On the road to Tennessee with my three children and my tire blew out. Todd not only got the job done quick he helped me and my kids get on the road safely. He was so friendly and helpful I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Todd we appreciate you and your business

My partner and I broke down in Tucumcari and Todd quickly took care of us. At the end of it all, we had to get towed to Albuquerque but Todd made it his personal mission to make sure we had fantastic service and thoroughly inspected our vehicle. Thanks Todd!

I spoke with a gentleman at Todd's garage. Although I did not bring the vehicle in I appreciate his honesty. Most mechanics would prefer you to bring it in and charge you on things that they are not able to do. He explained to us the situation prior to us bringing it in and recommended we get a tow home instead. Again I appreciate the honesty because he could have just tore our vehicle apart and left us stuck and made the money off of us that way. Honesty is rare these days I recommend going to Todd's garage if you ever need something in the area!

Since I was traveling out of state to look at a vehicle and always have my vehicles inspected pre-purchase, I LITERALLY chose Todd s based on the reviews. MAN were the good reviews right! Called him this morning and he said bring it on by. When I got there he was in the middle of other jobs, but was super happy to help. Friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. And talk about reasonable. $55.00! I wish I lived close enough to give him more business! If you want to be treated right, Todd s is where to go!!

Todd is the friendliest and most helpful mechanic I have ever met. We broke down outside of tucumcari and he looked at the car first thing in the morning. Unfortunately the car was totaled, but he had called around to see if anyone had a cheap engine in the area for it and in the end helped us find a scrap yard. If you break down in the area, definetly go to Todd's!

In the middle of moving cross country (NC to CA) my car started to have acceleration issues. I just Googled "mechanic" and it showed me Todd's Garage and I am SO glad I did. He had a full day but between him and his son (sorry I don't remember your name!!) I was able to leave within 2 hours. It ended up being a problem that I will have to go to a dealership to get fixed, but I was given an alternative to work around the issue.Very friendly, polite and to the point. If I am ever in the area again I'll definitely be stopping by, even if it's just for an inspection.

Needed a major repair on a cross-country trip and ended up leaving my car behind with him for a week. Todd was thoughtful and capable, literally going the extra mile(s) with significant logistical support. Communication didn't come when expected unless I bugged him first, but he's busy and he came through in the end with kind and detail-oriented service, plus sharing his love of New Mexico and area beauty! A great person to have in your life for an emergency or just chatting.

Todd was the only one who was being nice to me in the town. I'd say the kindest mechanic in the town. Highly recommend Todd's compared to others; they were all very being cynical to me.You literally changed my life. Mr.Todd!

I limped an overheating '95 Buick Roadmaster into this place and was greeted by Todd himself. He fixed my car immediately and well. His labor prices were very fair, and he went out of his way to get me the best prices on parts available--convincing the local shop to match some online prices. My sense of the place was that Todd and his right-hand-man Adolph seem to be something of local repair heroes--deeply talented mechanics with 50+ years of combined experience. Very friendly and honest! My car broke down on the way to Texas. Todd let me know early on that the issue with my car was not one that he was equipped to deal with. He did not charge me for the diagnostic. Very refreshing to have such honesty! Thank you, Todd!

Todd got me going safe and sound, all the way home to California.I was heading west and while near Tucumcari I wore through my rear tires because of a bad alignment. I changed my spare and then headed in to town. Not knowing where to go, I went to the Napa Auto Parts store and asked them where they would recommend. They recommended Todd's Garage so I drove over there and Todd took care of me quickly, politely, professionally. Exactly what I needed, nothing more, no problems the rest of the way. He had a steady stream of business so it is obvious that the locals trust him.

What a great experience!! They diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate, got parts & had it fixed in just over an hour. Efficient and honest, Todd's Garage is the best auto repair you can hope for on the road. They checked other stuff too. So grateful!

I went on a cross country road trip this summer and was more than halfway done when my 2001 Honda Accord's radiator gave out in none other than Tucumcari, NM. I was extremely upset - I was driving from California to Oklahoma (I live in South Carolina.) I managed to get my car down to the shop and was greeted by who I assume is Adolph (I'm ashamed to say that I didn't catch his name.) He informed me of my problem and called around to see what parts could be sent from where. I was a wreck and he calmly suggested hotels and dinner spots for me since I had to stay the night. He took me to my hotel and picked me up the next morning when my car was done. I met Todd the morning of the repair - they had a new radiator overnighted and installed by 10 the next morning. They were absolutely wonderful and went way above and beyond any mechanics I've ever dealt with before!

Absolute quality service!! Very impressed and happy with all the workers. Todd and the other employees are very nice, honest and keep you well involved with the work they do on your vehicle. They repaired my car properly and found the initial problem.

Beware of "highway robbery" when traveling through and car broke down along the way at or near this Tucumcari town or anywhere.When my turpentine belt broke and I googled it, it says belt cost between $18 to $40 and labor between $60 and$100 per hours and should take about 15 to 30 minutes to replace. I figured it should cost me the most is $120 but no...I ended up paying almost $600 and was told the compressor is bad and needed to bypass (no credit or debit card, cash only) and take 2 days plus hotel cost. I have no choice but paying for it since I was more than 1500 miles away from home.

I took my car in for a tail pipe hanger. Todd was continually pulling on the exhaust flex pipe trying to make it leak and moving it side to side. He claims that is how to check for exhaust leak. Some of the wire mesh on it did break but it didn't leak.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust
