Cally is a knowledgeable, well-spoken, and above all a very thorough and honest mechanic. He values customer service and it shows. Even if he does not have the exact equipment to do a job, he will not leave you hanging, and will advise you on how to go about finding the parts, or advise you on what to tell another shop so you aren't taken advantage of.Cally may be a mechanic, but he is also a teacher through and through, and is excellent at what he does. My car had a coolant leak and not only did he spend the time to diagnose and walk me through the inner workings of the engine cooling system, he took the time to teach me, the customer, what to look for should it ever happen again. He EMPOWERS the customer to be part of the process, which is a rare quality to find anywhere in any type of business these days.I did not think I would be able to find a fair and honest mechanic since my father passed, so I have been going to big businesses like Midas and Mavis for years. These businesses pale in comparison. In fact, they could learn a lot from shops like his. god bless this man for all he does I been in Albany for over 30 days with no way to get back home to NYC I call this man to help me with my car he went above and beyond to help me get my 1995 Subaru it had a bad water pump he fix it and gave me a good deal to do I will refer anybody to this man I gave you my word this man a make it's happen when it comes to fixing cars it goes above and beyond to make sure your car is fix if he can't fix it I don't know nobody that can

Took my Toyota Camry to Cally on Sunday because every other auto shop was closed for a checkup. He was the only one open in my area, called and he booked me right away for the afternoon. Pulled right up and he was very knowledgeable and took his time to inspect my car in detail. He was very honest and friendly and showed me how the brake pads worked and that there was also no leaks in my car. Very affordable in price and accommodating on last minute notice. I would definitely go back to him in the future with any other issues! Highly recommend his services!Services: Tires, Brakes

Cally is an asset to his community. He is trustworthy and truly cares about the quality of his work. When Firestone tried to swindle me, I called Cally for a second opinion, and he spent over an hour with me to thoroughly inspect the problem areas, educate me, and save me a lot of money. I feel lucky that he s just down the block from me and I look forward to doing business with him in the future!

I reached out to Cally on a Sunday where all the shop were Closed I respect is Work Ethics and Hustle and Grind. Helped me fix my Control Arms which was A Suspension Job He was very knowledgeable and showed were my parts were old and needed new ones he got the job done right away and saved a headache from dealing with bigger chains like firestone who Overcharges for everything . Thank you now I got a Official Mechanic who cares !

My sister broke down last night in the pouring rain . Not only did he pull over to help late at night as she had her sick child in the car. Gave us his number and fixed it promptly the next day. Thank-you for your help. I highly recommend this buissness. Thanks Erin.

Very greatfull to have met this man. Like the reviews say he goes above and beyond to help get you back on the road. Had to spend some nights next to the shop . The guys makes sure your comfortable and safe had to wait for parts but once they got their the man is a mad genuis at getting things repaired. Thank you my brotha I can make it home for Christmas and enjoy a safe trip home. Plenty respect and love from our family to yours. Called for an emergency repair on my vehicle and Cally took in my car last minute on a Sunday and replaced my water pump. He was helpful and professional. I can t thank him enough. Highly recommend!
