My experience today was great. I went to the location on Western Ave and they did not have my wiper blade in stock. The gentleman there was very helpful, looked in the back, and called Central Ave to see if it was in stock. I went to Central Ave and Jake knew what I was there for, pulled the blade from stock, rang me up, and offered to install the blade for me. He came out to my car and put the blade on. I offered him a tip and he refused. I don t normally leave reviews but, I was so blown away with the level of service. Thanks AutoZone and thanks Jake at the Central Ave. store.

Be careful when swapping broken NEW purchased parts, especially when there is a core part on hold in the process. I explained the issue and what happened, few times. The front guy didn t care about any of it because the way it got registered in their system. It was too confusing for him. I couldn t process the core refund when I have proof for everything processed.

I was at the 1789 central Ave location in Albany. And Jake helped me so much. He didn't hesitate to come out while it was raining and changed my front bulb for me. He was great.

I hate giving negative reviews but the incompetency here is astounding. I truly encourage anyone reading this to use any other auto parts store on Central Ave. There are several options.Needed a driver side mirror for my car. They didn t have it in stock, no problem they were going to order for me. They gave me a stick on temporary mirror in the mean time which was helpful so I give 2 stars for that.I paid for expedited shipping for it to still come in late. (I realize this is not entirely their fault). But they ordered the wrong side mirror after multiple conversations about which one I needed. This happens. It was frustrating but it s fine.When I called to request an exchange and ask them to order the correct mirror, the man on the phone was clearly annoyed with me for whatever reason. He said it would come in in one week.One week later, still no call. I called them on day 8 and they informed me that they gave the mirror to someone else and installed it for them my name was on the order.There are an abundance of car part stores on central in colonie so I encourage anyone reading this to go literally anywhere else other than AutoZone :)

Excellent customer service. I'm a professional mechanic and this store has bailed me out 2 times. I'm not using any other parts stores anymore when I need something .

I hate to admit it but I work for the competition and I need a few things in a few occasions and you were closer . On both occasions I get some bad vibes that the counter help is kind of annoyed waiting in people .no please , no thank you , just walked away . Good thing for you guys is I won t be trying to steal your help lol .

Excellent customer service! Went in for new headlight bulbs, was told there were different ones. Jake came out to my car to see which ones I needed. Showed me my options, then changed them out for me! He was so helpful and kind- I really appreciated the extra mile.

They helped me with some key fob batteries. Jake the store manager was very helpful and provided me with the tools and knowledge to change the battery. Also a great company to work for.

Very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it took some time to find what we needed, they were there every step of the way. The woman helping us, gave it her all and was very knowledgeable of how to find what we were looking for, even tho her company computer was off, she was able to help us get to the true product we needed!

Check engine light was on, so I stopped in and they plugged in their code reader so they could tell me what was wrong (this is a free service) and luckily it was just one easily fixable code. The employee was so pleasant and helpful with any questions I had about the o2 sensor. They also did not push me to buy the part from them which I highly appreciate.

I visited this place for new battery purchase and installment. They broke the fastening rod on top of the battery and the guy told me it should be fine as long vehicle not drive off the road. It is hazardous to drive unfastened battery.I received call from GM and they fixed the issue. I really appreciate the response and the quick fix. Thank you AutoZone Customer Service and GM Jack.

OMG best customer service ever!!!! Every time i enter the store they greet me as soon as i enter in. And if i need help they are there to help with my every needs. I will be coming back to this autozone

although I don't want my car constantly require something to be replaced, I do like to going back to this store. The stuff is so helpful and friendly. Yesterday I bought a few- bucks back light buld, they even offered free installation when one of the stuff saw my frustration in doing it myself. Highly recommended. Plus, this place s Very new and neat too.

Had to go in for something minor (new battery for key fob). Javier was very helpful with getting the correct battery. He, and another individual (didn t get his name, unfortunately), were very helpful with getting an uncooperative key fob put back together.

They tested my battery (it was bad) sold me a new one and had it installed all within 15 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended!

NOEL THE MANAGER IS SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE IVE MET. HE TOOK HIS TIME AND EXPLAINEDDDD YOU HEAR ME EXPLAINED EXACTLY THE PART I NEEDED. THEY DIDN T HAVE THE PART AND HE MADE SURE HE FOUND WHERE I COULD GET IT FROM.

Every time I go there they have my parts I need, I have a classic car and it's not easy finding parts from 50 years ago, but they had the starter I needed, and when you walk in the store they greet you with a "how are you today" I really appreciate that and will be a customer of Auto zone only for now on. Thanks for the great service!

They lie about their lifetime warranty parts there is a guy there that can't even look up a train they don't know what that is under they need to hire better people and get their warranty straight

Tyler D was outstanding. I needed a new battery and he helped me choose the right battery for my car. He was more than willing to install the battery for me and within minutes had my car up and running. When I offered Tyler a gratuity he explained that it was his pleasure to help me and that it was against Autozone policy for him to accept a gratuity. Tyler made me an Autozone fan. From the moment I called to see if they had a battery pack for my dead battery to the moment I left autozone with a newly installed battery, it was a very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable, top notch staff. Cliff at the central ave store was great. I would reccomend this olace anyone in need of car guidance.

They have many auto part items for cars and engines that you can't find at other auto parts stores, which I like. However, when I went here once they did not have the part for a bike that I was looking for, so I had to go to Napa instead. I like that Advance auto parts also puts the windshield wipers on your car for free when you buy them.
