some paperwork had been forgotten, he sent an employee to deliver them at my job! Again, going that extra mile.Besides an incident with my driver side trim that fell off when driving (which they assure me is going to be fixed, it was never properly clipped back on after detailing) I can overall say that I was happy to come here. No pressure, fair pricing and good trade-in value.Some cons: it is a small establishment, with limited selection, many high mileage vehicles (that may be a turn off to other potential buyers), you may have to wait for service if they are busy, and I don t see much of a wait area to hang out.If you are a potential customer it is worth a shot. Take a look. I read all the reviews before coming here. I m happy to leave a good review for a smaller business like this in Albany. If anything noteworthy changes my opinion, I will update. Thank you to C.J., Fred and Matt (for driving to my job to deliver paperwork).

My daughter purchased a 2008 pickup truck from this dealership her she wanted a Jeep he couldn't get the check engine light off of that. Then Fred offered her a pickup truck what she was going to settle for but when she went to go pick it up they had the white pickup truck there instead. Now she's a single mom that works two jobs and she is going back at least four times to get something else fixed on this truck they are refusing to give back from money. They just want to keep showing her other cars and she just feels like they are not an adequate car dealership. So she's back on her way again today to Broadway Used Cars I'll keep you posted on what happens
