We are heading to Arizona from Wisconsin and when we pulled into the RV Park our hydraulics went out on our bus. We called that night and were told someone would be out in the morning. True to their word, Julio showed up bright and early to fix our bus! There was some overfill and when we called, Julio came right back out to make sure everything was good he even made sure to clean up when he was done. It's hard to find good people that care about their customers.

We hit black ice on I40 on January 8th and flipped on the side of the road. Julio was driving by and stopped to help get us out of the van. He took the van to the tow yard. I called the next day to see if the could fix the van. Long story short they kept giving me the runaround tell me they were going to look at it but they never did, so I had it towed to a different repair shop that fixed it the next day.I found out Jacks like to give you the runaround so they can charge you storage fee's. This review is a reflection on the office staff at Jacks and has nothing to do with the tow truck drivers. Julio was very helpful in our time of need.

James was great! Very personable and friendly and even went so far as to drop me off at a hotel and walked me in to get Jack's rate at a discount. You're in good hands with this company!

Had a hydraulic issue with my motorhome that prevented slides, levelers and travel! Called "Jack's" and spoke with very friendly staff that scheduled a Tech. "Julio" showed up, accessed the situation, promptly went to work and corrected the issue. I believe "Julio" wore a cape under his work coat, he truly was a Hero! Thank you to everyone at "Jack's Truck Repair"!

Thank you!! When UHaul Packerland in Green Bay, WI put us on the road with a trailer that had a 3-year-old bald tire, Jack's came to the rescue. And FAST. My UHaul review is not as glowing, as you can imagine, but when the tire blew and the trailer dragged and started a brush fire along the US 40, Jack's was ON IT. They responded very fast and got us on our way. When UHaul Packerland couldn't care less about their customers, the damage done, and money spent by the County putting out a brush fire because of their incompetence, it's good to know that there are businesses like Jack's that care and are willing to work hard to make it right. I pulled in to get the oil changed in my motorhome when stopping for the night in Tucumcari. VERY friendly service. Cannot understand the negativity of some reviews. They were able to accommodate me quickly. Great job.

As with many of the reviewers, we were rescued off of I-40 after a breakdown. We were Westbound in a remote section 20 miles east of Newkirk, NM. We managed to get our SUV off to the frontage road. It was 7pm and we contacted AAA who dispatched Jack s towing. The tow truck arrived within 40 minutes and took us 100 miles to the nearest Chevy service center in Moriarty. I believe the drivers name was Douglass Nicks. He was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. I couldn t have asked for more. Job well done.

Outstanding job of getting to me in a timely manner and taking my truck to the dealership. The experience of this ride really was the operator. Professionalism was 10+ and conversation about life was very helpful in a time like this. Julio was outstanding

Rented a uhaul car hauler from them to take to california. Staff was great. They even hooked it up to my truck for me so I could tow it and load the car up at the hotel down the street.

Fast and honest people, we had a steer blown out and they didn t hesitate to come and install our new spare. Loves and TA won t install a new tire that they don t sell.

Great towing company! Julio was amazing in helping tow our SUV and travel trailer. Also helped us find a mechanic who help get us fixed.He was on time, professional and accommodating as we also had a car seat with us.Highly recommend!

If you enjoy: exorbitant tow rates, over priced parts... if they're the correct ones, and waiting forever for them btw, then not fixing it right at ALL... this is your place!

We broke down on I-40 and they were sent to tow via AAA. Julio was our tow truck driver and he was fantastic. He arrived quickly which was so appreciated in the heat with our two dogs. Julio was kind and went above and beyond to help us.

I only badly needed a airline fitting and the guy and lady in office were extremely helpful and got me fixed up. If I ever have a truck need this is the place. A few mins courtesy goes a long way. I was repairing my diesel pusher rv air line.

On a drive to Missouri and out of the kindess of his heart James helped us out with changing a tire. Reasonable pricing here and came in on a Sunday evening to help get us back on the road when he didn't have to. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Can't ask for better service! Had a truck blow out the radiator, their team got my truck to their yard, helped get him into a hotel and worked with us getting the truck repaired and back on the road! You need help, call these folks they will take care of you!StephenMC Carrier LLC

OVERGHARGING!!! Not a good company. Placed a long hose which is DOT was not approve. Charged 2 foot long hose $453.79 which cost about $20 new and he put me good but used one. Service guy wrote down on the receipt that he was driving 40 miles to me and back but he was there already was helping somebody else. We asked him to give at least $100 but lady from office just said it is what it is and drop the phone. Bad communication!!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

They were great! Got us off the side of the road and truck to the shop. They even went above and beyond to make sure we got in at the hotel with a discount. Very professional and compassionate. Highly recommend. Did not charge Highway robbery their rate was very fair.

Jack's Truck Repair is hands down the best facility in the area - Jessica absolutely saved the day for me on a Rolls-Royce that they were able to transport quickly and immediately!! You can't go wrong with this company, could not recommend more. Thank you so much Jessica, you're the best!

Julio saved us! If you need to be towed, Julio is the guy to do the job. We were stranded not once, but twice when Julio came to get us, our truck, and 6x12 trailer! We then needed to be towed again on the 3rd day all the way to Albuquerque and he offered to help with no hesitation. Julio went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the service (and gracious) discount we had received after all the trouble we had been through. Thank you!!

Have used Jacks multiple times over many years when I'm in Tuc. From simply borrowing an air compressor to air some tires to buying parts to repairs..most recently a carrier bearing. They've always worked me in and completed the work in a timely manner.

My fiance was there yesterday when his truck broke down. HORRIBLEEEEEEE. You'd think working for 30 years they'd know wth they were doing. They put their hands on him cussed at him and did nothing to fix the truck, but still made him pay for it. It's awful don't recommend. Choose someplace better :)

This guy is awesome. He's a lifesaver for me. I'm a truck driver that has a cat. And for whatever reason my passenger window short circuited from the master control panel. This guy got me in, fixed it, and was out of there in 30 minutes. I didn't know what I was going to do if I couldn't find someone to help me. I definitely wouldn't have been able to sleep that night knowing my cat could jump out the window. Thanks guys for being so awesome. You are truly a godsend

Poor customer service and disrespectful staff, do not come here whatsoever. They are very unprofessional and don t know what they are doing , my friend came in here to get his truck fixed but instead they made it even worse and charged him for it on top of that the owners son put his hands on him. Be grateful he didn t get his lawyers on them. DO NOT COME HERE!!

If I can give them a 0 star I would if it wasn t for julio or or James this places would ve been out of service charged me 1600$ for nothing they couldn t fix my truck and still charged me thanks for james he talked to Jessisa and got my price down to 900$ jessica has a rlly bad mouth wouldn t stop cussing worst place ever DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK HERE. I went outside to show my budd The truck james older brother started cussing at me and came up to my face thinkin I m gonna be scared and pushed me ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK HERE I GOT CHARGED FOR NOTHING
