Excellent service and great staff! They were able to help us out with a quick repair to the hot water tank panel cover that had popped off in seconds and had us on our way. Thank you to the staff and front desk.

These are some really good guys we had an RV break down my husband's driving back from Arizona and they he ended up at the Flying J where they work they couldn't help him fix the RV but they took him to go get propane they hauled him around and helped him so he would not freeze while we finally found somebody who had an a gas tank that we could buy but I really appreciate these guys for helping my husband out when he was broke down with a split gas tank definitely if you're having to go through Tucumcari the Flying J is the place to go the people at the truck stop too they also helped out my husband quite a bit I'm very appreciative of you guys

Was put OOS by Dot at the boarder for a cracked brake shoe. Called em up after everyone else told me tomorrow. I think Chris was his name was very helpful over the phone. Checked to see they had the part in stock, which they did. Said the guy would be out in 45 min, which he was unlike other places who say 2 hrs and take 6. And not a bad price at ALL. 3rd break down over the last year and by far the easiest experience I've hadServices: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Super nice guys here! On a roadtrip to Chicago and my warm weather car was not liking the cold and the tire pressure light came on. They were more than willing to help me out. I wish I had cash to give them a tip. Thank you!!!

Only giving 2 stars cause the guys was nice. But the mechanical capabilities are lacking big time. Couldn't get the bolts off of my ac compressor. So just gave up and charged 70 bucks for doing nothing. They did have a compressor I needed but charged 470 for a 200 buck compressor come to speedco in Amarillo 30 min had the bolts out and putting on the new compressor............ revised lol. 1 star they sold me the wrong compressor after over charging me almost 300 dollars got the right one for 171 bucks at speedco now tomorrow start the fight to try and return the over priced wrong compressor I'm from Mississippi

Called to get a driver in after his A/C quit working while he was heading to Arizona. Polite over the phone, got the driver in as soon as he got there and repaired for a fair price. Did not try to overload us with extra parts and informed us of potential future needed repairs. I have to give credit where credit is due, this shop was very good at working with me on a radiator replacement. I understand they are busy and had to wait a day to get in, 7am next morning they got my truck in. I had all the parts delivered from my company and they installed. 7am pull truck in, 12pm I was starting truck to warm up and "burp" the system. Great bunch of guys with personality! Everything looks correct and truck is running great. I will not hesitate using this place again. Thumbs-up

Awesome service and quick turnaround on a broken brake chamber. Prices are definitely better than most and the tech was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend if your in the area. I was driving down the road, truck was down on power, check fuel filter warning came on. I pulled into Boss Truck Shop they told me to pull it on in and in a total of 18 minutes they did the work I paid the bill and I was back on the road with full power. They charged me $65 minimum labor, I think that's very fair for such excellent service. Thanks Guys

Don't come this ridiculous place they haven't professional work ethic, very disrespectful people working this location .They waste my time the guy making joke on me I felt bad on he treated customers this way.This happened 07/26/2023 at 12:00 pm

They'll take your money but won't leave you use the restroom. Definitely doesn't seem driver friendly. I'd highly recommend using someone else for you service needs that actually cares about their customers .

Fast service I needed a fuel filter for Paccar Loves didn't have one and made me wait 10 hours to tell me. Boss was friendly and fast.

Fantastic people! I showed up right at opening with a headlight out. I had the bulb but couldn't get the cover off. Mechanic was nice enough to pop it in and I was back on the road in 5 minutes. I would definitely go here again for repairs. Thanks a bunch!

Call them first! They were able to inform me about them and other shop in the area. After calling the rest of the shops in town. This team/crew did a great job in working with me and repairing my rig. A hydrologic line bursted little over 30 miles outside of town. They were able to come out remove the hose bring it back into town for a replacement and install it the new part.

I had a trailer tire blowout - rolled into Boss Shop in Tucumcari - they had me in & out within one hour and I was able to make my Amarillo delivery no problem. Thanks for the Hustle guys & gals! I so much Appreciate the Fast and Friendly Service! Keep it up!

Got the number from the pilot, called ahead and their price was over 300 dollars installed. Figured ok, out in the middle of no where, gotta do what ya gotta do. Thank god we turned into the wrong shop, Ray's truck stop was about 100 dollars cheaper. Service was great too, no wait! TRUCKERS! THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS! Don't get screwed.

I had to replace an alternator on my rig I felt I was over charged for the part being an after market one. The same part from the dealer was still $130.00 less. During the installation the "technician" had to do a mickey mouse job on it due to the fact they broke a ground bolt on it and didn'thave another one to put on it. My Rig had a voltage surge for about 2 months before I could get back to them. It fried my A/C master control in my truck. After having it looked at it again they decided to replace it "at no cost" even tough it was under the warranty clause. I asked if they would do an extra 30 day warranty on the new one they clearly stated no only from the original installation.

Needed a battery for my reefer. These guys were out the door and checking things, before I made it back to the truck. Very thorough and professional. Thank ya'll for getting the work done quickly and keeping me from ruining my load. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! God Speed.

Very professional. Only charged what the estimate was, and not 1 penny more. They did an excellent job and got me back on the road one day faster than the freightliner dealer would have. Thank you !!!!

I was there yesterday and manager kick me out of store when I requested estimate for work order. Basically they are discriminating based on look of customers. Trash shop Please check Rays truck shop close by.

Service sucked. 2hrs to do an oil change and lube. Ridiculous!And didn't check all the filter numbers to see if they even had them. Course not, had to chase a fuel filter down from another truck shop.Chick behind the counter spent the better part of tbe time i was there, on personal calls on company phone.Chalked this one up as another "No more business" place.
