I bought everything according to the flyer on mobile oil bundle , they didn't have a mobile one filter so it was substituted for a car quest filter. Was told that I can get the free funnel and drain pan by one associate.when I went to get the pan and funnel the other associate was doing everything he could so not to give me what was offered . I never had a negative experience there before but for what I went thru just to get the pan and funnel I told them to keep it .but I will never do business with them again .Don't offer something if you're going to make a customer feel like he was trying to get something for free. We're just talking about a 3 dollar funnel and 3 dollar pan .get you're customer service up to par that's not how you keep your customers .

Clowns that have know clue! can't even count money! ordered parts I was told be there by 3pm two days later still didn't make it on the truck! this store and the help are incompatant and a clown show !

Just needed to pay for 1 thing. Guy behind the counter was extensively trying to help someone with finding a random bolt. Other workers were walking around aimlessly. I put back my item and left. Couldn t help but notice I wasn t like everyone else in the store.

Gave them my correct car information and was sold the wrong model starter part which cost me more money for mechanics time to make exchange. And no...I didn't know what it should look like. They did the same thing when I needed an air pump. Very frustrating.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered a battery online and they offered free delivery. I received a confirmation email that the battery was out for delivery. Then, I get a cancellation. I called the store and asked what was up. After 10 minutes on hold, they get on the phone and said the driver said it was too far and brought it back. They said I could pick it up, and after some discussion, Singh agreed that he would give me a discount for a agreed amount. When I get there, he says he can discount it to the agreed amount, but it would be the exact price I paid online because the in store price is higher. He just said it was not their problem that it didn't get delivered.I can't believe that the store offers delivery, promises a delivery window but takes no responsibility for the item actually getting to you.I'm not done with this. I am going to talk to the store manager and possibly the regional director.

I was given a faulty alternator from their storeroom. I ordered it online.When I installed it in my car, it was discovered that the alternator was faulty. I had it tested at the dealership, and they said that it wasn't outputting the proper current.The sales reps were friendly enough, however, this experience was so negative I have to rate it one star.

Terrible customer service and refused to honor my car battery warranty. I called customer service. They refused to help the customer service rep and she had to call the Advance Auto in East Greenbush to have the battery replaced. Steven and Anika at this location need further training or another job. My partner called speak with the manager and she stated the manager would not be working again until Saturday or Sunday. He then asked for district manager s number and Anika stated she did not have the number. Take your business to the East Greenbush location where they will honor your warranty and offer great customer service.

Came in this morning had a delightful experience. The staff was very hepful, one of the guys even gave me step by steo instructions on how to go about changing my ball joint not sure if he was indian or not but thanks dude you definitely was a big help

Very friendly and helpful for me and my wife , it's not a huge place but they have always had most of what I need or can def. Order with no problem and it's just very convenient and community based for me as to where I live. Staff are very helpful !!! Good costumer service .

The staff at this store are amazingly helpful! They go WAY above and beyond to assist customers, are professional, friendly and fast! Hands down one of the best Advanced Autos I've shopped at!!

This place is hit or miss for the majority of times you go here. Sometimes they have every thing you need, sometimes they don't, sometimes there is someone to help you that knows what they are talking about, sometimes you get someone who can't tie their own shoes. Though, for all of its faults, I go there far more often than Autozone.

Broke down on Mass 90 Lee rest area . Where only parts store / chain in a 100 miles that had part in stock . Had car towed there , where very knowledgeable and helpful ! Even to the point of helping me as I struggled with repairs. Had it not been for these men and women I would have spent the night in my car in parking lot. It was Sunday and not a lot of options. Anybody can stand behind a computer screen and pull up information. But to understand the information and go out of your way to help others is a true asset to your store and company !!!!! They seem to have what I need for my vehicle. Any obscure items then can get for me pretty quickly. Staff I'd always friendly and helpful. Check out systems are extremely slow and cumbersome to the employees, which in turn slows check out times down.

Diana was so awesome helping me get the right brakes and rotors for my car in the Albany location. Had a great experience in the Troy location on Hoosick street as well. Everybody that works at Advanced Auto has been extremely helpful! 10/10 would highly recommend

I went to have my battery replaced yesterday. The man who did it dropped a piece, what I m assuming was the bolt that secures the battery, while taking out the old one. He looks for it for about 5 mins, gives up, and continues to replace it. He finishes after 30 mins, asks me if I ve seen the missing piece anywhere which I didn t as it wasn t my job to keep him organized, then tells me It s a little loose, but you ll be safe to drive. He reassured me I d be safe after I triple checked with him, so I trusted it. I turn on my car and we both feel my car shaking in idle like a chihuahua, which he also said was fine, and continued after I left. Fast forward to today as I m driving in the fast lane on the busy highway and my battery completely disconnects. My car s quickly slowing down, I m unable to signal to pull over, and my brake lights are obviously not turning on. I m nearly rear ended due to this and had to reconnect it on my own. I go to leave for work an hour later, and my car is now not turning on. I know it s the battery, but I didn t have time to reconnect it again, and I especially didn t trust the new condition of my car, so I was late to work and had to take my partner s car.

Both members of staff were extremly unfriendly and condescending. After calling out the (from what I can presume) manager of this establishmemt for being rude, he then apologized for my, "perception of his rude tone". After purchasing my things and walking away from the register the employee helping me decided to cuss me and my family out under his breath. Over all, I would avoid this establishment like the plague and if I could give it a 0/5 I would.

They were a bit slow, and then when it came to cashing out the app I downloaded to shop and pay and pick up didnt work so I wasn't able to use coupons because they were one coupons only not impressed at all with the app very annoying was looking forward to quick easy pick up but app didn't work

I tried to go to advanced Auto and get my headlight from them they weren't letting me apply my promo code to the purchase so now I'm just going to Walmart to get it for cheaper anyways. I tried to give them my business and they failed me.
