Went in to have my battery checked. Paul was super helpful and spent a good bit of time making sure I understood how the battery and electrical system work together. Based on his non-sales-pressure-y evaluation of my existing battery, I opted for a new one and he installed it lickety-split. It s a good feeling to feel confident in your car s ability to start and your choice of purchase!

I went in today to get a battery replaced. A young woman, Kristin, helped me. She also put the battery in. Everything went quickly and smoothly from start to finish! I will definitely be coming back! I very much appreciated the help today!!

I am so appreciative of AutoZone. I bought a battery for my key fob and the worker put it in for me for free. It took him only a minute or two. Monroe Auto Service wanted to charge me $210 for something that AutoZone did for $9.00.

Marcus was amazing. As soon as I walked into the store, he asked if he could help me find something. He led me to the item I was looking for and recommended one. I bought it and he told me to try it in the parking lot so if it didn't work he would come out and help me. So I did, he still came out and helped. He is such a wonderful asset to your business.

VERY good visit. I went in because I needed wipers and since I always make things worse when I install... well, anything... Marcus kindly installed them for me. Very helpful, kind and patient. Marcus represents this store very well. This is why I continue to choose Auto Zone over the others. Gold star.

Highly recommend! Ruth provided great customer service on two recent visits! She was knowledgeable about the parts needed for each of my vehicles and made excellent recommendations. She not only quickly found the items I needed each time, but brought them out to my vehicle on a cart. On my second visit, she installed a new car battery for me with ease. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Ruth is a great asset to the store!

I had an excellent experience from the time I walked in. Tim immediately dropped what he was doing and came out to see what kind of air filter my 97 Honda Civic needed and also replaced old one and disposed of the old one and an oil filter from my oil change the night before. Friendly and professional, I believe Tim is a great asset to the store. Keep up that great customer service Tim.

Tim just diagnosed the problem with my car s battery and promptly replaced it for me. He was a very polite and knowledgeable young man. I would absolutely accept his help there anytime!

Tim was the best! I was working on an old Chevy that needed some fuel line o-rings. Couldn t seem to find the ones I needed anywhere. Tim popped up and grabbed exactly what I was looking for. Amazing experience!

Ruth,, the store manager, is amazing. As a woman who cannot stand going into auto parts stores because in past experiences I was talked down to and taken advantage of, I was beyond thrilled to see such a competent woman at the helm - Ruth is a customer service pro and she changed my dead battery in no time at all. It was great meeting her and I have told all my friends to go to the Western Ave Albany store for their auto parts needs.

Wow, super impressed! Stopped in to get windshield wipers for my car. Walked in and Tim immediately came over and helped me find the correct size for my year, make and model. I purchased the wipers and then Justin walked me out and installed them right there in the parking lot. Amber was also there and being very helpful. Customer service is top notch. I will shop here again, in the future.

Racism as usual. I walk into the store and I m not greeted. Three employees walk past me and say nothing while customer we after customer comes in and is helped. I address it and I m met with attitude from the employees as usual. Good to see that Albany is living up to its reputation. I will never buy anything from any autozone anywhere.

Best service I ve ever had. Came in tonight because of some issues with the terminals on my battery, and not only did they fix it to their best ability but they also were extremely welcoming and kind. 100% would recommend going here, they made this situation for me way less stressful.

Thank you again Justin! I'm halfway through a trip and my car is leaking lots of power steering fluid. I stop to get more. He points me towards the lower cost store brand, and asks to take a look at the situation. He recommended a Lucas Stop-Leak to get me down the road. I check after 30 miles- minimal leakage! After another 60- still good! So much stress gone. Justin, thank you for being willing to share your experience; you were an amazing help!

Shawn C. Is absolutely a wonderful employee and helpful. He always goes above and beyond whenever I come around needing a part for my car. He even helped install my break lights and figured out my fuses were burnt without me even knowing and I just bought the parts and replaced them there and then.

5 STAR SERVICE FROM SHAWN!! My battery light was on Friday, I went to Advanced Auto mid day, the whole store seemed dreadful that someone needs to go to a battery check, they all seems annoyed and unfriendly that they had to check a battery outside. The woman that did was rude and extremely unhelpful and when I asked doesn't the Alternator charge the battery, she said no. Zero help! So on my way home from work that day, all my dash lights popped on, radio stopped, I was so nervous my car was going to stall. I made it to AutoZone.Shawn greeted me with enthusiasm, very professional and eager to help me! He checked my battery which was about zero. He also told me that it is most likely my alternator which I assumed. Shawn educated me on why and what happens. Shawn took my battery out, I got a ride and will come back after he installed it. I got a call about an hr later that he installed my battery and I am all set. He aske me if there is anything else I need help with or any other concerns. ABSOLUTELY PERFECT SERVICE! What a wonderful employee and asset to AutoZone! Give Shawn a raise and a promotion. Never go to Advanced Auto, Always go to AutoZone! Thank You Shawn!

I would love to recognize this store and especially the store manager Ruth. I was on my way to central NYS and a pulley bearing broke causing me to loose power everything including my water pump. My car was overheating so I stopped and called Autozone. Ruth the store manager met me at Cross gates mall and delivered the part right away and even stayed to make sure I was ok and didn't need anything else. The part fit perfect and I was on the road again and managed to make my appointment in central NYS....Thank you so very much!!!......This is unbelievable customer service and caring about customers and people in these tough times...Thank you sssoooo much!

Every time I go into this store, the staff is friendly and helpful. They listen and understand, and they go out of their way to find answers. They take their time to make sure all of my questions are answered. This is what customer service is all about. I value the service they offer, and I'm happy to have this store as my go-to for parts and service.

The staff was amazing, John helped with getting my light bulb out and I didn t get her name, but a sweet female helped me too. She was very informative about the different products I could get and let me decide which one was best. I wouldn t have made it out of here without their help.

This long haired blonde kid helped me purchase new windshield wipers, and pointed me in the right direction for durability, and effectiveness! I think his name was Ian!
