I got great costumer service from Geovanni he was very helpful today he helped with changing my wiper blade. We could not find the correct wiper blade for my car so he found the length I needed an adjusted it to fit my car. He was very friendly an knew what he was doing.

I didn't catch the name of the guy who helped me on 08/12/23, at about noon, but this guys was fantastic. Best customer service I have had IN YEARS! I thought I should say something. Thank you for assisting me with my Jeep Wrangler windshield wipers and for the fantastic service.

Javonney was exceptionally helpful. He changed my headlight, and pointed out the acid all over my battery, and recommended immediate replacement. I took his advice, and he replaced the battery, as well. I was in and out in a half hour. I definitely will be returning to this AutoZone for future auto part needs.

Ty (Parts Sales Manager) was amazing and extremely pleasant and helpful. Even though he was unable to change my battery he went the extra mile in getting me the right battery and helping me figure out next steps.

I visited this location looking for a portable jump starter battery, which I did find. I was so happy because it was an absolute emergency and I happened to snatch the last one on the shelf. (Sorry, not sorry) The brand is Duralast. It cost $129 but it's a 1000 peak AMP battery which is great for SUVs and trucks or vehicles that are 8V or 12V. The 800 peak AMP will not work if the engine is 8V in my experience. The 800 peak AMP cost $79. The $129 battery also has a USB port along with a high pressure compressor to inflate a tire in case of emergency. I definitely recommend this product!

I have always bought there but Today I went to buy some things for my car and a brown-skinned man attended me with. Little long hair with hat. And I asked him for antifreze for the radiator and he doesn't understand me.. I understand that my English is not perfect.. but I understood everything he told me, he started talking to his coworkers saying that stupid doesn't speak English well. In mockery I didn't say anything I just listened. It seems that these people He doesn't understand that for customers. They have work...and you should have respect towards customers not all people act the same way. And they take things easy, the advice that I would give them is to be respectful, patient, because today or tomorrow you will meet people who do not tolerate and it could go very badly for being like that... For my part, I will not return to that store anymore. ..

They re very rude i came for 2 things and the cross eyed one was very rude when i greeted them when i came in then i was helped by a light skin boy who was very rude giving opinions about my vehicle i didnt ask for basically saying my car is idk ugly or something i would literally never come here again they re literally hiring anyone they cant even look straight let alone help with any car issues

On vacation. On our way home from Maine and had battery issues....they were great helping us get back on the road, lending tools and sticking with us and double checking all the codes. Thank you so much for the great customer service. Everyone at the store was great!!

Part ordered as a commercial account was $50 cheaper than the competition across the street on Central Avenue location Advance Auto I will never walk in that other place again the people here treated me nice prompt and to the Point Central Ave., Albany, NY location check these guys out there great

They stole my 40$ core charge because the kid did it incorrectly. Had to go to a different location once I realized the money hadn't transferred back to my debit card and that took an extremely long time and it was very unpleasant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. An employee, by the name of Guy, went out of his way to ensure that my car battery was installed properly. Despite it being Black Friday, I was on my way in less than no time! Fast and courteous service! Thank you :)

Went to purchase a car battery on 8/24. Not only did the rep thoroughly explain the differences in quality and warranty between the batteries (which greatly affected my choice in this high inflationary time) he also installed the battery even though he was at the VERY END OF HIS SHIFT.....Greatly appreciated!

I've been here a few times before writing this review and even though I'm shouting Kenny out for helping me they all have no issues coming out side and actually getting hands on to make sure your buying the right things and not wasting money! Great customer service I don t know what everyone else experienced but I ve never had a problem here I love this store. The only reason I didn t give 810 another star is only because the Bald manager never has his mask on.

Workers are always on there phones. I purchased 2 rain x wipers for my Vehicle, the employee told me which ones to purchase, so I did, we went outside and tried to put them on my vehicle and they did not fit , I went back inside to ask for another set of wipers that fit and they wouldn't take back the ones they told me to buy that they said would fit. Now I'm stuck with $40 wipers and still don't have the ones I need. Very upsetting. Not impressed with this place one bit !

Let me Just say this is by far the best experience I have ever had ordering Parts and Cheryl made it so easy and took all of my stress away! She was so polite and she went above and beyond to get the job done because no where else in town had my parts that I needed! I guess my biggest mistake was not going to Cheryl at AutoZone FIRST!!!!!!!!! :)Service Rating.....11/10

They had a rare size fastener i needed badly on a Sunday afternoon and the staff was totally helpful. I don't go to AutoZone very much at all but I've definitely learned that maybe I should keep a more open mind. Thanks!
