My husband and I were on a road trip in our 1976 Ford Econoline, and our AC went out and the van started acting a little funny. We had been staying in White rock for a few days, and found Herman's online so we called that morning and he got us in. Him and his two guys were great! He was genuinely interested in our safety. In one hour, they fixed several things that we didn't even know needed fixing. Great prices, and great customer service. We definitely recommend going to them for any trouble at all!

My wife and I were traveling from San Antonio Texas and were out to visit the Bandelier monument when we hit a rock in the road. The rock managed to bust both driver-side tires in the sidewall and shortly we were parked with 2 flats. We asked around about any auto-shops and were pointed to Herman s (the only one around), walked over and explained the situation. Herman and his crew got us back on the road with our spare and a tire that was a tad tall but enough for us to make it over to the discount tire in Santa Fe (for warranty replacement). Being far from home, these guys were comforting and took time out of their busy day to help us. The price was outstanding and I can t thank them enough. We were able to get back to our hotel in Taos in time for dinner!

Worst place I've ever ever taken my car to...I had to take it back twice after they charged me but did not fix the issue. They charged me for repairs they did not complete and they caused more damage than I originally had.Today, I had smoke and steam coming from my engine. After further inspection I noticed that the mechanic cracked the housing while tightening a clamp and now liquids are spewing everywhere in the parking lot of a store. What is most upsetting is that the mechanic would of had to know the moment he clenched down too tight on the hose because the housing is completely crushed in that area. He hid it from me and took my money.

Herman is so kind and will go over and beyond for a stranded traveler. Very good mechanics who work fast and are very reasonably priced. You're in great hands here!
