They towed my vehicle after getting into a accident. On Friday, July 1st, I called before going there around 2:30 (as I needed an invoice for my insurance to pay for the tow), no one picked up. Google says they closed at 5pm, so I went, the tow guy was there around 3:30pm. I told him I needed to pay for the vehicle they towed. He told me in the most ungodly rude way that they closed at 3pm and that I should ve checked in google first. When I showed him that google says they close at 5pm, he again stated in the most rude way possible that s not our fault, has nothing to do with us, you should ve checked our website or called ahead both of which I already did too. I am a U.S. Army Service Member, I don t write google reviews, this is my second google review of all time. So if I m writing a google review, I either had a phenomenal or disastrous experience. The employee should ve just apologized and asked me politely to come back on Tuesday. I hope the owners see this and affect immediate change.

Good people they know how to work on cars and trucks they've been in business for years they do all makes and models they also have a tow truck they can do oil changes lubes anything you need done on your car or truck nice people I highly recommend this garage I go there myself with my vehicle they're on 81 Russell road and Albany New York 12205 family owned and operated he offers good prices for service I give art Taylor's garage 60 Stars the end and be well
