Dave was extremely awesome. So very rare to find a shop that has not only knowledgeable mechanics, but people who care about getting a job done right.Came in right at closing and was parked overnight. First thing in the morning, I explained my trucks symptoms, and Dave began truly diagnosing the problem to find the heart of the issue. Unlike most shops Addison did not just band aid the symptoms or try to swap out random parts and charge for unnecessary fixes. Job done by end of day. Hallelujah and a heck of a job well done. Amazing. Thank you!**Also, personal thank you for the space heater last night **

David and crew are very interested in curing the problem that caused visit.David has been saving me money since my first visit by diagnosing the issue rather than treating a symptom on smi-truck and personal auto.Trusted to do the job correctly; I have gained some education in the process which helps me be a better customer and prevent damaging my vehicle.

Dave is one of the most knowledgeable technicians I've experienced- especially in regards to modern diesel aftertreatment systems.His mechanical knowledge is top notch- no worries when it comes to trusting the work done at his shop- he doesn't cut corners nor is he just a "parts changer".Would return here without question.
